I was very disappointed with this service, in fact, not service at all. We paid in advance the transfer Port Miami-Airport Miami. I've called to confirm the service first thing in the morning (of the pick-up day). I was waiting long and long where Airport Super Express told me to wait. They had my handy number but they didn't even try to reach me. While waiting (because the pick-up hour was already passed...by more than 45 min!!) I was calling and calling Airport Super Express and NO-ONE picked up the phone. I had to take a regular taxi...which cost was even cheaper than Airport Super Express (27 USD vs 31 USD of Airport Super Express). Once I've got to the airport, I then wrote a whatsapp to them and the only thing they did was to sent to me a photo of the port (sorry, it could be a foto of the pick up spot but not necessarily of that day) and that's it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. I would not recommend it at all. They have no customer orientation. A pity!! Do not contrat them.

I waited more then 30min for my transfer, and in the end they subcontract a random uber driver to pickup us on the airport that was super unfriendly and unprofessional, didn't leave the vehicle to help us out putting the luggage in the truck of the car, the only word that I eard from her mouth was a simple "hello". Really bad experience!!! for this I could contract a uber from my self for a fraction of the price, THIS IS NOT A PREMIER PASSAGER TRANSPORTATION as they publicize themselves.

I have used this company for close to 10 years, never again. You pay for superior service and still have to wait to get picked up. I had to wait for them to show up going to the airport and had to wait again to get picked up from the airport even though they told me to proceed to the pick up point in 100 degree weather I still had to wait. NEVER AGAIN. Then I get a text that a manager is reviewing my issue and will get back to me within 24 hours. Not a shocker when that did not happen.

I booked a couple trips to Miami. 1 with my girlfriends then I came back with my family because it was such an easy booking with their service. Hanio and his team were very helpful. They quickly answered all my questions. I'm a first time mom. They even showed me an easier way to install my daughter's carseat. We were satisfied with the service and the quality of the transportation that picked us up. They were very courtesy and they even know all the hotspots to visit.

I experienced fantastic service from Airport Super Express. We used them quite a few times during our miami/cruise/fort lauderdale/2nd cruise vacation which involved 12 family members and 6 friends. They were always in touch via text as to their arrival time. We also needed car seats and boosters during various rides for which they came prepared. The drivers were professional. We will definitely use again when in Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

This is my second time using this company for airport shuttle and both times I was completely happy. Remembering the first time I had a last minute flight change out of my control. I had to call them about 1AM to reschedule for a 4:30AM pickup. I was so stressed and worried BUT they were on time as promised and friendly. I trust this company with my trip planning.

In the many years of having to organize transportation in South Florida, hands down this company has been the most professional, organized, well mannered, fairly priced and punctual. Excellent service. On time. I made a mistake in the online booking, and scheduled the ride for the wrong day! When I called and was informed of my error, they very quickly found a driver to pick me up, and I was on time for my flight, even with busy Miami traffic.

Used there service to MIA and back last week. Everything was done in a professional manner. Communication thru text was very good. Drivers were on time and courteous. We had a group of 8 and there were no issues. Highly recommended.

Would never use again. We were off the plane for literally one full hour before shuttle showed up. Paid $24/mile so expected quality service, when calling to complain the women just said sorry and hung up.
