Embracing his daily 20 minute exercise procedures designed to address the inherent problem, over this time it has enabled me to minimise my ongoing pain and improve movement. Together with massage dry needling and heat treatment the combination all designed to address a long term problem. I was confident that I would be back to 100% with continued exercise. Adrian certainly helped my chronic neck problem. I was referred to a neuro surgeon which may have resulted in an operation, but thanks to Adrian's help and guidance my pain has totally gone. After a few treatment sessions, and following his exercise program, I have found total relief .
