Location is about all that this hotel has to offer. Unfortunately the facility it becoming very tired and seems to have been missed the recent opportunity that a lot of other places took advantage of - the covid slow down to catch up on much needed maintenance. For the money, and what you’re expecting based on advertising I’d highly suggest going elsewhere. It’s not terrible it’s just rough around the edges. The carpet has been milked 5 years too long and the bathrooms are 10 years overdue a renovation. The common areas mostly lifts and hallways are 10years past it as well. All the doors into each apartment slam, including when the cleaners come and go. I’m not sure who was responsible for the leveling compound used under the carpet in the corridors but I’ve had smoother walks on a stoney beach. Apart from that you have the making of a great place to stay. Just hope the owners begin to think about investing in the upkeep. However they missed a great time to do it 2020-2022. The comment is about the service. Something we’re not normally that picky about. The receptionists were great and helpful as expected but whoever was doing the cleaning/servicing in the apartment was below average. The consistency and time of day were hard to plan around. With a room for a tiny bin, it had to be collected daily but unfortunately it was often forgotten. Towels and toilet paper the same. In the end, we left the servicing to ourselves. We got ourself laundry detergent, washing up brushes, soap and tea towels, tea, coffee and milk. Essentially I recommend a small grocery shop on the day you check in. All in all, there’s plenty of Better places to stay in similar or better locations.

Over all great customer service and great location with great room facilities. How ever do not trust you will receive what you have paid for and what you have booked. We booked a balcony room over4 months ahead and at that time parking was included. While we called them a week ahead to confirm every thing and make sure all is on the plan but we've been told suddenly that for carpark we have to pay$49 extra per night and we don't need to book at that time we can do it on spot. Then when we've arrived firstly the room was first floor no balcony and stuffy and when we did insist on our balcony room suddenly they found an other room empty on second floor with balcony but not glass one that we've paid for and have the photos of bookings. Also the service said cleaned it for us how ever did not so we had to clean it our selves. Additionally for car park they gave us rate of $59 per night when we asked since when they said from 2weeks ago. How ever we have called a week ahead and they gave us $49 rate!!!! Also their on-site caffeine was not open in the eve or night . Over all if I do force my self to trust them again I make sure to keep calling day by day prior to confirm every thing and document all words :) But good rooms and location.

Great location. Staff were helpful and accessible at all times. Car parking is a bit expensive, but very convenient. The room was starting to show its age, but spacious with a great layout. We had a lot of fun people watching off of the balcony.

Noteworthy details
The room has double glass doors leading out onto the balcony, which greatly reduces general noise. Full-size washer and dryer in the bathroom, ask concierge for a clothes horse. Convenience store around the corner is suss. There are no prices on the shelves/products, and items are just charged randomly. I recommend walking a bit further along.

Location was central and very quiet thanks to the double glazed windows. We weren't disturbed by the traffic at night despite being close to a main road. Service was exceptional. Josefina went above and beyond, making sure my Mum (who speaks very little English) felt looked after and welcomed. The rooms were clean and tidy. Showers could use an upgrade, but they were in good working order. The room had some nice extras like a hairdryer and a safe inside. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The location is spot on with easy access to the harbour and attractions but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The quality of the rooms however is poor with issues like damaged carpets, cracked bathtubs/showers causing water to escape on the floor, minimal cooking utensils, etc. While service was good when you asked for it, things like washing powder etc you had to go to the desk and collect it yourself. Not the 4 stars they indicate.

Quiet

A great location, and the staff are great. Is a little dated, but is due for a renovation in the near future. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star rating was an issue we had with the air con freezing over and leaking into the bathroom - not a lot of communication between maintenance and reception, or the night staff. Having said that, we would happily go back and stay again.

I have had the best hotel experience in my life at this place! The staff are the most friendly,most helpful people you can find! Rachel,Sara and Kaye have made the reservation process so easy for me.I suffer from a disability. They treat me like a king! I am so grateful to have found Adina apartment hotel darling Harbour. The accommodation is fantastic. The view over darling Harbour and City are 5 star. This is my favourite hotel. Thanks to the amazing staff that run the place. Excellent!!!!!!

The Adina staffs service was second to none! We really enjoyed our stay and the extra touches made it really special. Spacious clean room, great view, great service!
