This company is a total joke and doesn't even seem like a real company. All their "5-star" reviews are from accounts with similar last names and all only ever given 1 review.. weird. The "dispatch" never answers the phone from a company line and whatever technician you get, they never show up. The guy called us yesterday saying he had some emergency then calls back an hour later saying it was over then totally disappeared again. Call "All Lock Rescue" they actually got the job done.
