Overcharged $2.50, realised once I got home and checked my receipt. Purchased 8 items in total, got charged for an extra item I didnt buy (making it 9 items)... Shouldn't happen, wrong on so many levels! Gotta be careful of this happening especially this day and age; as I have read it's unfortunately common in these kinds of stores like $2 shops and when you don't think it will happen to you, sadly, it does ... I feel like it's done on purpose to make that extra profit unlawfully & slyly on customers... definately won't be going back there after this now...

Possibly good as a $2 shop style store, but be very careful about anything with a ‘real’ label. Proprietors were willingly and obviously selling some cards as legitimate branded cards, commented ‘very hard to find’ to my husband as he purchased. When he got home he discovered they were all completely fake. Now to be fair, the price was low, but to be openly selling them as real is just dodgy.

Nice version of the $2 shop but a larger range. Stocked full of everything you could want from seeing thread to costumes. Found myself a few little things like cable ties and anti slip mat to keep me going for a while. Staff are nice. Plenty of parking nearby. Kid friendly. Wheelchair friendly.

Staff member walked away from me in mid sentence. Learning English is as hard as learning Chinese but will never happen if you don't try to listen and converse. Politeness is universal and I don't mind rewording for Clarity. I did not to purchase anything on account of the rudeness shown.

Store presentation is super messy, difficult to find items as all items are scattered throughout the store. Understandably, it's a $2 store however, a good clean wouldn't hurt. Additionally, the customer service... non exsistant.

This shop has the best variety and space compared to many others in busier suburbs like Brunswick and Coburg.It's the only $2 shop around Altona and provides a very much needed service.

The girl at the counter is always rude and abrupt. I have been served by her 3 times and every time she has been very rude. Her customer service is appalling.

Nice staff. I was short 40 cents and had not purchased enough to pay by card without incurring fee. Cashier put the money in himself.
