Their service is very slow they get too comfortable In talking to a customer they engage in.personal conversation, empty chairs while the queue is long, they are not professional every time I think of going to absa I aske myself how did I choose to bank with them,

Not happy with the service no one is by the door to assist us as we get in.you end up puzzled not knowing who to ask and which queue to got to.....

Stuff was helpful and friendly, but load shedding was the problem
