Dear Fellow Consumers and Furniture Buyers News Bulletin with Gratitude!!!! My name is Josh M and I wish to spread the word of Adriatic Furniture; and in Particular provide a review of the Preston Victoria store. It’s just a must!!! On 02.11.2021, I attended the Preston location in pursuit of finding a new television entertainment unit as mine was quite outdated. I was greeted by the exceptional Lindy who welcomed me into the store. She asked if I needed assistance and I told her what I was looking for and the style too. Lindy; directed me to the Naxos unit and I fell in-love with it pretty much instantaneously! I ended up buying the unit and to my sheer delight; it was in stock. Lindy was brilliant and showed great customer service; and organised for the item to be delivered on 09.11 (five business days later). The delivery chaps came this morning at 8am (before normal business hours) and set up the unit for me expeditiously. They both were friendly, welcome and all round great lads. All in all, I’m blown away by Adriatic Preston (Especially Lindy), the delivery chaps and the high quality item. I definitely recommend Adriatic; you will not be disappointed at all. We visited the Adriatic Furniture store in Preston on Saturday. We were immediately greeted by Anthony who asked us what we were looking for and commenced to show us around the showroom. I think we spent between 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs with Anthony. He was so patient with us and gave us some incredible interior design advice. He carefully took us through our purchase details, explaining delivery times and inclusions in detail. He was able to offer us a great deal as we were purchasing a large modular lounge, 8 dining chairs, 4 bar stools, a TV cabinet and lamp table. He was so friendly, professional and not pushy at all. He gave us great advice along the way and was able to accomodate an earlier than anticipated delivery time for most of our items. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone that’s after excellent quality furniture with exceptional customer service. Thanks again Anthony. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Anthony and the team from Adriatic Furniture Preston were wonderful to work with. Anthony was patient with us and even got out a measuring tape to measure the table we were interested in because we were not exactly sure if it was going to fit in our house. Anthony also helped us choose the colors for the leather chairs, and he never seemed frustrated when we went back and forth and changed our mind several times, instead he served us with coffee and give an extra advise while having the complimentary coffee. We were pleasantly surprised at the lack of pushyness and the willingness to help us make a good decision especially for something so expensive. He was also patient and easy to work with. During the choosing process we were served with a coffee and given the extra time. I have no hesitation in recommending Adriatic Furniture to anyone. We definitely will be back. V. & S. P.......

The team at Adriatic in Preston provided excellent service. Everyone was friendly and the showroom has a homely feel. I spoke with Nicholas and Anthony, and both gave me a lot of their time and we're patient and helpful without being pushy. I was given a cup of tea to help me relax and get comfortable while making a decision, and they were happy to keep the store open half an hour late to make sure I was comfortable. The sofa I selected is gorgeous and top quality leather, and a beautiful caramel colour (the Madison chaise). Thanks for the service! P.s. go to Preston, not Thomastown! ;)

Anthony was great and so lovely to deal with. We had originally visited the Nunawading store to purchase a couch and did not get much help, when we did the sales assistant was quite short and seemed uninterested. We decided to leave and drive to Preston in hope we would have a better experience and we did the minute we walked in. Welcomed by staff, we were given adequate time to look around before we received assistance and purchased the couch we saw in Nunawading. Would definitely recommend going to the Preston store. Anthony showed both my husband and what true customer service is. He was highly knowledgeable, honest and was able to meet all of our needs. We were both so impressed with the level of care he showed us. He truly wanted us to walk away with the best quality sofa and dining table which he was able to advise us looking at price, material, delivery time and other similar to pieces to ensure we were 100% satisfied. The staff at Adriatic furniture in Preston Victoria were excellent in assisting us in deciding the best furniture style and quality for our needs. From the outset when we were browsing, the staff were supportive but not intrusive as we moved through the various displays and suites. The manager, Anthony was able to answer our specific questions and had an in-depth knowledge of the furniture manufacture, styles and longevity of the various materials used. We are very happy with the professional and supportive service we received.

I just had an amazing experience at Adriatic Preston. Thank you Anthony and Lezley for your patience.I have been trying to buy some furniture for over two years and just purchased my first pieces, a dining setting and leather couch. If it wasn’t for L & A I probably would of walked out with nothing. I appreciate professional advice, great suggestions and an eye for detail. I might add .. I was that annoying customer who comes in half an hour before the store closes, so admin had to be done after closing time!

Very happy with my new Dylan corner lounge. This time tried Adriatic Preston (although a bit further from my home) as it was referred by a family friend. Great experience. Staff was great, specially Anthony who was very spot on to understand our requirements and apart from answering our queries also educated us with some tips to upkeep the furniture. Order was expedited and delivered within a week while other stores in the area couldn’t even commit same model to Christmas. Thanks Anthony and team Preston.

I can honestly say that my experience at Adriatic Furniture this morning was truly a positive one. Anthony was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and was able to either give me options immediately or immediately checked on options! I was given a rundown as to how to contact customer service if needed with assurances of after sale support. This was also much appreciated. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. We had Parth as our sales person, who went above and beyond in helping us choose the right couch for our new home. He was patient and certain not pushy at all. He listened to what we needed, he was very honest in his recommendations and made sure that we had the best price in the range that we were looking for. Anthony was very polite friendly and extremely helpful when we went shopping for our buffet at the Preston store. Anthony displayed excellent customer service and went beyond all expectations for us. The buffet size we wanted wasn’t on display, so he took it upon himself to find one in the warehouse and took us to see it to help us with our decision. Anthony provided us with a great offer and we are extremely grateful. We would happily return to buy another piece of furniture.

.We have had major issues since our expensive couch was delivered. Stay away as Adriatic do not want to be held accountable nor do they care about fixing the issue. It took them over 6 months to fix major issues on my couch and I had to chase them up every few days as they would just ignore my emails or calls. A majority of the issues have been fixed, we have given up on the rest and we do not have the energy to deal with Adriatic anymore. Do not buy any couches from here.

Anthony was so helpful in finding the perfect sofa and bar stools for my mother and went above and beyond any sales person would do! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, we showed him a picture of the lounge room and kitchen and helped us find the perfectly suited sofa and bar stools for us. It’s very reasonable price and the quality of leather and make is very good. I highly recommend Adriatic furniture and we will definitely be back to buy more furniture from here.

They are proud of their Normally defective workmanship. We bought a 2 and 2.5 seater Ascot sofa. The delivery was reasonably on time but we noticed an unsightly, highly noticeable and distracting wrinkle/ stretch in the back rest fabric. We brought it to their attention and their inspector inspected the sofa and did not agree that the workmanship is defective. He said "it is normal". No solution was offered by Adriatic furniture. We do not agree with that assessment.

I’ve had to change my review because Adriatic have been very disappointing. Moving into a new home, I’ve had delivery from a lot of major stores - Harvey Norman, Bev Marks, JB Hi Fi, Nick Scali, etc..all have been immensely better than Adriatic. Unlike all the other stores, Adriatic leaves all boxes, forgets orders, makes mistakes - not once but twice. I’m still waiting on my order. This is after spending more than 20k at their store. Very disappointing

I called up their head office as I had an inquiry about my order and I was greeted by a warm lovely soul who happened to share the same name as myself (Thomas) he was quick and efficient in finding solutions to my questions and provided me with a sense of trust and comfort. I would love to purchase more furniture from here just so I can speak to this lovely gentleman again. Keep up the good work guys and I can't wait to redo my dining room next time!

First of all I like to say this store is the best .As soon as I walked in it had a beautiful and welcoming feeling. I have been to other Adriatic stores but this one beats it . I like to thank Anthony from Adriatic Preston for fantastic customer service. He truly went above and beyond to meet our needs.His professionalism and his friendly service is number one !!! I bought the Cruz modular lounge and i absolutely love it. Quality is perfect. Customer service is great. I knew exactly when my item was going to arrive and Adriatic notified me the day before to give specific time. Delivery was efficient and they were friendly and put my lounge suite together. Would highly recommend Adriatic and I look forward to future purchases.

Walked into store Anthony came to us after a few minutes giving us enough time to quickly look through store and came to us where we had stopped. He was ever so helpful showing us what worked with lounge and chairs and table. Colours that I may have not put together. He was a real decorator with great advice. Like the other reviews. I loved the sales (Anthony) all the good things. The couch has arrived and is as per expectations and looks quality. It is not quite 5 star as the delivery took slightly longer than I was hoping for and I had to removed the waste after delivery. Ask for Anthony (I went to the other couch stores and the couch's didn't look quite as good)

I recently purchased some furniture from Adriatic Furniture Preston and was served by Camillo. I was thoroughly pleased by their service and willingness to provide an even better price than what was being offered but above all were pleasant and not over bearing in their sales technique. Hi We purchased a selection of furniture for our daughters new home. Adriatic held the purchases until we needed it for the entire time during builders delays due to Covid at no fuss. The furniture looks and feels amazing for the price along with value for money the service by all the sales staff was also no pressure, extremely knowledgeable and polite.

I had been looking for a lounge suite for some time. Went to Adriatic in Preston and dealt with Anthony, who suggested I have a look at their range. I decided on a suite and Anthony gave me a great price which then enabled me to purchase a coffee table to go with the suite. I would highly recommend Adriatic for their range and customer service.

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Manoel. I saw the Akido buffet online and they only had the entertainment cabinet in the showroom. Manoel followed up the other stores and provided photos of the interior, saving me a trip across town. I am very happy with my experience at the Preston store.

We have purchased two couches now from Anthony and the team at Adriatic. We’ve been really impressed by their professionalism and communication throughout the process the first time that we definitely had to go back for our second couch. The couch we got is such good quality and so comfortable!
