Avoid, avoid, avoid! I took my car to the garage for accident repairs after it was hit by a truck while parked. I put my trust in Darryn and and didn't take photos of my car before leaving it with him to repair. The bonnet was replaced crooked and my side mirror was damaged while in the garage but I did not have evidence of this as I didn't take enough photos of my car before leaving it with him. He is a dishonest mechanic and tried to put it through the insurance, which got rejected as it was not damaged before he worked on it. I am now out more money and time due to his dishonesty. Please do not do what I did, go to a reputable garage who works honestly and does not rip you off. A hard lesson to learn.

I brought my car to Acclaim Accident Repairs at Malvern East after I had an accident on my front car bumper. Darryn was very, friendly, helpful and detailed when he inspected the damages. I just collected my car this morning after two days of repairs. I am a happy and satisfied customer because the cost of the repair is the same as the quotes I was given and I pay nothing more. I find this crash repairer very reliable and honest. Do try them out! Thank you.

Terrible business. Asked them to quote repairs in person, they agreed to do the job, took photos and said they would get back to me. Six weeks later, I have called several times and left messages, not a single call has been returned. I visited in person again and again was promised someone would get back to me. Nothing. If you don't want to do the job, just tell me so I can go somewhere, don't stuff me around like this.

Had a quote done at the start of the week and was advised it would be emailed to me 24 hours later , never sent to me so the job has gone to someone else to be repaired.Cannot be bothered chasing it up as it is not the first time this has happened.Is going through my insurance company so I guess they loose out.

Convenience and location is what made me choose Acclaim but the service and workmanship is what keeps me coming back. Darryn and his team were very helpful and provided an excellent and professional service. Thank you very much for taking care of my car. I’ll definitely be back!
