I hate this not because any employee misbehaved with me. But the experience i had with one of the policy was terrible. One of my friend from hdfc insisted me for taking a policy long back from my native town and i was getting letters back to back from aditya birla to update kyc. So i called customer care and enquired how to proceed. They advised me to contact one of the offices near by. I came back to banglore and checked online for the offices and found this office. When reached came to know that offfice is under maintenance or painting. So i had to visit next day. This place is 20km from my house. Next day cashier told that its life insurance not mutual funds. So they cant help me. Then my friend suggested (when asked) to contact CAMS and i got it done without any issues. Anyways, i m rating low duw to my experience with ABG.

I couldn't reach them at all with the helpline number which is on the website.The coustermer care center need to operate properly.There are frauds happening (online scam) with a good company name or a trusted firm. It should easy for us to get clarified such simple queries.later I had to do my own research to find out whether the caller was genuine or fake.

Fraud insurance company, once i closed my insurance, premium not paid back. Many times following up for 6th months they returned around 60% of 1.2 lakhs for 6 months premium. For the proofs of policy they took one more 2 months and shredded with excel filling the amounts. Unable to report to RBI about this fraud company. They are cheating.

Went to surrender my insurance policy, instead received wise advice from the official manning the counter to partially withdraw, keep the policy active and continue to continue life cover. Completed the rest of the formalities in less than 15 mts. Excellent service from the branch.

I was in two minds to vist this branch based on few suggestions given by others.But the staff at the office especially one in the cabin, did provide all the relevant details we need to fetch.. I'd like to appreciate the guy for being so humble and doing his job well.

Anyone reading this review, stay away from Aditya Birla if your planning to invest your hard earned money. No helpline works and the customer will hold you for hours

People sitting at desks , show their attitude that they won't let customers surrender their own policies . Same at museum road branch and same at indranagar branch..

issued a health card without our permission or consent and an additional by making sum1 my mothers son..activated it and tuk 1st emi frm d account..u all r fraud
