Although access bank has two branches along the same road but the customer service is really bad, long queues to get customer support, to deposit money and also withdraw money, the ATM centres though with about eight Atm machines still ain't efficient enough, you find that about half of them aren't dispensing or out of service.

Their customers service is very poor. the will be passing you from one person to another , if you meet Mr A, Mr A will tell you he or she is busy. Until you finally get mad at them that's when the will get to there sense and attende to you.
