My wife came to this store looking for a single broom to purchase and take home. My wife is very pregnant at the time of this incident (almost 8 months) and is holding my 1 year old daughter, and holding the hand of my 3 year old daughter. I work hard to make sure my family has nice clothes and is well put together. My wife was walking towards the broom she wanted (she could see it,) when a female associate stopped her and curtly told her they had a no bags policy posted outside the front door. Anyone who has young children knows that any outing is accompanied by a diaper bag for snacks, water, and other obvious things children need. My wife told her that she was sorry and just needed to get a broom and pointed at it down the aisle. The woman told her she would have to drop the bag off at the front. My wife then offered to have her accompany her to the broom to assure that no shenanigans transpired. She said "no" and directed her to the front of the store again. My wife has an ounce of self respect and told her we would not be shopping here again and left. I called up he store manager, who was courteous and professional and aware of what had happened. I told him I would be posting this, as well as warning every soul I meet to avoid this store. He was aware of the employee and indicated that she had a pattern of disrespect towards customers, so hopefully no one else wil be dealing with her. But I told him I would do this, and I am a man of my word. If you see a pregnant woman with her hands full, don't make her life harder, help her like your aren't a petty tyrant looking to abusee what little power you have been given.

I had to write this review. I have gone to this Ace Hardware for years. Recently, I completely landscaped my home. I go to Ace Hardware a lot to purchase potting soil. I've planted about 70 plants. Several times, Ed has assisted me in putting the Omni potting soil onto a cart and then putting the Omni potting soil into my car. This past Sunday, I needed 3 bags of Omni potting soil. Ed dutifully assisted me--again! I returned that Sunday because I needed 4 more bags of Omni potting soil. Ed dutifully assisted me again. When I returned to my car this time, I KNEW that I had to throw a few bucks to the guy. I fully intended on giving Ed $20. Ed loaded my car again. I said, "Let me throw you a few bucks." Ed, respectfully, declined and said, please sir. Don't. Ed expressed his enthusiasm for assisting me, made some comment about having the ability to feel the fresh air(which was a very nice comment and obviously contrived to make me feel better), and declined the money. So MANY people at this location have assisted me. I had to call this one out because Ed declined the money. Ed did his job because that's just how he is. Also, I had to mention the fact that I was buying Omni potting soil so that anyone reading this post would know what I bought and, furthermore, the people at the store would know that I'm writing a very legitimate review. The other employees asked for Ed and said, the guy buying the Omni needs your assistance. Way to go, Ed! And way to go, everyone at that location. Thank you!

I’ve tried on multiple occasions to give this store a chance to change my mind but each visit it is worse than the last. You notice right away that you look like “you don’t belong” no one will help me but yet other customers get greeted and offered help as soon as they walk in oh but they sure love to follow you around. I have to make sure I always take a bag with me because none of the things I buy get bagged. 1 cashier even looked in my purse to make sure I wasn’t putting anything else i hadn’t paid for because I was placing my purchase inside of it; this was after I had already paid. I had about 8 items, she didn’t even offer a bag or take my money, another cashier had to step in and take my $100 bill but the man in front of me had no more than 3 was bagged up right away without even being asked and sent on his way with a big smile and a “thank you and have a great day” yet completely ignored me when I greeted her. I guess my brown business is not good enough for them so I will just take it some place else.

Both my wife and I enjoy shopping at This Ace Hardward. Actually only had one problem when my wife’s Ace card got deep sixed and we did not get credit or discounts we should have. After my wife brought it to their attention we were given multiple discount coupons, some with very good discounts so guess it all worked out. Best make sure you get credit for your purchases on your Ace card. Otherwise we find the people there pretty knowledgeable on a lot of things. Of course would also research your home projects before you hit the store. As for the costs of a lot of things I don’t mind the extra and with coupons you pay prices similar to Lowe’s or the other orange place. They also put things together AND deliver them. We bought a natural gas Weber Grill last May and they put it together and delivered it all at a Lowe’s price. So watch the ads and save some time and gas money these days and check out Ace Hardware at 7th St and Missouri.

i have shopped at this ace hardware store for approximately 10-12 years, including last evening. unfortunately tonight will be the LAST time i attempt to support this store. after looking at different items for a home project for about an hour, i asked the cashier if someone could help me w/ something in the back corner of the store that would have taken only 2-3 minutes at the longest. instead i waited for 5-7 minutes and no one showed up. as i walked back to the front of the store, i noticed that i was the only customer in the store and 4 store employees were standing around talking to each other. i left the store. called the store manager. unfortunately he didn't seem to care either. guess i should have not wasted my time. thanks to ace hardware for stating my friday night & wknd off a disrespectful note.

This place is absolutely horrible. Went to get a key copied and took about 30 minutes. Next, went to pay about 3.50 and their machine was down. Said all they took was chip and my card doesn't have chip since it complicates things. The cashier was absolutely horrible and had a terrible attitude. She has no idea what she was talking about and seemed to have an IQ below 50. (I hope you read this ma'am). ACE stores are privately owned. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want good customer service. You won't get it here. Not to mention the homeless that sit in entrance every night. Be safe and wise don't give these idiots your CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW UNFRIENDLY they are here. Miserable 50 year old grandma behind the counter trying to pay her bills in a 100 square foot apartment. How pathetic they are.

  • Donna Shiffley

I was a little disappointed. I chose to come to Ace rather than the big box store for the customer service. "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man". Not so. There was no one on the floor to ask any questions or to point me in the right direction to find the product. When I finally found an employee, she said "I can 'try' to help you" she did not know anything about electrical products. I chose a product hoping it was the right one and wound up being charged a dollar more than the price labeled on the shelf. There was one register open with 10 people waiting to pay, when a girl came to help check people out it seemed like we were interrupting her from something important. I'm very disappointed with this location and probably will choose to go to the one a little further from my house.

  • Suzy Solvesky

I see some positive reviews on this location, and I can only assume that those reviewers visited on a day when there were more than two employees working. I walked the whole store looking for assistance, found no one. I finally asked one of the cashiers if there was anyone available to assist customers. She looked lost... and said yes. I told her I had not seen even one, and she said 'Well, they are helping other customers." If this was true, they must be assisting customers in the back rooms now! I walked the store one more time and then left, disgusted. There were not enough customers in the store to warrant two cashiers, so that was also puzzling. If you want a GREAT Ace experience, go to Howard's Ace, Indian School, west of 32nd Street.

Horrible experience at Ace Hardware, 5555 N. 7th St. #106 Phoenix, AZ 85014 Color match nightmare. I returned to store after discovering color matched paint was wrong color. The mgr, Jeanette Edward's was extremely rude and confrontational. No apology and she informed me that "discount " price paint could not be returned, although I had not been informed at the time of purchase and this policy was not in writing. She hurriedly did another color match, I paid for the new paint and discovered that the color was again incorrect (this time too light). I had to cancel the Airbnb photographer appointment and forfeited $120. I witnessed the store mgr treating other customers and staff in an equally rude and disrespectful manner.

  • Libby MicMic

RETURN POLICY is TERRIBLE! They said they couldn't PROVE that I hadn't used a number of sockets and two extensions, .... soooooo NO RETURN. I had them less than an hour, they were pristine, not a scratch, all shiny, attached to their display hangers, and I had the receipt. If I couldn't prove I hadn't used them, there's NO WAY they can prove THEY hadn't used them. I own a number of homes & manage many properties in 85014 .... and as much as I hate driving to HD or Lowe's (they need your drivers lic when you use your store credit), well you can bet your sweet tomatoes I will be making that drive from now on. Sadly disappointed.

This is a great Ace hardware location. The building is relatively new, it's well-lit and the isles are wide. It's kept super clean and interestingly, the staff seems young but very confidence and helpful with advice or directions. They have a full paint department and can mix up any color you want, and have a full selection of samples if you need to take them home first. This specific store has an exceptionally large collection of air filter sizes, more than most of the other stores in the area. It's in a corner strip mall anchored by a Bashas grocery store. You can't miss this place and there's tons of free parking!

  • Keith Jersey

When I first moved to Phoenix, my 1st challenge was ... how do I hang anything if all my walls are all concrete. I found my way to Ace and their employees explained the process. 7 years later everything is still hanging. After that, with each new challenge, I go right back to Ace and the staff is very knowledgeable. They have helped me with multiple DIY projects and over a 10 year period, I am amazed by what I've learned thru them. They have saved me so much money and given me an education while smiling the whole time. It is still the 1st place I go for assistance and it's never been a mistake

  • Shay Segev

If I could Give zero stars I would have Unprofessional and argumentative staff I bought something base on THEIR FIRM SUGGESTION and it didn’t worked Came back to return it 15 minutes after the purchase and they weren’t willing to exchange it to a different one nor refund the purchase I left it at the store and left, no use for bad equipment Not only that I will never buy in this store again, I will make sure no one that I know will purchase here Also I’m 89% sure that the kid manager (if he was the real manager there) was high Bad costumer service & shady policies and staff

  • Chad Michael Lawson

I’ve always found the people here to be very helpful and very knowledgeable. Not everyone is very knowledgeable about everything in the store but they’re not afraid to ask associates and get the right answer for you. Yes, it’s a little more expensive than going to a Home Depot or Lowe’s but it’s local, fast, convenient, and it gets the job done for me. Bonus: there’s a giant checker set in the middle of the store. It’s very easy to bring the kids and let them play checkers while I bebop through the isles and pick up what I need

  • HMP D

I stopped in to get a couple keys made, it was a little busy. A female employee noticed a line and came over immediately to help! The young man that made my keys remained very professional and polite with the rude customer ahead of me and the young man at the register was so pleasant. I wish I thought ahead to get names, I was there on Sat afternoon, and will continue going there. Customer service seems to have deteriorated since the advent of covid, but not at this Ace Hardware!!!

  • Joe D'Angelo

Very disappointed. Merchandise is scattered everywhere on the floors. Store is very disorganized. Customers waiting in lines all the way to the back of the store. Got a call from the manager stating they failed to bag an item I purchased and I had to drive another 16 miles round trip to pick up my item. No apology from staff after waiting in another long line. New management definitely recommended and staff training would do a world of good.

  • Dewan Aiken

Stopped here because the fasteners I normally get from their competitor were out of stock. While I did find a fastener that looks to be comparable it was only due my determination of locating an associate that could assist with my questions, as the first two young men I spoke with repeatedly stated they didn't know what I was looking for but also made no real attempt to either understand nor locate a more seasoned associate to assist.

  • Sgt Fred

It's an Ace hardware store. Privately owned. Tuff gig to run a hardware store today with all the big budget home improvement stores. These stores used to support the neighborhoods they were in with the parts builder used yo build your homes with. They do offer a better selection of repair items and project supplies. Though usually more $$. The owners have more pride for their stores the the big stores. Worth your time to visit.

  • Vicente Diaz

Young people don’t know much about customer service, one can walk up and down the the store lost and not one employee asked if I needed assistance. They was to much talking to them selfs. I bet there lost prevention this quarter will be high. Employees who ask the customer if you need help is not just helping you but to let you know, we see you! Management train your employees. its not for us customers to do it for you.

  • Joaquin Martinez

Awesome store, clean. Great staff, the younger staff knows what you need and will put in the effort to work with you. One great experience I would like to share, I needed a bolt that came off a Japanese car, the young lady that helped identified the bolt and thread pitch for me "I was looking at metric thread pitches and bolts" found that I needed the American SAE type, I was unsure at first but it was what I needed!!

  • DON DADA DA DON

I desperately needed a car key made because mine broke in half and I didn't have a spare to drive my car for work. The gentleman informed me that although they used to do that type of key, that he couldn't do it because they stopped carrying that type of key. After I presented him with the style he needed, he told me it was against store policy to do it, then suggested that I go to a different Ace Hardware.

  • Pernell DC

Edit 5/5/20 What's with the choice of nasty employees at this ACE? Went to pick up an online order and the older lady I asked for help had a nasty attitude to say the least, I even said "thank you" and she turned around and left me talking to myself. You try to help a local business but they constantly have people with nasty customer service, well that doesn't help. Better to shop online I guess.

  • Robert Romberger

Great hardware store, they have most of the odd stuff you run into fixing things around the house. Amazing assortment of nut, bolts and household hardware. Good selection of electrical and plumbing bits and pieces. Very good paint dept. they did an excellent job matching some wall paint for a touch-up. Prices a little bit higher than the two warehouse stores up the road. Very helpful staff.

  • Greg Peterson

I’m really quite shocked that they get over four stars. I was in there yesterday searching for some things and I asked where do I find toilet parts and some guy scowled at me and pointed to aisle 22. That was all! Every time I’ve gone in there over the past few years are always grumpy Customer service is nonexistent. The only reason I go in there because I really had no other choice.

  • Danielle

I tried to return a gallon of Round up. Because there was no spray attachment. I was given the hardest time. Didn't get a refund. But at least got the spray attachment. The lady argue with me saying they don't sell them without it. That s probably is true but when I purchased it. It didn't have one. I just didn't care for their customer service there. I'd rather shop somewhere else.

  • Estes Racing Off-Road

When you go into this Ace make sure you don’t have any questions because you get nothing but grief when you ask. Also, as I was standing in line to give them my money the manager had no problem stoping progress to chew out the only cashier about a previous issue. I love to go to Ace over the big box stores but this Ace is the place of the UN-friendly, UN-helpful hardware man.

  • megarelief

I felt really uncomfortable shopping here on June 11, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and increased infections in Arizona. Employees not wearing masks, other patrons not wearing masks, no indication of sanitation practices for high touch surfaces, no mask policy. The only preventative measures were taped stripes by the register... And doubtful other shoppers noticed these.

  • Dale Brown

A big day for an awsome ring leader. You have made a imprint on my world. Gave me a cold water at 114° and I knew I could get some honest knowledge out of the eldest . Catch a Pike . ...Michigan pure envious. You told me you were tired. Hey bud it never showed.. . Take a break.. You definitely earned it. Your time now. Maybe see ya fishin a log jamb. Breath. . .

  • Monique Hoffman

I used to live around bigger home improvement chain stores, and at first I thought, "this store will never have anything that I need." Well, I was wrong. It's family owned and local, and I will continue to support them because it's much easier to complete a transaction here, and they do have everything I need (unless I'm building a house from scratch).

  • Robert “Joker” Martinez

Stop at ace to purchase a lock for our semi trailer, me and my wife are over 50 years old. Wife carries a backpack instead of a purse, as soon as we walked in the store clerk said for wife had leave pack at the front counter, i asked why? He said that store policy, i informed him he can look it bag at checkout, so we left, wont shop here any more

  • Thoth 777

The people working in this store seemed to hate their job and when there was a problem with a special order they were rude both on the phone and in person. They made me the guilty party blaming me for their mistake and it took two trips to the store for a refund. I am definitely going to use ANY other Ace location but this one in the future!

  • John Ptuyac

This is my backup store to my regular store in my neighborhood. This one is in a nice clean modern strip mall, with food stores, Starbucks, Bashas, hair supplies and a couple small restaurants. But true to an Ace Hardware, they had what I needed. And the help staff were just as friendly and helpful as they are in my neighborhood store.

  • Geoff A

I really like supporting locally owned and not big box but it feels like everyone that works here is 16 years old and it just sitting around waiting for customers. Today there were 4 girls at the front register talking about the work drama and how one was late so she shouldn't get a lunch. Lets teach the youth the value of hard work!

  • Jonathan Adler

On my 2nd and 3rd visits I needed a new phone charger, storage box and broom. The staff is excellent answering all questions. Manager Jacob does an outstanding job running the store. It's clean, very well organized, has everything I wanted(even coffee filters). This is the best hardware store I have used in Phoenix.

  • Randy Dick

I was 2 days past a 30 day warranty and was denied. I explained a medical situation for the delay and that I had been shopping here for years but Mrs manager said no. Ace Hardware you have lost my business over a measly $12 and should be ashamed. I will take my business to The Depot or TractorSC.

  • George Cuyjet

Employees stand around a lot and seem to not really want to be there and DEFINITELY NOT VERY HELPFUL. I got the "cold shoulder" and did not feel welcome. I would go there only in a hurry and knew where to go to get what I was looking for. Just don't count on getting or asking for any assistance.

  • Junior Lee

So if I'm BROWSING as a normal people would do when they're looking for something, or wanting to see what the store has, and I'm BLACK you'll send one of your taco bell employees to harass me for BROWSING the store? Really? For BROWSING your 15 customer per day establishment?

  • M. Business White

I love this place. I've been going to this store for several years. The other night I needed a special type of screw. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had my $0.90 screw within 5 minutes and was out the door. That's service.

  • Evan Keal

Had a good experience, called ahead to check stock on a hard to find grill, they confirmed with a physical check. When I went to pick it up everyone was very helpful, especially the girl answering phones and running the checkout area. Only wish they were closer to me.

  • noneya business

This is your typical friendly and helpful Ace Hardware store located in the heart of Phoenix AZ. You will find staff that tends to be on the older side that are full of know how and eager to assist you. You really can get all that you need here for most projects.

  • Danny Duarte

This place is legit - all the folks that work here are really helpful for input and suggestions to get what is needed. Just want to give special props to Ed - this guy seems like he is always there - super helpful and consistent has a great demeanor …

  • Jared Wagner

Nice, well kept store with everything you need for your next home project. Unlike many other reviews, however, I’ve always found the employees less than helpful or friendly for my visits. Usually left figuring out things on my own, not very typical of an Ace.

  • sharon boston

I'm going to comment on every race Hardware section until I find the one that told that young woman to leave because she was black . And sent the or minority man to do it. I will never be back and I'll make sure to tell my husband to contract with others.

  • Kirk Baiter

Generally, I enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware. On this particular trip, I couldn't get an employee to acknowledge me, let alone give any assistance. This normally isn't the case with Ace Hardwares. But your last experience is the one you remember, right?

  • michael palumbo

I go here all the time, as it is close, and I know what they have. But, if I need any help, the employees go out of Thier way to make it as difficult as possible to get assistance. And , good chance, Thier advice is completely wrong. Bunch of dopes.

  • Kate B

Staff so helpful & they offered to let us bring our bicycles inside front door (turns out no external rack in the shopping center).... Don already inside shopping so I said I would wait- they brought a cold bottle of water- now that's customer care1

  • Sean Rice

Quick in and out. The people here are friendly and helpful. There's usually at least one seasoned home improvement veteran on premises who can help you with some pointers for completing your job while helping you find the parts and tools you need.

  • unkillbilly

I like Ace because of the attention the personnel give to assist in finding what I'm looking for. If you value your time, you'll spend the extra pennies you might save money on at Home Depot...and spent five times longer looking for what you nee.

  • Keith Anderson

Ordered curbside pickup. Said the order was ready. Come and get it. 15 minutes later I get there, and the store had closed early for New Years. Fortunately, I caught the manager locking up, and he retrieved my items and brought them out to me.

  • Hugo Cuevas

Nice small hardware store lots of very young kids trying to help the customers but if older worker not around they pretty much ignore you. If you know what you need it's better than going to those large mega stores where you really get lost.

  • Rosie Kirkpatrick

Was placed on hold for over 10 mins. Young girl who answered the phone told me the sale price when I had specifically asked for my after tax contractor account price. Refused to scan the item to give me accurate pricing and said rudely “I

  • Claudine M Wessel

Really bad attitude. The guys at the paint counter refused to try to mix my paint color despite an ACE label with the ounces of each tiny listed on an old can. Their attitude was horrible. If I could i would give them zero stars.

  • Tanya Connor

I got all the help I wanted and some excellent advice the lady in the paint area was just wonderful I go back frequently just because of her when I need to do odd jobs I should have her name by now next time i will great lady!

  • Alejandro Torres

Unfortunately they dont know their products. They chose random items without checking their specifics. Manager blamed “the new guy” but she did the same thing. Not only my furniture got ruined but my power tool got damaged

  • Jahnvieve Buseman

Ace is wonderful! But not all Ace hardware's are created equal. My Ace located on Indian School and 32nd is top notch! Best and most helpful staff, they sell Ben Moore paint and are cheaper than Scottsdale locations.

  • Margie Arata

Glad Ace Hardware is located in the neighborhood. Employees are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It beats having to drive to Home Depot or Lowe's for a few things. Highly recommend this store to my friends.

  • Ralph Clay Jr.

This is my first time to this Ace, but it's nice and they are very helpful cashier's very nice the store is very clean they are courteous. This is the only place I know you can get one on one customer service!!!!

  • Vicki Huntman

Great store! Aubree took care of a tricky return request today which is just a reminder of what great people work at this store. Always more than helpful and all about customer service. Much appreciated.

  • Paul Campos

I walked in needing a specific light bulb, thinking it would be a stuggle finding one, but an employee immediately offered to help me, and found the bulb in less than a minute, I was really impressed.

  • Robert Johnson

Wants again have gone in for ulips Ace product that could not be found elsewhere and it was rapidly produced and is working perfectly satisfactory this is bun their history and that's why I go to them

  • Duane “D-Train” Delaney

All young adults working here. They were missing professionalism; screwing around at work, using coarse language, and talking behind customers back. They did offer to help me twice, which I declined.

  • Pam Jack

Always my go to for yard stuff and AC filters. Can wander around and concoct project plans, or just zip in and out. Need a spare key made? They are right on it. Friendly and interested in my ideas.

  • Andrew Barber

Great local hardware store that has always had everything I needed for any home repairs and fixes. Sure beats driving to one of the big box stores and wandering around hoping to find what you need.

  • Elaine Clavino

Great , very polite staff well informed of all merchandise. I really enjoyed my time there ☺ . The staff was very friendly and respectful immediately ready to help they were funny. …

  • Ally Avey

Contrary to other comments here, I find them helpful IF YOU ARE FRIENDLY TOO! This is my GO TO first choice instead of crowded HD. Super for odd nuts and bolts and most home repair materials.

  • M Perkins

Found everything we had on our list. Employee from the paint counter was very helpful. Thank you for the carry out assistance . No more big box shopping for us. Service was above and beyond.

  • Brett Smith

This Ace Hardware sells Craftsman tools but doesn't honor the lifetime warranty. Do not buy a Craftsman tool here. The Craftsman brand has always had a lifetime warranty on there hand tool.

  • James D. Morgan

This Ace Hardware location is so convient. The staff is helpful and very nice. Where one person lacks expertise,. They will get answers from other knowlegable staff. Well worth the visit.

  • Paul Wagner

They are much closer to the central neighborhood than homedepot. If you only need a few small things Ace fits the bill, however they are a bit pricey if you need anything more then that.

  • Steve Caprara

Be prepared to spend 10-30% more than HD, but I consider it paying for convenience. Much closer and has what I need. Stick to asking the teens for help as they're much more friendly.

  • John Gray

"Grumpy gruff guy" in back fixed my hand cart in 15 minutes and did it right and inexpensively! ACE is the place! Thanks... saved a bundle of time and got it done right first time.

  • Ryan Naylor

I went in here with some troubles with my disposal or my kitchen sink. I was impressed at how knowledgeable everyone on their staff wise. I love friendly approach they offered.

  • Gail Rekers

Not a big-box business but with a big inventory. If you need it, they have it. if they don't have it they can get it and you can avoid the Big Box stores which I love to do.

  • Maximo Flores

This story is very clean well-managed well stocked and the people are so helpful as beyond belief you can't walk to steps without getting nasty if you need help or anything

  • Sheree Gordon

Great BIG store. You can actually get down the isles with a wheelchair. And the staff is very helpful (NOT) took forever to get someone to help me just answer a question.

  • Steve Cockrill

Sales clerk said that they did not have split-ring key holders even though there was a display on the counter where we were standing. Eventually I found what I wanted.

  • george niesyty

It was fine. People there were very helpful helped my find what I needed. I am always amazed that there are so many products there. Household Things you use every day

  • Bradley Brauer

Immediately acknowledged upon entering, offered assistance within one minute, plastic nut I needed found, purchased and out the door in less than five minutes

  • brad wells

This ace is really good at hiring younger adults and teach them work ethics. They always have weird screws I'm looking for. Friendly people every time.

  • gail Rothert

A big SHOUT OUT, GREAT JOB, NICE, FRIENDLY, in fact I believe Stephanie & Skyla deserve a "FAT" raise U ladies r WONDERFUL ty very much gAIL ROTHERT

  • Jesus “DrZeus” Pena

I found everything I needed in a nice condensed place without having to walk over a mile. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to be there.

  • Michael Calcinari

Nice store... wide, well stocked isles. Tried the premium brand paint for a project and WOW did it work well... great coverage and consistency.

  • matt k

Great little hardware store that I can usually find just what I need without having to go to a big box corporate store. Remember, shop small!

  • Art Weiner

Occasional great pricing especially if you 1- stick with home brands. 2-remember to use their monthly coupons! ($5.00 off $20 or more)

  • DSM

They are friendly and helpful. If the person helping you doesn't know the answer to your question. They get someone who does

  • jimmy 85014

It seems like all the staff that I encounter are friendly knowledgeable and very helpful every time I go to Ace hardware.

  • Carrie F

Their loyalty program is nice! I just picked up a new cookie baking sheet! Great selection of items for our home! …

  • Maurice Samuel

Friendly, efficient service. And the staff are humble enough to ask for help when they're not sure how to do something.

  • Bob Brett

Probably the worst of ace hardware that i go to. Stock poorly managed, never have what i need. Any wayy high prices.

  • Ryan Kelly

The old manager working here has terrible customer service. Also, horrendous return policy. Stick to HomeDepot.
