I trust, and will only trust, Rich to take possession of my grandmother's 25 year anniversary diamond for repairs, cleanings, etc. Rich is kind-spoken and provides an air of confidence that customers can feel assured knowing their keepsakes are going to come back perfect. The rapport he establishes with his clients is of the highest quality. This is the BEST jeweler/store in the entire Tampa Bay Area. I can attest to this. I’ve been shopping there for years and most recently at their second store with Gina, Chris, and Rich. While Rich has a deep knowledge and passion for watches which is so incredible, Gina and Chris deal with the other jewelry. I have purchased everything from Gold, Silver, to specialized watches. They help in all facets of your purchase and don’t treat you just like a number, they treat you like you’re the only most important part of the purchase regardless of what you spend dollar wise. I visited the south Tampa location and could not be more pleased with the people there and my purchase. I had been looking to buy a new watch and happened to see Ackerman was an authorized dealer for a brand I was interested in. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Ira and he guided me over to the watch display area. From there, I met Rich and he answered all of the questions I had about the various brands and helped me select the watch that met my budget and had the visual appeal I was looking for. He then took the time to size the band for me and showed me how the watch operated. There was no pressure whatsoever like I experienced at some of the other stores in the area. Ackerman has me as a customer for life!

Took my 2 Seiko watches here to be fixed. It states online that they do. I got there he stated he could not fix mechanical watches. My advice is to find a true watch repair professional. Just read your reply either you can fix a sieko watch or you can't. The one that was losing time watch doctor explained the proper way to charge watch 5 mins later my watch is working fine hasnt lost a minute. The other watch the day clip came off . So he set it properly. That's working fine . When I called she stated you can fix siekos , you stated you don't work on mechanical automatic siekos . We're am I wrong

I have worked with Linda multiple times and she is the best! I designed my engagement ring with her prior to moving out of the state and she made the whole process so easy. When it was time for our wedding bands we knew we wanted to work with her and she made the process seamless. Not only did she have all the information needed to create matching bands she had it shipped to our new home and we didn’t have to do a thing!

Gina and Bonnie are so knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I were looking for a jacket for my diamond. I told them what I was looking for and they knew exactly where to find it. The jacket was at they north Tampa store and they had it sent over within the hour. It was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Amazing location, it's just want the area needed. Great service and prime selections. Environment is inviting and if you want custom made jewelry, they can do it all. I have been a long time customer to the up north location and now here..Give this place a try, as I have for several years.. Honestly can't go wrong..
