The lead pharmacist, Dr. Jacques Jackson will take the time to sit down with you, review the treatment plan your physician has come up with, discuss options with you, and offer advice on potential treatment alternatives. The personalized service they provide continually shows how well they understand the fact that a pharmacy, along with its staff and pharmacists, are an integral part of the healthcare provider team. Furthermore, this provider’s willingness to collaborate with the other healthcare providers, such as your hospitals, physicians, and specialists, makes a noticeable difference in the level of confidence a patient has in understanding and following a prescribed treatment plan. Affordable Pharmacy Services has been a welcomed breath of fresh air and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ll never go back to larger corporate pharmacies, who treat you like a number, and seldom, if ever, over the type of kind and personable service that Affordable Pharmacy Services shows each and every customer each and every day.

This pharmacy is the most expensive place I've ever been in and the hispanic guy that works there is very rude and acts like he absolutely hates seeing you come the door. My meds are expensive but for each pill, they are at least 2.00$ more than other pharmacys. I hate going there but can't get into an other pharmacys at this time that carry my meds. My insurance is supposed to have been pre authorized and covered, but guess what? Affordable doesn't let tncare pay for the medication I'm on. I hate this place and don't recommend it to anyone

Jacque and the staff are all amazing and extremely helpful and friendly! Plus they have a nice selection of all natural and homeopathic products and higher end skin care and dietary supplements at very affordable prices, plus all the basics, they even have all natural pet products and treats that my dogs LOVE! They have a state of the art machine that tests all your vitals and do all sorts of checkups. They remember and care about their individual customers, and for that reason alone we will never go anywhere else :)

I like the products they sell on the floor (ex: Indian Healing Clay - the best stuff for face masks!!). However, their pharmacy prices are outrageous! It blows my mind that they call themselves "Affordable Pharmacy", as they definitely aren't that at all. You would think that a place with that name would at least accept discount cards, such as GoodRX and others like it. I recommend going to Walgreens and asking for their discount code. It saved me hundreds of dollars on my prescription.

Understanding of each person's needs as well as comprehension of what may work for one individual may not always be the best option for another. Im grateful to have a staff that takes the time to hear everyone and process them as individuals and not lump them in a group. Them and Pardues Pharmacy are definately the top smaller scale pharmacies in Middle Tn AREA. I just wish they had more options for mt mom's diabetic supplies. other thsn that I give them 5 stars

Friendly , professional...a nice break from the large chain , big name pharmacies, a little more costly but worth it ...no long lines , no rude employees to deal with . And most importantly had my meds in stock...recommending them to family & friends who have been experiencing the large chains being out of stock on meds & having to Chase out meds down .....the wait is over ..thank you affordable pharmacy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you want great service from a great pharmacy this is the only place to go... It's what pharmacies used to be like... I won't go anyplace else no matter how convenient it is... Couldn't say enough positive things about whether you need a script filled or some good honest advice from someone who truly cares about your health!!

The pharmacist is so kind and takes too me to actually ask questions and explain things. The entire staff is so welcome. I find the service they provide so rare and no longer found at chain pharmacies. I drive out of my way just to have my prescriptions filled there and recommend them to everyone!
