Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. The lady was lying about prices and she overcharged me for 1 kilo. Then I weighed the pastries at home (with container) and it was only 800 mg. I asked her to weigh it at the store and she ignored me. She also put the pastries together in the most careless way. They were jumbled up and this was after I told her they are a gift and I wanted them to look nice. She also refused to sell me 1/2 kilo and said the minimum is 1 kilo which I know is a lie because I have a family member who bought 1/2 kilo. She was rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. It was so disgusting dealing with this place. STAY AWAY.

One of my most enjoyable visits as I just "discovered " this fine gem of a place. The pastries are extremely exquisite and you can taste the love and care of these awesome treats! The cheese cake selection that the owners son (awesome and very friendly guy) highly recommended to me his choice selection of these delicious cheese cakes! *(picture taken). Overall, the service is outstanding and you can tell that this Lebanese or Middle Eastern bakery shop is very experienced in their craft that it felt like I was visiting the Middle East again. Overall, I give this place a well deserved 5 out of 5 stars! I look forward to coming back there again soon.

I ordered a black forest cake through Skip the Dishes this morning for a coworkers retirement party. Black forest is their favorite and they spoke highly of Accacia. Cake arrives, looks like the photos, all is good. When we finally cut into it, however, the cake turns out to be vanilla. When we contacted Accacia, they told us they were all out of chocolate, but if we give them two hours, they can prepare a replacement cake with chocolate mousse inside, aka, still not a black forest cake. Fortunately, Skip was willing to refund the purchase, but be warned about ordering online.

Very good Knefi !! I didn't get a chance to try the rest of their pastry, so this review is regarding the Knefi ONLY. It's a family run operation so you are treated in a very polite manner. Ordered a large knefi tray for a family gathering and it was excellent! They were very generous with the fresh bread that came with it, along with the simple syrup. The presentation was very good, but most importantly the taste was delicious and everyone agreed. Will definitely try the rest of their products, and definitely come back for more Knefi :)

Coming from Montreal to my office in Ottawa, I made a stop at Accacia to get some baklawa and shortbread for my colleagues. I had never heard of this pastry before and honestly, it was worth the shot! Everything was soooo good that the 1kg baklawa playe was gone in 30 min, the shortbreads as well! The owner was kind enough to give me a sample of knefeh, it was heavenly!!! To the owner, you just gained so many new faces today!! Totally recommend!

Ordered a cake with a photo on it from here and they stretched the photo out so much to fit the cake, it looked ridiculous. The cake was the regular size and was $60. For $60 the cake was not good, the cream tasted cheap and left an oily film in my mouth. There are much better cake stores out there that I’d rather spend my hard earned money at. Highly disappointed. Also photo was ‘edible’ but tasted like paper, which i’ve never experienced anywhere else.

Oh my Lanta, someone shook heaven and brought the desserts angels down to earth, lord have mercy, that strawberry cheesecake shaybieh was drops of heaven I was eating, I really really hope you never take this off your menu, I ordered this last night just before you closed through Uber eats. It's was really nice experience. The service was fantastic and I will go over there again. The person on the other side was very professional and explained Price of each and every (asked) item. The dealing with other (some seniors and kids) was perfect and awesome. Kudos to the team for having such active person on board.

Their specialty pastries during ramadan (atayef, shaabiet, makluba) are incredible. In general, I'm really happy that there's a lebanese pastry store close by the st-laurent/vanier area and that serves quality baked goods instead of having to drive downtown to find one. Keep up the good work guys.

This pastry place is truly amazing! The knefe is a must-try, but make sure to plan ahead and place your order in advance if you're looking to get 2 kg of this delicious treat. The flavors and quality are worth the pre-order wait!

I bought fruit vanilla cake for my husband’s birthday. This is the very first time someone bake fresh cake and that too within 15 minutes. I highly encourage and recommend to go visit this bakery if u are looking for quality items. Also the customer service was phenomenal.

My Lebanese boss brought me some once and it was so delicious, I went this past weekend and was impressed again. LOVED the special edition baklava they had of strawberry and pretzel, hope they keep those!
