Dealt with the Fordsburg Branch it was absolutely terrible . What a 2 day night mare dealing with them and they still messed up. They don't even deserve 1 star. As for fica requirements, there website says one thing and there office say another,?. Fica is Fica with all banks.

On the 4th of May I came to the bank to collect forex which I had ordered. I waited 1 and half hours to be helped. The manager was to no help completely incompetent. As I sat waiting to be helped because they only had one person in charge

Worst bank ever. Extremely backwards in terms of systems. They were not even able to assist me in the call centre. Kept saying that someone from the branch will contact me which doesn't happen.
