The worst customer Service I’ve ever encountered! The service people are actually nice and helpful ! It’s the OWNER who needs an attitude adjustment. So arrogant, rude and unbelievably disgusting behaviour. She does not know what customer service is. The flowers are average- nothing special , yet over priced and the service ?! Save your money and buy flowers somewhere else ! I used to buy my Mother’s Day, birthday, special occasion flowers here , and was going to get my pre wedding flowers for my photo shoot but after the disgusting treatment I decided to take my money and support another business instead! Rude and disrespectful owner acting like she had better things to do ! Read others reviews to see what i mean. I love supporting local businesses, but this one clearly does NOT value its repeat and loyal customers. Give it a miss .

OUTSTANDING - the most professional and talented Florist, ordering from a long way away from Gold Coast. Scoured the internet looking for a small one off family owned florist as all adverts are multi national that have flooded google I found Abelia, and was thrilled, Jenny knew exactly what I was looking for, so I left it to her to put it altogether. Sent me a photo before delivery. OMG >>> OUTSTANDING and value for money ........... I will not hesitate to recommend their firm and I wish them all the very best for the future !!! Frank and Jenny are amazing. They provided us with the most beautiful flowers for my Mothers funeral on short notice, and we had a huge order with lots of different details. We just couldn’t fault anything. it was all perfect. The flowers were so beautiful, unique and fresh. Their service was outstanding and there were no errors at all. They have gone above and beyond. Don’t go anywhere else! These guys won’t let you down. As a family we have decided to use abelias for all functions/ events. They made a very sad day full of beauty and memories. Thank you frank and Jenny. We’ll never forget it.

Was really happy with the customer service provided over the phone on Friday 13/09, easy, quick, no fuss, helpful, honest regarding seasonality/availability of natives/flowers and ability to deliver same day. Was a little nervous ordering without seeing end product, however, they did an exceptional job and the end result was one very excited and pleased mother on her birthday. Thank you again!!!

I ordered a funeral wreath from Abelia Florist and they did an amazing job, the flowers were beautifully placed, they just needed basic details from me about what flowers were preferred and they created something that meant so much to my family and I to farewell a loved one. The team care about their customers and take such pride. Highly recommend

A very close family connection organised a fruit hamper for my wife and I, the quantity and quality was sensational. All items were very fresh and the variety was super! We were both extremely impressed!

I’ve purchased flowers several times from this place and each time is the same; very sub standard. Super sad that the staff aren’t very friendly. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them each time.

Disgusting job done. Took advantage of a family grieving and charged $475 for rubbish and spelt the family name wrong. Absolutely shameful.
