Quite old and very useful for neighborhood area. It is one of the main post office in Lucknow and prime one in Alambagh area. Service is good and it has been computerized, hence good for all people who have their accounts here. You have lots of saving option run by government available here along with the postal services.

Today 4th Aug 2020 at 2.32 one of the madam handling registered post refused to take post and said it's closed now ....Timings have been changed because of corona .....When I asked for timing she said 2.30 last ...She can not spend 2,3 min even for sake of humanity....

The services and interest of the people who are just sitting on government benches are just zero. They are not interested in listening to the queries of the sufferors and having zero mercy to help them . Also no help cell is available

Wish could negative star. Mail boy bahut ghatiya hai.letter aur parcel me hanesa kami nikalta . bolta nahi book hoga. Inki RTI Lagani padegi. Adhar update wala man gayab hi raheta. Bahut hi bekar service hai

Very Poor service, very bad experience, No body call or msg me for Receiving My ATM card , while it has been revert to SBI ATM HO, also there is no active contact number where can be contact

Bahut hi ghtiya trike se kaam kiya jata h . Subah se rat hojati h ek chhote se kaam k lie. Bahut hi slow kaam hota h. I don't think ki yha kbhi inspection b hota hoga

Bahut kaamchor log hai , har samay server down rehta hai, counter ke logo ko aithen bhi bahut hai Toh 1 star dena toh banta hai
