I cannot express enough what terrible customer service this dealership provides in their service department. Multiple times they have tried to price gouge me for services, including but not limited to trying to charge me over $400 for a simple diagnostic (without even charging for the actual service) and trying to charge me more than double what other dealerships are charging for parts and labor for simple, routine services. Most recently, I came in for a 7AM service, only to waste time and gas getting there to be turned away and told they don’t have the part in stock. I’m really not trying to be a Karen posting this review, but I will advise anyone bringing their Acura here to go to Ron Tonkin Acura in Beaverton. That dealership has friendly service people and will not take you over the coals like these guys do. 0/10 - will never bring my car here again.

I had the most professional experience at the Acura dealership in Portland. They’ve done incredible work in my car runs so much better! James, who is the service manager has helped me twice and everything goes flawlessly. He is incredibly professional and they even meet you at your car to help you unload for a service. I have decided to pay dealership prices, which are very comparable actually, to my other mechanic, who was more expensive for a full synthetic Oil change. I have decided to change over truly due to the experience and the work for this done on your car.

I had a recall on my Acura Mdx and was assigned to work with Chad. He explained to me a few other service my car needed and took care of my car and gave me excellent service. I am not a fan of going to dealers for service but I gained some trust working with Chad. I highle recommend working with him! Definately a whole better experience.

Chad was extremely friendly and helped me out with any questions I had. He also was very thorough with the few questions I did ask. Amazing attitude and all around awesome guy to deal with. Got my transmission fluid flushed in my 2005 Acura RL, only took about an hour and my car is back to shifting without me even being able to feel it.
