There is a lot of room for improvement. The system of issuing token for any work seems very frustrating. The AMC should learn that only having good looking building doesn't help; instead the need of the hour is "seva bhaav" among the employees. We did not see any such thing in the staff that we encountered. The person at the window is masala chewing and sometimes he does not talk properly to people because of the mouthful of ghutka. On the other hand, the person handling the aadhar card desk is very ill trained, not able to type, his desk his highly unorganised and dirty. Makes grave typing mistakes in an important document like Aadhar . Not even talk properly. Otherwise parking , etc are good. Location is good. The AMC commissioner needs to sensitize the staff that they are for serving the citizens and not to treat them with disdain

This is new building of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Chandkheda ward. Ample parking space is available here. This office provides Aadhar Card service. Token is given in advance. Person at front end is very rude and expect the typical office kind of hostile behaviour here.

New modern building. Spacious compound with ample parking space. Sub-zonal Office - renewal of municipality swimming pool card not done here.
