Just wanted To say that I wanted to give this hospital a second chance the ER is terrible. Last time I was there I was seen by PA in the emergency room. He was rude. I was there for leg, pain and swelling and he never diagnosed me with anything not even an ultrasound. He said it was a strain which it wasn’t the second time that I went, it was cause I felt pain in my neck and head and back and I have stitches on my finger which I had told him To check if I had an infection they brought me in an hour later and check my temperature, but my blood pressure wasn’t taken. The nurse put the bracelet around my arm to check blood pressure and never turn it on and she put other person blood pressure on my results which is terrible and I told her that she never check my blood pressure and she said she did, OK then I was seen by PA by the name of Matthew Tyler and he’s a terrible PA. I don’t know why he’s working there. This hospital needs to be audit. If you’re going to the emergency is cause you’re going to get emergency help not to just go and get some Motrin prescribe I told him my neck was hurting really bad and my upper back and a headache and ask him if he could do a CT scan or further diagnose or blood work which they never did blood work on me. I hope the person that sees these reviews or that is in charge of the hospital contact me because the last time they contact me when I left the bad review and the person never listen to me she hang up on me. I wish I’ll take their job instead of them not doing the job because when you go to the ER It’s an emergency you don’t go just to guess and send people home misdiagnosed on this disappointed because this hospital has treated other family members good but I think I got the bad luck and I gave the second chance. Fortunately, it wasn’t good enough. It’s sad I don’t know what’s wrong with this doctors cause you go to the ER to see doctor doctor not a PA big difference but they would charge you right away

I was only here to have a procedure because they happened to be a facility that had the implant I needed. There are no signs pointing to the main OR. Took quite a while before I was even taken back. Then I was in recovery for 2 hours alone. No one told me I would be by myself. The nurse asked if wanted my phone but I gave all my valuables to my husband LIKE THEY TOLD ME TO. Got there at 1pm and we didn’t leave until 8pm. The actual procedure took maybe 90 minutes. I was supposed to receive the implant they took out but I forgot to ask again as we were leaving because I just wanted to go home. I had to call the hospital for an ENTIRE WEEK before I got information on how to get said implant. I kept being connected with a woman named Sylvia who assured me someone would call me back but they never did. My procedure was on Friday and I called on Monday and she took a message. Called on Wednesday when I didn’t hear back. Spoke to Sylvia again and she said the head nurse, Melissa would call me on Thursday. Called on Friday and Sylvia promised that her or Melissa would call me back that day. Monday again and Sylvia says Melissa will be back in 20 minutes and she will call me then. Called 3 hours later and that’s when Melissa picked up the phone and gave me the info I needed. I don’t know what else Sylvia does but if you leave a message with her, God help you.

My experience was beyond Exceptional. Starting with George at the Surgery intake desk on the 3rd Floor. Joy and Oscar at Recovery were Awesome. Preop was Excellent with Karina. The only deficiency is directly related with the lack of parking for vehicles that are bring in and picking up patients.

Good experience People were very nice and I was able to be seen quickly. They were thorough and it was easy to access the different areas they did different lab work and tests on me I was there for a while but they checked on me repeatedly and made sure I was taken care of.

I visited the Emergency when trying to save a stray dog, the dog bit my face. Staff is nice and understanding. I got 16 stitches on my cheek. Dr. Was very delicate as I didn’t think I had so many stitches. Extremely thankful to white memorial staff for taking care of me.

Went in for a sprain wrist, was seen in a good amount of time. The nursing staff was very helpful and polite. I have to say I’ve been coming to this hospital for years and the new younger staff is so much understanding and helpful. Keep up the good work

The hospital was so nice, the staff there are great, the dr's were really nice and made me feel comfortable about my procedure and the nursing staff was so good and very informative thank you

Nurses were attentive and friendly. Making sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions including my team of surgeons. Dr Duong and his surgical team were amazing!
