First and LAST time here! Not only is the pricing 3x more than any other store, the woman who threaded my eyebrows was extremely rude & unprofessional! She spent a total of 2 minutes on my eyebrows and they don’t even look like they’ve been done... then when she told me the price I said “wow that’s a lot more than I’m used to” she told me “well you’re in Waterdown” ... I am well aware what town I am in, it shouldn’t make the service you’re providing 3x more than anywhere else... especially considering I was in the chair for less than half the time of anywhere else I’ve been. I said “it’s fine I’ll pay debit” she hands me the debit machine, I pay, then say thank you and she ignores me... so I said to her “I SAID THANK YOU” and she said well you’re rude, no, being rude is when a customer thanks you and you ignore them. Message to the owner: whoever was working Saturday March 23 @ Noon, you should strongly reconsider employing them.

Went for a facial June 14 at 11:00. Halfway through the steam machine, which was still on, was moved and as it was being moved, spouted out boiling steam water and some landed on my chest and burned me. Trust me, it really hurt and the girl stopped it right away. I had to ask for aloe vera gel or something for the burn and she did get something for me but said it wasn't even red. She made very light of it and there was no apology. While she was finishing my facial I could still feel the burn and by the end it was quite red. I paid with a gift card and actually gave her a tip, which I thought about later and realized I shouldn't have even paid for the facial after the incident. The burn is about 2 inches by 1 and it is blistering and swollen. I cannot recommend this spa. I just feel lucky the boiling water didn't land on my face.

I have been getting my services in Burlington and thought I would like to support local businesses. Enters.. Agam Beauty I walked in to obtain a list of their services and was told to look online . There was 1 person working and 1 client . ( so not busy .. but brushed off) I wanted to spend my money on some self care and was told to go look online? I was shocked and asked if she was the owner , to which she replied NO. Relationship and trust are essential in this industry. I will not go here and will share this experience with all. Waterdown needs a good Salon... not just another salon. I have reas the other review now and see the service this place offers. I would avoid. Its worth travelling to where you are appreciated.

I have been going to Agmas for the past five-ish years. I get my eye brows threaded there and have always had a great experience. Since asked why I gave only four stars by the salon which I wasn’t going to mention here, but I did get a eye lash lift and tint a couple months ago. Unfortunately did not have a great experience with that. Too much was put on causing major burning in my eyes that I couldn’t deal with, causing my eye lashes to be pretty fried after. I had to call for her a few times before she came back to help but then sat with me and helped get the stuff off. I have gone to other places since then for a lift and tint and had no burning or reaction at all. However, I do highly recommend for eyelash threading!!

I went for a Brazilian and I am so badly bruised and the girl left quite a few patches of hair. It was a really awful experience. When I arrived the girl took me to the room and told me to undress and lay down and she will be back. As she was leaving I had to ask her for something to cover myself since the table is directly in front of the door. She said they really don’t have anything then gave me a wash cloth . . . Useless. There was no where to put my clothes or purse so I had to put them on the floor. The girl doing the waxing kept commenting about my hair there and it made me very uncomfortable. Now I have quite a large bruise that will be seen when wearing my bathing suit.

Absolutely delightful experience with this salon. First visit to Agam and was genuinely impressed. I had my brows threaded (new experience for me). Let me tell you, it is so much better than waxing and plucking and this lady did it so beautifully! Then, I had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted and they look simply marvelous. What a wonderful place - excellent service - very gentle products (great for sensitive skin) - and most of all, expert staff that know what they are doing. Well done Agam Salon!!!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at several places over the last twenty years and have never had any issues with cuts or cleanup, they managed to cut me several Times. They didn't apologize and blamed for me for having sensitive skin which no other esthetician has ever said to me. They wanted a review for a discount and wanted me write early what they wanted to boost ratings.

Loved my experience there today. She threaded my eyebrows and was very polite and offered to stop whenever I needed because I hate getting my eyebrows threaded. The price was $12+tax, which is about the same price as the big chain waxing salons. I went Friday midday, so there was no wait. Eyebrows are nicely shaped and she filled them in with makeup for free as well.

I’ve been coming here since I moved and I always have such a pleasant experience! Tebah always goes above and beyond while doing my eyebrows and upper lip. She cares to make sure they are done right and makes sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The service is impeccable and I feel valued as a customer.

This place charges 3 times the market rate. Prices are unbelievably high. You can get much better service at much reasonable rates anywhere else. If it was a high end service, I would not mind paying the price but below average service and thrice the rates is not worth it. I will not be returning and I do not recommend it.

From calling to book an appointment to attending the service was phenomenal. Staff is very kind, gentle, and attentive to their guests. Their prices are very competitive with the rest of Waterdown. They did an amazing job!! I got full body waxed Highly recommend :)

Here for my appointment and the doors are locked. Store hours say it opens at 10am and it is 1130am. No emergencies closed sign. No details on website to say they are closed. And Noone called me to cancel my appointment. I will not be coming back here!

Tebah was fantastic!! She did an amazing job with my eyebrows, they needed some major love and she cleaned them up nicely! She also was very sweet to my 3 year old son, gave him candy and crayons to play with! Amazing experience! Highly recommended!

I recently went there for myself to get my front and back waxed, Jolet helped me, she was very professional and used the right tools which made my experience very pleasant ...she used Nufre wax which was less painful then the usually way,

I luv the threading on my eyebrows. Some other places i've gone and the results haven't been good. The place is clean, beautiful atmosphere, and staff is very polite and welcoming. First time here and I'm happy with the results!

Threading was great and precise. Only 15$ and it was fast. Got so many compliments on my eyebrows!! I usually go to the mall but clearly this is better as I’ve never gotten so many compliments.
