the store is probably the BEST African store in all of south Australia. the service, products and overall atmosphere is so welcoming and joyful. would recommend to anyone looking for African hair & hair products, food, African cosmetics, clothing etc. Definitely a great store and would recommend to all! :)
If you are going to run a business you need to work on your time management. If you say shop opens at 10am.. then OPEN at 10am. Not 2 hours later with little to no communication to your loyal customers. That would be appreciated. Otherwise cannot fault you on your hair selection.
I've always found them really helpful. It's a family business & I've been coming here for years. I've seen their girls so little helping out, now grown Into beautiful young women. I've never had them be rude to me at all. I'm surprised some people are saying the lady is rude.
The owner is very rude. Swearing at your customers? Disgusting barbaric behavior! You are in Australia! This is NOT how we treat clients and operate businesses. I def do not recommend to anyone!
