Been waiting for a phone from Ackermans I brought in for repairs over a month now.... from the 22/03/2021..... I call the store......the phone rings, no answer......and this is more than once. When I got through on two occasions..... they were offline....the services there is really not good.

Well stocked, lovely clothing items. Clean, spacious. But the lack of service from cashiers needs to be improved. Even before Covid 19, this was a HUGE issue for me, at this particular Ackermans. Not enough cashiers available and no sense of urgency.

Do not buy anything regarding Phones or sim cards from this store the lady by name Kea said they are forcing their customers to print the proof of residence and they are not keeping that for paper trail you as the customer you'll be leaving

Not impressed..the Cashier named Boitumelo was in a hurry and too occupied by other things to give me her full attention, i could barely understand what she was saying because it look like she wasn't talking to me at all

Manager neither helpful nor friendly in fact she was down right rude and walked away while I was addressing her. The cashier is the reason I didn't rate 1.

Customer service was a breeze,it was my first time using their paxi courier service..

checked to see the trading hours got there nd the store was already closed

1 cashier on a friday afternoon with a queue of customers!

No men's section at all, so completely useless to me.
