***Update This has become my regular laundry spot. I mainly wash late at night and there are great specials during those hours such as 80lbs laundry for $4. Washes my clothes great. 2 issues though which have been annoying AF 1. I save money with the specials but spend as much as I would without them due to the problems dryers. You never know which one will work right. I end up having to re-dry over and over. Some of them the door just pops open while drying others just don’t get hot at all. Fixing this issue would be major and save customers money and time. This issue has become worse and has me considering a new laundry all together. 2. There’s an attendant at night but the floors somehow are missed and when I accidentally drop my clean clothes on the floor I pick them up and they are dirty. This is annoying. The floor is usually more dirty than clean most times I’m there. Fix these issues and this place would be great. —— So the biggest plus of this laundry mat is the 24 hours including holidays as well. It’s not super huge but I love the fact that they have floor to ceiling windows throughout. This place is also pretty accessible for wheelchairs another plus for those who get around on wheels or are disabled. Some of the dryers are usually broken down but for the most part are labeled. There’s an attendant and a little shop that’s open during reg hours to get snacks and laundry related items. The prices for the washers are pretty fair. It’s not the dirtiest nor are the machines the oldest I’ve seen,but it also isn’t the cleanest. Just keeping it real....a few arcade games, 4 TVs ,seats,nice amount of laundry carts, space to fold. Decent wash specials between 8-4pm M-F and midnight - 8am This is my second time here it’s decent I feel comfy washing my clothes here.

Not all the dryers work. From 16-28 you have a 50/50 chance that at least one will accept your coins and then not heat up. Or that you have your laundry in the dryer and then the machine will not accept your coins. 17 this night did not heat up at all. Even on low the dryer heats up a little, not this one and not tonight. If you want to be sure your clothes are dry bring them here after midnight for the half off the large washers and then take them to Econo Wash on 32nd Street and Oak. “Response” from the “owner” I test a dryer 17 and it accepted a quarter right away and before it even made one minute it burned my hand if you need a lesson on how to use the dryers please let us know we be more than happy to teach you on how to use OWNER need lesson in READING and REPLYING in English. You should have someone who speaks both languages naturally translate the first paragraph for you. You OBVIOUSLY don’t understand everything being said and the frustration that some of your equipment causes. Your experience does not invalidate mine and vice versa. The callous indignation of your response is very dangerous to the loyalty of your business.

I love this place. It's 24 hour (middle of the night is the only time I have for laundry), it's coin or you can pay with an app, they have change machines that are always in order. The prices are so inexpensive compared to other laundromats. I come from Mesa to do my laundry here. I've never been uncomfortable here. That's important to me. And I'll tell you what Grace is beyond a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. This woman never stopped moving once, she keeps this place so clean, she is on the top of her game. I give her . She is kind ( I was short 50cents) she had it in the machine before I knew I didn't have it. I have Airbnbs that I clean everyday and I thought I worked hard.. Treat her right or I may steal her to work for me.. You guys keep up the awesome service you have a great place here. Oh yeah Grace also knows how to pick some good music to jam. Thank you Grace..

A few years ago, I came here and did laundry. Everything was fine until a Middle Eastern man started hitting on me. Well, we cannot control the clientele nor would we want to unless they are breaking the law. Today I dropped off my laundry for their wash and fold services. It was perfect. I will definitely be back. If you are a busy person, consider using this service for your laundry! The place itself is good and clean, and it's locally owned and operated, so you won't be putting money in Warren Buffet's pockets. Another edit: I used the triple loaders and the quarters weren't going in right. A dude helped, I thought he worked there but he didn't. Anyways, you gotta "slam it in there like playing the slots". No one was attending the desk. Still a good place.

For anyone and everyone reading this review I would like to say the main reason I came back to this laundromat was because of Maribel. She has this innate ability to make her atmosphere secure, as well as loved. Working the overnight shift is hard enough for anyone granted at a 24 hour laundromat. I have never seen a single laundromat in the entire valley of Arizona with as much care and cleanliness, especially at the crack of dawn, like she has shown Aqua Caliente and it’s customers. You know that little voice inside you that tells you what you already feel/know? Listen to it. It’s made me a long time friend and someone I can talk to, and confide in. Not to mention the bathroom is spotless. LOVE TO MS MARIBEL!!

Because the last time I was there which was about 2 weeks ago Mariibelle and Trevor that work there, Helped me take my laundry in when I pulled up intoThe disabled parking space. This was very kind of them and it was Immensely helpful to be sure! I also love this laundromat I've been coming here for years there's always an attendant on duty no matter what time of day or night it is the place is clean they have all new washers and dryers they have vending machines with laundry detergent softener they have soda machine and snack machine. Maribel does an amazing job keeping the place clean and the machines wash great I did have an issue I needed some assistance with. I was at the laundromat on Wednesday night and I put a load into one of your 80 lb machines at a charge of $9 and the Machine didn't dispense enough water so my clothes ended up washing with little to no water in it. I asked the employees on staff for assistance and they said they were unable to provide any type of credit. I ended up having to wash the clothes again and spend another $9 and more laundry detergent and fabric softener using a different machine which I could noticeably see a difference through the washer window.

Went there after 12 am they offer discount off their washers. Place was pretty clean.. if u leave out the huge rat that was trailing in between the washers. Clothes that were washed came out satisfactory. When it came to drying the clothes they charge 25 cents for 7 mins to dry (note: dont waste your time with the brand new washer, use the older ones they have..dry more efficient.) Staff that was on duty was pleasant also. After experience day or night it's about the same in cost in the end. I'd definitely would go there again .

This laundromat is always clean. The other thing that I do appreciate immensely is that although they are open 24 hours, they ALWAYS have a staff member there so you feel secure. They chase off any suspicious guests and don’t do not welcome any suspicious activity either! They’re quick and don’t hesitate to shoo people that are just looking for a hangout or meet for their little exchanges like they will tell them to leave! Again, safe, well lit, clean establishment, with convenient hours for those patrons who have alt schedules!

I haven't stepped into a laundromat in a long time. I decided to wash my entire household such as my blankets and pillows. I knew it would be a huge task to do alone but I chanced it b/c it needed to be done. It took 2 hours but I did it. The dryers were super hot, the staff were friendly and attentive at that, and felt like a chicken with no head. The blankets and pillows were drying faster than I was folding them. Thank you Trevor for helping me and I had a pleasant experience after a long absence. Blessings and happiness.

Love this place! Good to find a 24hr location that is clean, nice staff, restroom available nd a variety of necessities available! Owners are great, Maribel is fantastic. I work until 1am nd she is always here constantly cleaning nd talking with the customers. She makes u feel welcome nd makes sure its not too cold...she turned off the fans for me . People like her is the reason i stay a loyal customer...makes u feel comfortable, safe nd covid free! Seriously she, they, are constantly cleaning nd disinfecting.

Randomly found this place after coming to the sad realization that my normal laundromat won't be open 24hrs anymore BUT I'm glad i did have the opportunity to find some place new cause this is DEFINITELY my new favorite place! The place is Clean, great deals for night owls like myself, and the prices are fairly decent. Plus the machines work really good, my clothes didn't have the "rough" feeling that comes along with doing laundry in a public place, nope my clothes came out perfect when all was said and done!

This is the best laundromat I’ve been to in PHX, the place was clean and all of the machines were in working order! The attendants were extremely friendly and helpful they were walking around cleaning constantly making sure each customer was doing okay. They have payrange so you have the option to use a card. TV’s a jukebox, vending machines, an atm and quarter machines for the kids this place has it all and they are open 24 hours a day! This is the only place I will go to in the future!

This place is a little on the "rough" side, but they run a special after midnight to where the prices drop on some of the bigger washers so that saved me some money! The only thing I didn't like was the lady that worked there took my husband's load out of the washer because someone else wanted to use it, and he doesn't like random people he doesn't know messing his clothes..I mean, who does? Lol. And for the record, the washer had only been done for 2 min! Other than that, decent place.

Nice place. Very clean, with efficient machines. But, I'll NEVER go back. As usual, when I do laundry I got more quarters that I needed. I went to the employee window to exchange $10.00 in quarters for a ten dollar bill. The female employee, with very broken English wanted to charge me a dollar to buy back the quarters! What a THIEFF! She laughed about ripping me off. Needless to say, I kept the quarters. Also needless to say I'd rather wear dirty clothes than ever go here again!

Teri is amazing! She is so kind, informative, and helpful. I have been coming to this laundry mat since 2014, and can ALWAYS tell when Teri has worked, she keep everything super clean and sanitized. BYO TP Rarely busy when I go there. And it's a pretty friendly crowd. Always an attendant on duty. Usually pretty clean; they do clean the lint filters regularly on the dryers. Recently, they set the dryers down from 8 minutes per quarter to six minutes per quarter, & that just sucks. (But I guess it's the way it is everywhere. Thanks Joe Biden) But the washers wash, & the driers dry, & there's plenty clean baskets and tables to work on.

Takes quarters and open 24 hours and has a little shop inside and vending machines for snacks and even a couple of games. Tables for folding also small to large washers and plenty of dryers. Building is open all around and parking is okay it is usually stays busy all throughout the day. Also there is hours of happy hour M-F and also the 12am to like 5to 8 am (not positive) happy hour discounts are as really good during that tining.

Happy hour from midnight til 8am weeknights...plenty of machines available on Mondays at midnight. Well lit and very clean with TV Screens and roll-up doors that allow for plenty of fresh air...perfect for social distancing and personal safety during the pandemic. 24 hour cleaning attendant constantly sanitizing the machines, laundry carts and folding tables between each customer use. Wish I could give them 6 or 7 stars!

Update from 6 months ago: I've been coming here for 4 years now I absolutely love it there is an employee always cleaning up and wiping down the washers. They have be upgrading a lot they now have pay range you access the washers/dryers through phone, they have nightly deals and the owner is so wonderful he is always going above and beyond for his customers! He is so friendly!! Best laundry mat on the east I've been to.

It's a very nice place and the price it's reasonable on washer and dryer and will give more starts if I can but it's the best laundry place that I never been before I was surprised the first time I went because I saw the prices and said it's too much but when I finish washing my clothes was reasonable because they wash good and very quick if u are looking for a Laundry place I recommend this place %

Maribelle and the older gentleman on the shift before her where very nice and very helpful! Great experience, nice large capacity washer and dryers even small and medium ones. Also full service if wanted. Can use a pay app for card use or coins. I wish there was a card reader for easier pay without being stuck with money on app if you don't use it all. But high tech easy to use app is wonderful.

Really like the convenience of 24hr service, Mary Grace and Don are very Helpful and extremely hard working individual's ... Keeping up with the heavy traffic of customers by always keeping every washer, dryer, soap machine, folding tables, restroom, floors and parking lot super clean... Very clean and pleasant environment created and maintained . I will continue to wash there.

This was the best laundromat experience in Phoenix, maybe ever. 24 hour access, clean, upbeat, facility with fair prices and actual, friendly, hardworking staff. Maribel was amazing; she actually serves burritos on site! They had great vending for products, drinks, and snacks, as well as stuff for kids. This place is awesome! Went there last night and the prices are the cheapest after midnight . What I love about it is the app you can use from your phone to pay the machines and it’s so easy. The dryers work real good . It’s a little hot inside but they have fans all over. The lady that works there overnight is very kind and the laundromat is clean unlike some I’ve been to.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years and over the years. I always see improvement. When I think it’s top notch they go above and beyond and make it even better always. The tea attendants are so helpful from helping with the machines to keep in the laundromat exquisitely clean. Amber is very helpful and goes beyond her duties and is one of nicest persons there.

Good selection of machines, all in working order. Good prices too!!! Vending machines with snacks and supplies. They even have a little window where you can get nachos. Best of all, they have a coin operated arcade machine with a good selection of games so you can stay busy with a couple extra quarters. Excellent laundromat. Generally clean, too.

Love this place been going for 12+ years it's way cheaper than other places, open all night and recommend going during that time because it can be very hot during the day. They have discounts after 12 or 1am, I think. And place is ALWAYS CLEAN AND ALWAYS HAS A SERVICE PERSON the homeless people stay outside at this place and staff is always nice.

This is my favorite new location. The night staff Maribel has been very helpful. she is willing to assist At any time. She always make sure that the location is spotless. Also when walking in it smells fresh and clean and she is always super friendly and continues to be super helpful not only to me, but to the other customers as well.

My experience here was very good I need to do laundry I work nights and this place was a lifesaver.....and the only one open alot of these places say 24/7 but they really aren't this is the only one I found that is advertised as is. The overnight lady broke my mason jar with all my soap.. Did not offer me any (replacement) soap .. Im not asking for free soap, but RIGHT your wrong.. HUMAN ERROR , can seem like bad business if actions are repeated. . Definitely A GO 2 SPOT , 6 minute dryers , runs warm- NOT HOT

This place is super clean! There is always someone on staff— the older man late at night keeps the place super clean. It’s busy but quiet, I do my homework in there. There are no doors, so like if it’s cold, bundle up. If it’s hot, then I don’t know— sweat.

Prices are comparable to other places, but then they have specials if you are a night-owl. Convenient location. The double loaders are great when you want to get a ton of laundry done all at once and you don't care so much about sorting

Has shown drastic improvement over the last 2 years and, maribel who works overnight should be given a raise at least $5 an hour she is something else more help than you could ask for. She takes care of this place like it's her own.

It may be a kind of older place i but it's clean and the staff are great. Very friendly compared to some places I've been. And if you ain't got cash for the washers you can download the app and pay by phone. Over all a great place.

Price on simple wash machines went up to $3. Other places are $1.25 and $1.75 per wash. What was good about it is this place never closes, 24 hrs/7/365.
