I had just lost one of my dogs, so I had a neighbors dog with my other one for a play date and a long walk. We had stopped to turn around and a woman in blue shorts and a black tank top with adventures in San Diego on the back approached me yelling ‘don’t do that to your dog in front of all of us’. I did not hear her the first two times as I had my headphones in. She repeated it this time much more aggressively. What she had just witnessed was me having my hand wrapped tightly around the dogs leash as it was a big dog and pulled aggressively. I was turned the other way holding my small dog. That’s when my neighbors dog saw a squirrel & whipped me around. That’s what she witnessed. I’m not sure what she thought was professional or acceptable, but this was not it. She proceeded to yell at me, telling me there were cameras around, at which point a woman standing nearby, said ‘she did nothing wrong’, and at that point I had actually been kneeling since I had dropped down to my neighbors dog holding him gently around his chest while trying to unravel the leash that had wrapped around his leg. I was stopped by a different woman as I walked away, saying how sorry she was that that woman attacked me. As I walked further down the road, a man stopped me and said ‘hey, that woman was crazy, she attacked you for no reason. You even had that dog pulled in close to you to protect it’. Absolutely will never utilize a company who employs people so aggressively rude.

We had an awesome Segway tour this week in San Diego at Balboa Park. Brigette gave us a great lesson that made us comfortable and 15 minutes later we were on our way through the Park. Bridgitte was extremely knowledgeable about the Park and took us to all of the great spots. She took us to the best photo spots and took amazing pictures of myself and my so. And daughter. Along the way we learned that Bridgette also does Pub Tours so we asked for a few recommendations. She auggested a great pub just across from our hotel called The Local. We told the bar tender we were referred to come in by an awesome Segway Tour guide and he immediately said "oh, you must have been with Bridgette". We started to yuck it up with Sean the bar tender who comped our last beer. Long way of saying Bridgette was not only a great Segway Tour guide, but really knows her way around the great Beer scene (130 breweries) of San Diego. This tour was THE BEST decision we made all weekend. I have lived in San Diego for about 3 years now, but I had friends coming to town and wanted to show them around Balboa park. There are a few Segway tour options in the area but I did my research. Between the positive Yelp and Google reviews of our guide, Bridgette, and the fact that this was a private group tour, I decided to book. Bridgette is great! She made us all feel comfortable driving the Segways before getting started and she kept the tour both fun and informative. As you can see, we had a blast! I will absolutely do another tour with Bridgette (maybe La Jolla next time) and I highly recommend you do the same!

Bridgette is knowledgeable, very patient, and a wonderful teacher. Our group of four felt comfortable after her lesson. Our tour of Balboa Park was interesting and super fun. It's a great value. We loved our small group and personal attention. The Segways worked great and we had a blast. Perfect combination of riding fun, scenery and history. Bridgette cares a lot and wants everyone on her tour to have fun and be safe. Water bottles, snacks and stopping for photo ops were added bonuses. Highly recommend.

Bridgette was the Best Tour Guide. O M Geee. Our twins are still talking about the Segway Tour of Balboa Park. Bridgette's knowledge of the history of the park and other places in San Diego is absolutely priceless. We enjoyed our lesson and then we were ready to travel. When I asked the twins their favorite part of vacation, they both said the Segway Tour. We would easily do it again. Thanks Bridgette for being a World Class Tour Guide!!

I have now done a few tours with Bridgette - Segway and brewery tours. Her VW Eurovan is exactly what I wanted to tour around in. The seating is perfect for small groups with what I learned are called suicide seats that let the entire group face one another - great for catching up with friends. Bridgette is very aware of San Diego, what's going on and history. I will be doing another one of her tours.

My husband and I took a segway tour in Balboa Park on May 25, 2017 and it was a great experience, the best way to get a really good overview of the park. Bridgette was very professional and knowledgeable, very concerned for our comfort and safety. She is personable and easy to be around and made the 2 hours fun. Would highly recommend Adventures in San Diego!

Our Segway tour through Balboa Park was wonderful! Our guide, Bridgette has Years of experience and knowledge of the entire city tour. She was fantastic and a terrific way to see and experience Balboa thru Gas Town, Petco park and along the water front & the famous Kissing couple! We loved the tour and especially loved that it was private and priced reasonably. Bridgette is very personable and knowledgeable about all things San Diego. Really made us comfortable, especially our two teens. We will definitely contact her again for other tours when in the area.
