This company will steal your MONEY. They take your check then take direct payment illegally using your routing # on your check. They put you on direct withdraw without permission and refuse to return your money. They have 2 payments but only one went to my insurance company. They have over $300 of mine and refuse to refund it. I have tried for a month now to fix this and now my insurance has been canceled. They are rude and disrespectful. The manager told me to come in at a set time and he left and was gone for 3 hours wasted my time.

My daughter forgot her insurance card and was at the Tax Office and Isabel emailed me the insurance cards right away.
