Worse service ever. I've had my policy go up more than 3 times in the last 6 months without explanation or excuse. They never call back to follow up or give you a heads up on changes within your policy. They will tell you whatever to take your money but that's all they want. Your money. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!
The Owner is such a Bad, ignorant, low class she is mean to the receptionist, to the makeup artist, and to the security. She is a narcissistic person and her Insurance is not good at all.
Great rates on policies; so many carriers to choose from. The customer service was friendly and staff very knowledgeable.
Can't seem to get in touch with them.
