The place is clean and there is enough space to park your car! The place is completely lonely with no security personnel or information which made me quite nervous! I give it four stars because I couldn't find anyone to ask about directions or maps, it needs restrooms and more benches to wait for bus delays. I wish there were more public transport to reach the suburbs, it would be amazing and we would take care of the environment and create more jobs!

Clean, no loiterers. 228 leaves on time every morning for me. RideMetro stacks buses, at least in morning. For 228, when one pulls out, another pulls up right away to start loading. If you miss 228, next leaves15 minutes later. Literally, the next bus is waiting on previous to depart. Is as intended, ensures capacity and on time departures.

It’s convenient reliable cheap transportation to downtown. Busses leave and arrive on time 90% of the time. Save yourself a lot of stress and take the bus. I took P&R downtown for years...no complaints.

This place needs public restrooms, food court area, and more buses especially between 16:30 and 18:30...It sucks to wait more than 30mins for your transfers.
