I had to rate as a 1 star to write a review but this place isn’t worthy of any stars whatsoever. Apart from a bush tucker star for attempting to eat any food here. The softplay area is unsafe and in desperate need of updating and maintenance. When we went to purchase some drinks and snacks for the adults were told we couldn’t? To make matters worse the vending machines were out of order forcing one of the guests who is pregnant to drive to get something to eat, unacceptable!! The kids meals were edible (just). The toilets were unfortunately dirty too. The actual softplay area was very poorly lit and the carpets look like they need a good clean. My friend should get all of her money back no questions as it was an unacceptable level of service for the good money she had paid.

Worst soft play ever! This place is really really small there for they never have space! I’m very disappointed with the borough of Enfield they should do something bigger because of the amount of children and community there is too we need if just go to Cheshunt which about 15min from Enfield they have a bigger soft play so there for they always have space! It’s just so sad I feel bad for those children living in Enfield they got to do better then that! Always stuck at home because of they only soft play has a size of a toilet room!

Southbury leisure centre softplay is great for all ages especially the section for under 2's. Before covid the cafe had great treats and coffee to die for. Unfortunately the cafe is closed but you can bring your own drinks and it's fun in there than ever. No pictures allowed but I still took one and my boy couldn't handle the slide. His face is hilarious

Good soft play area but there is really dirty. We came 11am, early time morning but didn’t clean yesterday. And any supervisor around.!Enough big and enough activities area. Windows are everywhere so lightening. PLEASE AUTHORIZE REALLY RESPONSIBLE SUPERVISORS FOR HERE

It's great if your kids like animals, they'll get to play with the mice running around the place and in the kitchen... I suppose it's good for the two ladies in the kitchen though... The rodents can help prepare the food like in that movie ratatouille.

No staff! Not clean! Nothing about this play area is ok! Very disappointing from what it use to be years go! Southbury as a whole has gone down hill.

Great place for the children but the opening hours per sessions are ow just 90 minutes.

It's a fun place, good size & price but it could be cleaner !
