Their three months package is the best package available any where in Al quoz. Very Good and pleasent atmosphere. The equipments in the GYM and they have most of the equipments. The Trainers are very good and friendly, they will provide you appropriate diet plans also.

Very bad gym equipment is very bad quality the trainers as well has no muscles and look skinny no Air conditioner smell is nasty inside the gym

Too much worst gym club, I realized that I can do better with home equipment. Only loss of money better to search next gym if your are in alqz.
