"Doctor" Lomax does not listen to the patient. He does a poor job of pretending with a phony smile and head shaking up and down rapidly. And he rushes around you in the rolling chair like an ADD child. I come from a family of M.D.'s , real ones and one pretty famous. As far as the staff, they really are as useless as many others state with regard to communication. After seeing another M.D., I know now that I was right and "Doctor"Lomax was wrong in his diagnosis. Thankfully, I have good insurance so the co-pay amounts to tip money in LV. But there really should be consumer protection for consumers with regard to medical businesses. When you don't get a product you paid for, you have recourse in many other consumer areas. But if a so-called doctor is sub-standard in his knowledge or just plain doesn't care like Lomax , it's unfair to consumers and can be dangerous at times for patients. I can really see why the other very low reviews are in here. Folks, these people and I real just simply telling it like it is.

Did not get to go to office yet, this star is for the answering service only not for the doctor or staff that works at the office. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude , and yelled at me to say "patients name" when asked who was canceling the appointment . I could not understand her and asked her to repeat 2 times and she got mad and yelled patient name super rude and loud at me. She was unprofessional and hard to deal with.I hope they get my message about canceling my son's appointment. This was they're answering person for after hours and weekends. But I guess I'll call day of appointment too to make sure they got the message just in case cause the lady hung up real fast right after I gave her my info.... I don't know why people can't just be professional and understanding they have to get attitudes then expect you to want to be nice to them...... Anyway this was for the answering service after hours ,again not for the doctor or staff.

The office and staff are all wonderful! Dr. Daniel Hilton is an incredible doctor. He is genuine, patient and very thorough. I have had ear tubes for many years and was needing new ones put in but I had not yet found a great ENT since moving to Las Vegas, until now! Dr. Hilton recommended a Eustachian tube dilation procedure to possibly eliminate the need for ear tubes. He explained everything before and during the procedure and I felt very comfortable. I didn't have any pain or discomfort after the procedure and within a few days I felt great and my ears didn't feel plugged up anymore. It's been 2 weeks and my ears are functioning properly for first time in my life without tubes! I highly recommend Advanced ENT and Dr. Hilton. 6 month update - although there is slight improvement, I still need to have ear tubes unfortunately.

I cannot recommend this office. Waiting for one hour passed our schedule appointment time plus being asked to show up early to do paper work means we were In the waiting room for over an hour with a toddler. There play* area is not open which almost taunts the little ones while waiting… but that is unacceptable to wait that long with children. Then we get to the task of seeing the actual doctor and I just felt rushed, didn’t feel like he really took us seriously so I waited … to see a doctor for 10 minutes tops… what were they doing in-between patients to make the wait so long?. Do not schedule patients close together if you only have 2 doctors who clearly wont see more then a couple an hour. The waiting room was nearly full when we arrived so this is a huge scheduling issue. Will not be returning.

Dr. Lomax is the best ENT physician! Our baby is 8 months old, and she has had multiple ear infections that have required multiple rounds of antibiotics. During our office visit, we appreciate that he took his time to provide us with the best care and explained everything so clearly. He was thorough in his examination and so good with our little one. We were even able to have her tested by his audiologist that day. He recommended tubes, and we were able to have her surgery scheduled the same week! No more suffering for our little one. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They made the entire process very easy and as stress free as possible! We couldn’t be more grateful for his care! Thank you for you help, Dr. Lomax! Your patients are lucky to have you!

Dr. Daniel Hilton is the best doctor I personally have ever encountered. He is everything a doctor should be. I had a severe deviated septum that he corrected with surgery. Fixed perfectly, but that’s not what makes him such an amazing doctor. He listens to all your concerns and comes across genuine and kind. Always very patient and reassuring with any needs or concerns you might have and everything he says is spot on with everything you have to go through. Very personable and never rushes you out and always takes his time. Very detailed oriented and cares about all the little things, even if it’s just things you’re saying. Only beyond great experiences with Dr. Hilton. I do not write reviews but I think it was necessary this time. I recommend to anyone.

My original appointment was scheduled for September 20th but had to be postponed to 12/20/22 due to being hospitalized. However, I would like to stress on how impressed I was with the kindness and compassion of both schedulers I spoke with. Christina on my first call, and Maggie on my recent call. This in itself gave me comfort to be seeing Dr. Daniel Hilton on December 20th. I have no doubt I will be treated in the same manner by Dr. Hilton’s staff at LOMAX E. N. T. I have 24 years experience in healthcare at the highest levels. I had a somewhat emergent issue that needed evaluation by an ENT. Dr Lomaxs office was top notch. They did everything they could to facilitate getting me in as quickly as possible. The office staff is tops. Dr Lomax is professional and soft spoken. He listens. He did an indirect laryngoscopy in the office (not the most pleasant experience no matter who does it) and all went smoothly and without any complication. I would not hesitate to see Dr Lomax for any ongoing needs I have from an ENT standpoint. If I require surgery, I'd feel comfortable under his care.

I selected Dr Hilton because of the good reviews. Boy, was I shocked. I waited 3 months for an appt. The day before the appt was moved from 9 to 3. I got there at 2:35. The waiting room was packed. At 4:30 I asked why the delay. The receptionist rudely said we are busy. And suggested I make my appointments earlier in the day! I told her I did, you changed it. I saw the Dtr at 5:10 for 10 minutes. He said he was going order a prescription and follow up tests. Its now 3 months later and still nothing. (I gave up after a couple weeks waiting) So disappointed. Now looking for another ENT.

This was my first visit, had waited for over 3 months for the appointment, so expectations were high. I was extremely pleased as face masks were not required (finally someone with common sense)! That earned them 5 stars just walking in the door. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Hilton was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He cleaned impacted wax from my right ear and after changing the bulb (he is versatile as well), he did a nasal endoscopy and came up with a treatment plan. I will see him in three months and hope my issue resolves.

I rarely write review's for doctors, but I was so impressed with Dr. Hilton. I called in August and originally had an appointment in April 2024, but I went on the waitlist and was seen in October. Check-in was easy and I was taken back quickly. Dr. Hilton listened to all of my sinus concerns and was so knowledgeable. He is very honest and genuinely seems to care. He took his time and I was so impressed he was able to do a nasal endoscopy the same day without making me come back. This was one of the most positive doctor visits I've ever had. Thank you!

Dr. Hilton and his staff are AMAZING. I went to see him because I had SHL (Sudden Hearing Loss) for the second time in 2 years. The 1st time I went to him after I had regained my Hearing. This time I went during the Hearing loss. Dr. Hilton explained to me the possible outcomes. I could gain all, part or non of my hearing and we had a one month window to get one of those results. Well my Hearing is almost back to the baseline and my right ear has been popping as well. So I got a 2 for 1 deal here! Thank Dr. Hilton and all of the staff!

This center was referred to us by doctors in Centennial Hills Hospital when my husband was in there for 5 days thinking a stroke but was inner ear infection and needed to see an ENT within two weeks. We called immediately and they couldn't see him for 7 months and were in no way helpful. There are not any ENT doctors in Nevada as I have called all of them who will see new patients and if you are not new it is 7-8 months before they can see you. The hospital refers you to doctors they know can't see you then release you. shameful!!!!

Dr. Lomax is amazing. I had half of my thyroid removed. He explained everything to me before and I am thrilled with the results.. I am doing very well almost 3 months later and feeling great.. You can't even see my scar.. I was very frustrated with the whole healthcare system before I called his office. His staff is also great. I explained what was going on and they got me in right away.. Jasmine was also very good and helped me with all the insurance stuff for my employer. Nothing but good things to say about him and his office.

Great experience here. We called and got scheduled for 7 months out but they said they'd put us on a cancellation list and we actually got in within a week. I didn't actually expect them to ever call, so that was a great surprise. Dr Lomax was great with my 9 year old who was very anxious. He got on his level and explained everything he would be doing before he did it and made sure he was comfortable. They also got him in same day for a hearing test and she was also very great. 5 stars for this great team.

Been coming to this doctor for a few years now. My son started seeing Dr. Lomax he was a great doctor now my son has Dr. Hilton as his doctor and he is great so is the staff! They both great doctors:) Everyone is always so friendly helpful and polite My son looks forward to seeing Dr. Hilton. He takes his time, answers all of questions and overall does care about his patients. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good ear, nose and throat doctor. Especially for the children like my son.

Dr. Lomax and Dr. Hilton are terrific. My sinus surgery with Dr.Hilton was life-changing. His surgery technique and follow-up care were excellent and he gave me the best relief from chronic sinus infection I could’ve hoped for. Their practice is very popular and it can take a few weeks to get established as a patient. On busy days patients can find themselves waiting over an hour for their appointments. Scheduling the first appointment of the day or the first after lunch can help.

Dr. Lomax is a wonderful doctor. He helped me years ago when I had a difficult situation and I have since referred friends and family members to him without hesitation. He is extremely busy these days and it takes some time to get in to see him. But the staff manages the waiting room well so that there is not a long wait after your appointment time before the doctor sees you. Dr. Lomax takes his time with you to explain findings and to answer all your questions.

Dr. Lomax is friendly and knowledgeable with a good "bedside manner". He has referred me to another specialist when my needs were greater than he could handle. Jill, the audiologist, is also friendly and pleasant as is the whole staff. The only down side is when they get really busy, they run late on appointments. From my experience, this is because they are spending extra time with patients to assure they have the correct understanding of their care.

My neck has been causing me a lot of stress lately, I needed it checked out. Finally my appointment day arrived and my GPS was freaking out! It took me here and there and out of the way, I called sobbing that I had to miss appointment because I was nowhere even near there yet. She was a kind human, and saw to it that I would be seen that day. Doc was great. Serious, professional, just what one would hope for. Need to do a cat scan, hope Im ok.

My experience with this doctors office was very quick and efficient. I arrived early and was able to be seen earlier than my scheduled appointment time. The front office was very friendly and professional. My doctor was extremely curious and knowledgeable regarding his profession. I dealt with 4 separate people in their office (intake, nurse, Dr. and check-out) and each of them was nicer than the last. Obviously, that's not the most important thing in a medical practice but it certainly makes the experience much more enjoyable. The better news is all 4 of those people were also extremely competent with Dr. Hilton himself having a really positive manner that instills confidence in his diagnoses and decisions.

Rr. Hilton and audiologist cares to check on my hearing loss and determined it hasn't gotten worst from a year ago. Though i must refrain from going to shows that are over 85 dB. Well, good and bad thing is less shows not since many of my favorite musicians have passed away in 2022 and already a few in 2023. No more headphones and high volume in my living areas. Closed captions are definitely a must nowadways.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Daniel Hilton. I am very happy with him as my doctor. His kind demeanor help put me at ease, I have anxiety going to any medical appointments, he explains things well, and makes the best recommendations for my personal situation which includes taking in consideration that I don’t have health insurance. I definitely recommend him if you are looking for an ear doctor.

Had an amazing experience with Lomax. We will forever be grateful for him saving our daughter. He is very good at what he does, and he cares! My now 4 year old used to have chronic ear infections. He has been seeing Dr. Lomax since he was 2 years old and he has always been great, they did tests and took time to really see what was going on before jumping to do the surgery. Great staff and doctor. The waiting area used to have a play area which used to really helped! But even without the play area Dr. Lomax is amazing!

I can’t thank Doctor Daniel Hilton enough for his exceptional level of care provided my son , Max’s tonsils removal before and after surgery . My whole family is grateful for his care and attention. Dr. Lomax is a really good doctor. He's super knowledgeable, has cool ENT technology, and knows exactly what he's doing and does it well. His staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. My son had tubes placed in his ears, and it was a quick, problem-free procedure/experience. The whole process, from initial consultation to follow-up appointment, was just four weeks.

2/22/23..Update..Dr. Lomax did my surgery and he and his staff is nothing less than fantastic! Thank you to Dr. Lomax and staff I really like Dr. Lomax. He took time to actually review all my MRI's and ultra-sounds for my thyroid, lungs and adrenal glands and offered me suggestions on asking questions and follow-up with my primary care Dr. and other Dr's involved.

Doctor Hilton is very thorough, compassionate and professional. He considers every aspect of the situation and takes the time to offer the best alternatives. Jill Stewart is an excellent audiologist, and works dilligentl;y to insure that the prosthetics fit the patients needs and cost. We were extremely happy with them both.

I got a quick appointment. Charges were as transparent as they get nowadays. The doc did the procedure on the first visit and did not make me come back! That's why I am a loyal customer of this practice (even if I only need to have one appointment every six or seven years for a touch up). Also, both docs are great. …

I’ve had 2 appointments with Dr. Dan Hilton to address vertigo. Both times he was welcoming, patient, and thorough. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated him recommending a holistic approach. After 3 weeks of taking recommended vitamins and supplements, vertigo was gone! I’m so grateful to now have Dr. Dan as my ENT.

Useless to me. I have an ear infection that requires an ENT since I have a special situation with my ears. I'm in town visiting for work and they won't take new patients. Absolutely useless. Couldn't even recommend me to a specialist who could see new patients. Do better. Seriously do better.

The entire office and Dr Lomax are amazing! My middle son had his tonsils and adenoids out the summer before the pandemic hit so when my youngest needed tubes, I knew exactly where to go! I recommend this office to so many people and yes I tell them there’s a wait but he’s worth it!!

Moving from Utah to Las Vegas and I have really bad allergies and a syndrome that can't go untreated. Dr. Hilton took me in as his patient and has been amazing. Everyone that works there is so kind and caring. So if you need an amazing ENT, I so recommend trying to get in with them.

I wait initial time was, as always, a little longer than I would like but the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Lomax does not waste any time in doing the exam and giving me his advice. I always get the answers I need and am in and out in a timely manner.

I really enjoy having Dr. Hilton as my ENT. He listens to your needs and does all he can to make you feel better. There is a few months wait for new patients to get in, but I feel in my opinion he definitely is worth the wait. Staff is kind and helpful.

The staff worked us into a very busy schedule, so we had a wait, but we were grateful to be there. The doctor was very thorough, and although he referred us to another specialist, we appreciated him cleaning one of Robert’s ears so he can hear again.

I have taken all four of my kids to Dr. Lomax and now I am being seen by him as well. He pays attention to what you are saying and gives you options and explains the options well. The staff in friendly, his nurse and audiologist are great.

This is the third time I have been to the office, and everyone is professional yet personable. See within 15 minutes of scheduled time. Dr. Hilton always gives explanations for treatments and medication ordered. Very pleased.

Dr Hilton is a great doctor and is attentive. The check in people aren't friendly or inviting. Check out lady is great. Nurse is great. The only 2 reasons it's 4 instead of 5 is because the check in people and the wait time.

Dr Hinton shows compassion and empathy for his patients . He very engaging with conversation and education for the plan of care for his patient. He is very thorough in his exam and assessments recommend him to everyone.
