Ace Plumbing scammed us for $229 + TX for an emergency visit that was first initiated at 2 am. The plumber suggested to wait until 9 am so that we wouldn't have to pay the off hours fee of $229 + TX. We called at 4:30 am to book, were given eta of 30-60 mins and after threatening to cancel the work order he showed up at 6:30 am. I could have called other plumbers. His diagnosis included a monthly membership fee, a claim that he couldn't unblock a pipe without damaging it, and a quote of $1100. He also took pictures. He said he did the best he could on 2 hours of sleep. We had no sleep in addition to dealing with an autistic man with seizure symptoms. For the $229, I would expect a plumber who was able to work, not complain of lack of sleep. This company took advantage of a special needs family. They are dishonest and unreliable and we will not get our money back. Update: i was contacted and refunded immediately, so Ace deserves a better rating and I subsequently changed the rating to 5 star. Plumbers are a gamble, especially those who don't want to work at night, but at least Ace has responsive management. We still have a plumbing problem, but we have a bigger autism problem, so we'll wait for the defrost and hope it resolves itself.

Ace Plumbing serves both my retail business and my home, and I'm so happy to have found this EXCELLENT company! I have had 2 hot water tanks replaced, a surge protector installed, taps and leak issues addressed, and each time I have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of work, expertise, professionalism and friendliness of the plumbers and even their receptionist, Beth, who makes a point of knowing and remembering their clients. They even advise how to avoid future issues, fixed an improperly installed exhaust by a previous plumber as a courtesy, and I simply cannot say enough about this company and their outstanding crew! Look no further for the very best plumbing company!

To be honest, they weren't my first choice, and my first choice doesn't charge $240 for walking in the door... my first choice is $80 cheaper. However, Ace promptly answered the phones on Christmas Eve during the morning, and had a guy out to us in an hour. They were professional, courteous, got the job done. No complaints on service. My first choice of plumber contacted me soon as Ace left my house, and it seems overall I could've saved myself about $120 on the same service. I get it, Ace doesn't work Sundays and I was paying 'after hours'. I'd use them again, but only in an emergency if my first choice was too busy.

I became a customer of Ace when I bought a house 6 years ago in December, and of course after we moved in, the furnace died.. (Ace has been my go to ever since.) My mom has been a regular customer for a long time and was very happy with their work, and when my furnace died 6 years ago in freezing winter, she suggested I use their services.i have been a satisfied customer for the past 6 years. Brian has been the tech that has come out to help and is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Ace, they are a trustworthy and reliable company, and their employees are personable and efficient.

They charged more then other companies it seems for emergencies, but the dispatcher was more then lovely to deal with, and understanding on our situation. The plumber that came out, was efficient and very kind. The other companies had no issue with charging less, but I would have had to wait over a month without any hot water in a home with elderly and young children after already 6 weeks of getting companies in to inspect the issue throughout Dec/Jan. Ace was able to schedule within the weekend and solve within hours. Will call them again for sure!

Couple days ago, we had Brandon at our property to fix a leak above our garage. Brandon was quick to locate the leak (mind you he had to first break through all the foam insulation), he explained what he found and replaced the section of faulty pipe in minutes. All of Ace Plumbing's staff I've had interactions with so far, are super knowledgable, friendly, quick and efficient with their work. I'm a Club Royale member and don't regret it one bit! Highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

For a leaky shower that I couldn't fix myself, Brandon was able to fix everything there and also was very patient in showing me how the fix was done. He also spotted the maintenance I needed for the tankless water heater we have, as well as checking on the state of the rest of the house plumbing and furnace to identify other maintenance I'd been overlooking. He arrived on time and was thoroughly professional, and I would definitely call again for any issues for all these.

Called Thursday afternoon for a slow draining tub was able to get an appointment for Friday morning. Awesome. Plumber showed up early and was done in no time, explained all my options before he did any work once finished recommended products to help prevent drainage problems. I am extremely happy with the service l, being able to get such a quick appointment and for the work to be done in such a quick fashion is absolutely amazing thank you very much Brandon.

When our water heater went on Dec 23, we called Ace Plumbing and Heating. Within a little more than an hour we had Brandon at our door with a new tank. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all our questions. He explained everything to us and went to work to replace our worn out heater. We were more than pleased with his work and would highly recommend him and Ace Plumbing.

Brandon and ACE Plumbing are life savers! The recent cold inspired our furnace to have a wee break from working. We had Brandon at our doorstep in less than an hour and our heat was back on in a timely way. Truly appreciate his skill, knowledge and follow up (mentioned that he would let the next person on call know about our situation and that if anything were to happen, that tech would help us).

Brandon provide outstanding service! We had a leaking faucet, which I had tried to repair, and he repaired it in no time. Brandon called to let us know he was running late at his previous job and would be an hour from our scheduled appointment. He called to say he was on his way which we found very professional and courteous. He was also very thorough and informative and was able to replace our kitchen faucet and water shut off valves which needed to be replaced. Very pleased with todays service!

Brandon did a great job and arrived on time and provided good options for our 10 year old hot water tank. We decided to change it instead of fix it. Brandon started the process of the change out and 3 hrs later we were back in business with hot water and the knowledge that the tank should not fail in the next 6 years.

We have been using Ace for years and the company has never disappointed. Brandon was here the other day for our annual maintenance. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions that my husband and I had. Not to forget Beth in office administration who has always been helpful, polite and respectful.

Technician was prompt, friendly and explained all aspects of the issues. Facilitated repair after picking up parts and offered a detailed explanation of the quote. We have used Ace Plumbing for many years and appreciate their excellent service. More recently they have done some extensive work in a house we recently purchased, and it was all done efficiently and on time. We especially appreciate the work done for us by Brian, whose sense of humor smooths the task.

We had a great experience with Ace plumbing. They answered their phone after 5 pm and had us set up with an appointment the next morning. A technician came before their scheduled time. The plumber who came was knowledgeable and straight forward. He worked until the job was done and correct.
