We made a purchase for coffee table in start of October as I have told them that I need it on urgent basis.i was told that the item we bought will be delivered in 2weeks time but until now has not been delivered and no notification from Adriatic that it has been delayed.We have paid the full amount of the item and everytime we make follow up call about any feedback on the delivery date, the staff keeps changing the information about the status of the item. It is quite a frustrating experience. Very poor customer service. No progress until now…Not a good experience at all.they should not misguiding the people just for selling their furniture and lying about the delivery date. Every item I bought from another stores after them have already delivered to me even before their expected date. So, hard to understand why only it’s delayed for Adriatic. This is clearly a lie to just sell their furniture and after that customer need to suffer.i wish I should never buy from Adriatic .

We have been going to the Thomastown store for over 20 years as a whole family and have not been disappointed once. Lilyana and Frank have been servicing our whole family since forever. They have always gone above and beyond! They have always delivered more than they have promised and always had a lovely approach to greeting us with a smile. Never buy from these guys. The product is good - just good for the price. Delivery is a joke. They kept on rescheduling. On top of it, the delivery guys left a big mess for me to clean up. When questioned they were ready to fight and came back with a piece of paper which says - "packaging is the purchasers responsibility" agree that is fine but dont leave such a mess. The pictures below are after me cleaning up more than half of the mess. The delivery drivers left my place looking like a war zone. I called Adriatic Thomastown and Tony(I think I got the name right) over the phone and he seemed least helpful, pointed me to the clause that I had signed for. I said yes that is fine but don't leave the pallet for me to clean up. My furniture didn't even come on thay pallet. Very cheap, shameful and cheeky behaviour. I see a lot other giving the same feedback. Its sad that i did not see those reviews before buying from Adriatic.

Excellent customer service! We purchased the Adelphi Grand lounge from the Thomastown's shop. Lilyana (the manager) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with selection of the colour and configuration. She replied to any of my post-sale inquiries promptly. The lounge arrived as advised on the day of the purchase and was delivered to our address promptly. The delivery crew arrived on time, was polite and quick to assemble the setting. Unfortunately, we found that one stitch on one of the recliners became undone. Franco (the owner) kindly organised an upholsterer to us within a week. It was all fixed professionally within 30 minutes of his arrival and the repair is not visible at all. We are very happy about quality of the used materials, especially leather and overall experience as customers and can only recommend AF Thomastown to anyone looking for quality furniture and an excellent service.

I have bought many different items from this store, because we love their ultra-modern furniture. Most of our house items are from this store and it looks GORGEOUS. Price is reasonable and I always get what we look for, specially my wife. Lilyana is always there for us with her tactics and suggests us about the items. We recently bought the coffee table from here and she did not forget the coffee for me, that's so nice of her and the others in the store are friendly too- a welcoming environment. :) Lastly the deliver men were awesome, they followed my instructions and were really good in delivering our beautiful coffee table on time, good job guys. Its been almost a year since we bought furniture from Adriatic Thomastown. Given the timeframe this review sums up our overall shopping and customer service experience with Lilyana and also the indication of the quality of the furniture we bought. When we first walked into the Thomastown store we just wanted to shop around. But Lilyana spent almost a day helping us to choose the right furniture matching the color theme and also helping us to customize the right couch for our lovely theatre. She was so friendly, lovely and professional. Now when I look at the price vs quality after having used the products for about 8 months Im happy that I have made the best decision ever. There is no doubt that I'm going back to Lilyana soon.

Had a big day of furniture shopping planned to go to various different stores. First stop was Adriatic furniture. Walked in and looked around. Was approached by Lilyana and straight away felt comfortable. Wasn’t any hard selling just genuine honest service. Gave us a few ideas and understood everything I wanted. There was so much nice furniture I ended up getting my whole house furnished at a really good price! My husband was happy that we didn’t have to go anywhere else as he hates shopping. Fantastic experience with Adriatic Thomastown. We bought two lounges last year and went back to them to buy dining set and coffee tables. Lilyana is just great. She is also interior designer so you not only get the advice about the furniture style/price but also how it will fit in your space at home. She has made excellent suggestions which has worked great for us. She was also very flexible and allowed us to visit and ask questions as many times as possible. Anytime we want to buy furniture in the future we will go to her at Adriatics first. You can’t go wrong with her advice.

We visited adriatic to purchase a new couch and the team was incredibly helpful. Tony spent a good hour with us and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It felt as if he was a long time friend. After the purchase went through, we had decided to change to electric recliner couch instead and Liliana was more than helpful. It was done within 10 minutes and she was very understanding. Never buy from Adiatric, specifically this branch. The store manager is so rude. We ordered in October, and we were told products will be delivered by December but in the first week of April we received it!!!!) When I complained about the delay, The store manager bullied us and said: “This thing happens, you should be human and understand” She talks in a way to humiliate you. It's very disappointing to see she has 20 years of experience and always bragging about it while treating customers like this. I'll never buy anything from this brand. Think twice.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and went to buy some furniture from Adriatic in Thomastown. I was served by Lilyana and can i just say she could not have been more accommodating, the first thing she did was offer me a seat and a glass of water. Awesome place with good quality furniture for a reasonably affordable price. Went into Adriatic just to look at some furniture and check prices. We then checked out other furniture stores and it was quickly obvious that we were gonna go back. Lilyana was great to deal with. This guy forced us to buy a table that was purchased together with a $3000 couch. The table cost $500. We put down $1000 for.both 1 month ago. We changed our mind on the table because we're not rich or something. He said cancelling the promised table will charge me 30% of the table total. He was all nice at the start. But yeah he called the boss or something on the phone and just set us up for disaster. Won't be going back.

We ordered our couch like 2 months ago and they said shipping is on the way and we will get it between 6 to 8 weeks , we kept calling them and they kept saying in 2 weeks, now over 2 months and they are still saying next 2-3 more weeks. Also the lady has no customer service skills, extremely rude on the phone , with least manners with how to talk to customers, worst experience, will not go to this Thomastown branch.

Delivery guys were also awesome, friendly, polite and on time. Looked around at many different furniture stores, Adriatic was by far the best quality furniture at a lower price. 100% would recommend shopping at Adriatic furniture in Thomastown. I made a purchase for a friend for her birthday and Rosa went above and beyond by organising to have the piece delivered far earlier than expected. Rosa’s customer service is friendly and genuine and I can’t thank her enough for the effort she made. My friend was also impressed by the great customer service provided by the delivery team.

Do not purchase from this mob. The sale staff will lie about the delivery period. The delivery and installation is a joke. Refer to pics of what they did to my outdoor area. Left all rubbish strewn everywhere. Not our problem the delivery guys said. The product itself is not bad but will never purchase again. It's unbelievable how a business does not believe the delivery process is not their problem.
