The worst! They messed up my parents flight 2 times! How can two old people in assisted flight transit in only 40 minutes?? When we got the tickets, they assured us that they had 2.5 hrs distance between flights, and the confirmation after the purchase said so too. Then, the week of the flight, the confirmation changed; they had only 40 minutes to transit from flight to flight! Extremely dissatisfied from the service.
