PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ISMAIL JASSAT at action motors Lenasia. We went there in November 2018 to look at a car, found one we liked and put down an amount to keep the car while we still were awaiting funds to be.transferred. In the the meantime, we had to go to cape town for appointments and has then decided that we need a bigger car, since our family was.expanding. We contacted Ismail to ask him for.the money back, he.went on, and eventually said week get the money. He said his manager will do the.transfer at month end, its now March 2019 and we still waiting!!!! He keeps on giving excuses, refuses to let us.speak to his manager, and he.always picks up the landline, yet his.always on the road. He.gave us.a "manager" number, which.Is always on voicemail!! He doesn't want to give us our money back and.keeps on lying!!!!! I'm.sure the back account number he gave us.to do the transfer was his own personal accountant number and we not the first he has done.this to!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THE THIS GUY!!! After calling the owner and being told by a rude Ismail that we will get our money back via sms by Monday 11 March 2019, we still waiting today, and it's the 12th I don't see why this guy has to be rude in the first place. How many others were treated the way we've been treated bet the.same guy. Still waiting for deposit!!

Fantastic experience at Action Motors Lenasia - we bought my dad's E87 120d from there two weeks ago and the entire experience was superlative from first seeing the car to final paperwork processing. To top everything, these guys give you one free service for your car. My car drives smooth, I would recommend them even if I am half awake.
