My experience with Action Rehab was amazing and perfect. After a small accident, i got surgery to my wrist and hospital staff recommended this Action Rehab. There i met my physio. Her name is 'sunny'. She is excellent and very patience. She stood out to me as the progression of my insury was always her first priority. All the exercises she told me to do were helped alot to recover from pain. Thanks to her. Action rehab provide best in class treatment and i would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to get themselves back to 100% as quickly as possible.

My little miss 9 managed to break her finger just before going O/S. On her return we were referred to action rehab. I couldn’t speak highly enough not only of the clinic but the staff are all very friendly whilst still being professional. So thrilled with the service and treatment from Action Rehab. I had bad wrist pain from having/holding/feeding a heavy baby that I’d just started to live with. I was recommended Action Rehab by a family member and I regret not going sooner! Dylan was incredible, through a combo of treatment and exercises to build strength, 4 weeks later my wrist is back in action, and I can use it in Pilates again! Super happy :-)

After being diagnosed with to the dreaded mallet finger, I was very well looked after by Dylan at Action Rehab in Malvern East. She put me on a careful plan and explained clearly what I had to do to get my finger back to 100%, which I managed to do in only 8 weeks! Way ahead of a normal schedule. Despite the terrible spelling of her name, I strongly recommend Dylan and the team at Action :)

Sunny is absolutely amazing! I received professional care for Carpal Tunnel, Tennis Elbow, and De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis. With a combination of treatment, exercise, and dry needling, my health improved significantly after just a few visits. Sunny's detailed explanations were invaluable in understanding the healing process. Highly recommended for effective and comprehensive care!

What a brilliant experience, emailed the Urgent Care service and Dylan called within 30 mins. Within 90 mins I had been seen and treated!! As a busy parent it was so helpful to be seen quickly. Highly recommend

Sunny did a fantastic job on my trigger finger over several sessions - it went from triggering painfully many times a day to not triggering at all. A result of gentle strengthening finger exercises and massage.

The people are so nice and friendly. It helps me improve in my injury. Having a genuine people that are really wanting to help you si what you need and Julie, Sunny and Dylan are the best!
