Over the last month or so I have been looking at ways to lower my insurance costs while maintaining good coverage. My best friends recommended Abbott Insurance and I was fortunate enough to meet with Danielle today to discuss various options she could offer to meet and or exceed my insurance needs. When starting Abbott Insurance in 1994. I was amazed at all the choices in insurance products. Most of my time was spent educating not only myself but others to finding insurance policies that work best for each individual needs that fit better financially for them. When it came time for me to retire. Danielle and Kate were an excellent choice to take this company to a better choice for its clients. Their experience in the insurance industry, their education from attending Kansas University, their love of family. Yes Abbott Insurance, without a doubt is the safest place to protect yourself and your property.

My experience was phenomenal the way I was taken cared of was very professional, I was actually referred to Abbott by a friend of mine and she even said that they were great at what they do for their clients and it was actually true Danielle is a great person and she knows what she is talking about she made me feel comfortable she made the information understanding I didn’t want to get off the phone with her (LOL) but on a serious note I will like to say that I am glad that I decided to go with Abbott Insurance keep up the great work!

In a time when I felt at a loss, he stepped up and provided the assistance that no one else would. Not only did he secure the insurance coverage I required, but he also managed to obtain it at a significantly lower rate than any other quote I had received. Any time I have a question regarding insurance, they answer the phone every time and get me an answer promptly. Kate is who I primarily deal with but it doesn't matter who answers the phone, everyone is so incredibly helpful! Insurance was one of those things I knew was going to cause a headache if I had to try to contact them and Abbott insurance is the opposite- no headache, no confusion, no fuss! So easy.

Extremely pleased! Same insurance company (Progressive) but with a new team supporting me, it’s so much better and easier than my last experience. This new team makes me feel important by spending the time they need to with me and answering questions without making me feel as I inconvenienced them as my last team did.
