Their stuff is great but posting this review because of two unpleasant experiences with gift exchanges 1. They don’t tell you that they can’t exchange if the bar code gets scratched off along with the price- since it’s placed as a sticker on top of the label, when you try to scratch off the price you unintentionally scratch off the bar code too. They don’t exchange it even if you have the receipt along with the tag 2. They don’t exchange a white garment even if it’s completely free of damage. They don’t mention this to the person purchasing it (even if it’s purchased by a male and it’s very clear that it’s a gift), it’s written on the bill at the bottom which they expect you to read. Then they said they can exchange the white garment if it’s for another size in the same garment which makes no sense, and they didn’t have any sizes Had two unpleasant experience with Christmas gifts. In both cases all that’s needed is transparency before purchasing, please either have a very large board at checkout mentioning all this or please mention both to EVERYONE making purchases because both policies are very different to any other store

Had my first purchase from the Absolute store online and I'm not too happy with the following points, appreciate it if the team can improve the below and offer a better next time. 1. Packaging of the Wearable Luxury Jewelry - I bought a necklace and it was in just a tiny plastic bag. The necklace was in a messy state when I received it. Hope you can package the necklace on a small tag so it won't get messed up & break. 2. Clothes received without the price tags - Hope your team understands, in case of exchange most of the clothing stores do not accept them without the original label on them. I believe even your staff won't accept the clothes for exchange without the tag on it and just from proof of E-Bill. This may be just feedback for you, but these too affect me on a second-time purchase from your store. Hope your team will look into these points.

Guys.... Check absolute basics store for some cool pieces. They have some quality pieces for your wardrobe. Ladies, if you're looking for some top quality dresses, casual collection, step into absolute. Their store looks amazing n the staff is very friendly. They assist us if we need. Plus they have some super comfy satin collection and casual pieces too.... I highly recommend this place. Bit expensive but check it out because the material are in quality. Have fun shopping girls...

Wanted to come in here and share a few words of appreciation for the kind efforts of the Absolute Store Staff. I had left behind my earring in the store and only realized it as I reached home. Within five mins of calling their contact number, the team was able to find my earning and keep it ready for collection. I’m a regular customer and love their clothing, but on that day, I also became a huge fan of their customer service - Thank you team Absolute!

This is my favorite go to place when it comes to pants and office wear❤️ Everything is decently basic but yet so elegant. Just love how the shop looks, and the it gives me when I enter.I appreciate the staff for their friendly service balancing all other people. Uall just deserve 5 stars and more.
