I had recently my vacation in Abu Dhabi which was slated from 17-23 APR 2023. I decided to rent a car from Alamo | enterprise ren-a-car | National. I was grateful to the staff, especially to Mr. Vincent. He was indeed very professional and made you feel comfortable and will enlighten you about road safety and possible violations that you might commit. Mr. Vincent made my rent-a-car experience a memorable one in Abu Dhabi going to Al Ain. I got a Ford Territory latest top model with a great deal. Yes, there is a deposit that you have to make and it’s what you call pre-op, in my case and experience I immediately received the refund for just 4 days. I highly recommend Alamo rent a car in Abu Dhabi Airport, Sky Plaza, and look for Mr. Vincent. And In sha Allah he will assist you very well. Thank you Alamo and thank you so much Mr. Vincent for your profound assistance and sincere customer service. In sha Allah, I will use this rent-a-car company in my future vacation.

At first, everything seemed to be going well. I was offered a replacement car and almost a replacement car. But they deposited 3000 AED into my debit card (for 5 days rental with full insurance) as I did not have a credit card at the time and the money was kept for over 60 days and when it came back I found it owed about 110$ . . . . Despite many attempts to deal with this, they say it is unnecessary. Eventually I figured out that the extra currency conversion that was needed was due. It should be noted that in other countries where I have rented, the fee is deducted from your local currency to eliminate unnecessary financial burden for buyers. Another concern arose when they said I had received a speeding ticket. But official tickets, photographs, even receipts could not be produced, making the situation rather chaotic

I’d paid in full amount online for car rent. Once arrived Abu Dhabi was shocked with new information about deposit which can be paid only by credit card (no debit card or cash option). Since this information was not provided on website at night I was left without car and all holidays were ruined because of this. Lately I contacted company about refund of booking, since I never got a car. Since two weeks I am still awaiting a response for my money back. Only yesterday tried to contact them again every attempt to email company gave an automated reply. Would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. Have never had any issues with any other rental companies. Poor customer service.

Had a horrible experience although I rented before from this company and it was a pleasant one with the employee Omar. Today I was acquainted with another employee Adnan, he made things very complicated and was not aware of the uae & gcc laws although I asked in-front of him all the other car rental companies if it was ok to rent out to gcc members and they explained how it was ok and it’s actually more lenient since they are considered as Emirati locals but he still insisted on not renting it out and made it SUPER complicated. ITS BETTER TO RENT FROM THE OTHER COMPANIES IN ABU DHABI AIRPORT.

I recently rented a car at the Abu Dhabi Airport and had reserved for 7am. Once I got to the counter, there was nobody there. So, me and 3 others had to wait until somebody showed up. It took almost 2hs to find someone to help and get the car ready. The worst part is that 2 weeks later I received a charge of almost $U200 on my card, but no notification of what's for, and now every email attempt I make I receive an automatic response and can't seem to find a way to contact them to see what the charge is about. I recommend to look for anither company when renting in Abu Dhabim

The receptionist behaved poorly, A vehicle was delivered with a warning sign on the display,It was not repaired by them, and he wanted me to receive it damaged, I asked him to receive a different car, and he told me, thank God, we gave you a car higher than the category you reserved. It is normal for you to give me a car of a higher category if you do not provide me with the car that I reserved. I was given a different car and it was returned early. I was informed that the reservation would be released on the next day, and the amount has not been refunded yet.

Too bad that there are people, companies that still seek to make easy money off honest people. I am a MASTERCARD Debit card holder, which until now I didn't know was also called debit. When booking a car I read the booking policy and it clearly states that you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. When I got to them unfortunately it wasn't possible and they took more money so I could leave with my 2 children and wife. Not to mention that my emails were not answered !!! RUSH !!! CHANGE ON THE WEBSITE EXACTLY WHICH CARDS YOU DON'T ACCEPT !!!

Prepaid Paid for a baby car seat and when we got there they didn’t have one - said it was first come first serve. We PAID for it already ahead of time, so why not reserve it for us!? Now I had to drive everywhere with my baby at risk without a car seat. How unprofessional!!

Avoid this company at all cost, they take 3000 aed depositand and promise to return within 21 days, its 3 month now and not yet received, if you dont keep reminding them you might never get ur money back, plus they almost never answer calls , what a cheap scam

Never rent fromt them!!! I did not get back the deposit from my debit card however it is more than 60 days after i gave the car back. I can not reach anyone on the phone and they did not answer to any of my e-mails.

Very slow service. They didn't know how to fit the car seat and had to change it twice ! It took us almost two hours to hire the car. Plus they overcharge you with deposite in comparison with other companies.

Complete robbery, I do not recommend. They told me that everything was ok when I returned the car, but they took 100€ (around 400 AED) from my credit card 2 days after. No answer since then.

Car was great and comfortable, workers were friendly, proffesional and kindly. This was good experience for us. Thank you for everything. Of course it was safety and trust person, company.

They dont have the car that you booked, so they will force you to more expensive ones. You “just” need to accept insurance (which will DOUBLE the rental price). Be aware of this tactics.

Nobody pick up the phone, there was more than a moth no refunding received. I want my blocked amount back!!!!!!!!
