Acton Car Care are OUTSTANDING. I've used them for about 5 years. Omar always goes out of his way to fix problems. He's often found a solution for a problem which is cheaper for the customer but means less revenue for him. His pricing is very competitive. Best mechanic I've met in London. Fantastic experience. I took my car for her service and have been welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff. Hamid took care of my care and sent me updates throughout the process till a picked it up. I've been impressed by the service and had an amazing first experience with this garage.

Very trustworthy and professional mechanics, good with older motors. Omar and Robert stripped, repaired and rebuilt my VW camper engine after a major failure. They gave a good estimate for the labour cost and stuck to it, and found ways to save me money with the parts and repairs.

I read the reviews about this place and decided to go with them to repair car for my girlfriend hoping they'll be honest and helpful. I found them very unprofessional. Lack of communication about when the car will be ready and the issues continued after the repair. Please avoid!

Car broke. Called them at 11 they had ordered the part, fixed it and got me back on the road by 3. They quoted one price and it actually was cheaper! First time thats ever happened. Robert was great throughout. Trust these guys, honest, hardworking, will use again.

I thought these guys were nice and had good reviews etc. They just changed my fan belt for me, but I when I picked up my car there was a big smear of mucus along the inside of driver's side door. Not using them again, plenty of other mechanics around this area.
