In many ways this is a unique airport. Upon arrival, you know you’re in the Southwest… specifically Albuquerque. It’s feel, the architectural simplicity, the earth colors, nuances and vibe. One which overall we were comfortable and enjoyed passing through both taking off or arriving. My occasions to travel albeit not a professional airport reviewer, and not a business traveler – a mainly fun and demands trekker, I have developed as concise a process for determining the worthiness of each airport visited. My criteria are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation: 5.0; 2) convenient parking when having to leave vehicle or dropping off… their shuttle is a long way from terminal: 3.0; 3) access and convenience of retrieving and dropping off rental vehicles… again, shuttle to rental car location is far: 3.0; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, seating areas and access to communications, charging and Wi-Fi: 4.0; 5) overall human customer service – including but not limited to ticket counter, TSA, Hospitality, Retail, Support Services, Restaurant and Baggage Handler knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor: 4.5; 6) ease of flight information access throughout facility via signage, boards, screens or clear understandable PA system announcements: 4.0; 7) distance, maneuverability, access and convenience of trekking from gate to gate and/or concourse to concourse for connecting flights: 3.5; 8) quantity, value, convenience, quality and comfort of eateries and/or retailers: 5.0; and last, but not least 9) baggage handling, claims and retrieval location, process and lost and found assistance: 4.0. Taking all the aforementioned categories, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best an airport can be! This airport rates a: 4.0. Most positive point(s) at this airport are: the food, the food, the food. You’re immediately hit with the uniqueness and delectability or New Mexican Cuisine upon arrival – no matter which establishment you opt for. They have a small, but unique and quality-based New Mexican craft in the stores. The most negative points here is: the shuttle between rental cars and terminal – one must plan for additional time to wait for and ride the additional 10+ minutes. Otherwise, this is an enjoyable experience.
My luggage was stolen from the airport carousel after being left unattended for 3+ hours. I found my bag using my airtag, no help from any employees about and hr and a half after my arrival to the airport outside in an adjacent parking lot, 'TSA approved' locks cut open, rummaged through and stolen from. Over $3.5k worth of items were stolen including clothing, shoes, sentimental family items and jewelry. After contacting police to start a case I returned to the office to ask what my next steps were into the airlines accountability in failing to attend my luggage for 3 hours. I was met with nasty attitudes and responses by 2 employees with southwest airlines named NORMA CORTEZ and DYLAN who refused to give his last name. I was told by NORMA CORTEZ WHOM APPEARED TO BE OF SOME SORT OF SUPERVISOR/LEAD/MANAGER ROLE, these exact words 'I don’t have time to deal with this, talk with the person who bought your tickets I have work to do' and refused to help. I asked if I could be given any more information regarding the time my luggage arrived, how long it was left unattended, literally anything to help file a claim figure something out and was continuously told "NO". No customer should ever be treated the way I was treated. I hate to bring race into this, but I do feel like if I was any other color than the one I am, I would not have been treated or talked to the way I was. Never once was offered compassion or understanding in this time of hurt, incredible loss and frustration (even if there was nothing that could have been done at the time) which could have all been avoided had my luggage not been left unattended for 3+ hours on the carousel. I was and still am shocked in the way that Southwest Airlines handled this situation. This makes me never want to fly with this airline again, from the poor mishandling of my items, terrible customer service and so much more, truly disgusting behavior and team. If I could give ZERO stars for the customer service/baggage claim help office of southwest airlines here at the ABQ Airport I would. Beware.
Clean yet small airport or sunport. I would like to start with the name because in the US, only two airports not named as airport. Albuquerque one is not an airport but Sunport while Phoenix one is Sky Harbor. I guess they named them in such way to show their tradition and lineage with Native American and I believe, at least for the Albuquerque one, is very proper because, at least at the Albuquerque, you can find more native american influences than spanish colonial one. For the Sunport itself, it is clean but small thus it is easy to get around as well as don't have to come too early not to miss your flight. Of course due to the size, many of the amenities and convenience, you won't be able to find them in here. For starter, you won't find good choice of sunport lounge or won't be able t find any USO lounge in spite of the fact that air force base is right next to it. or for the same matter, you won't find any USO center in that air force base either. You would find the ambiance of mid size southwest town airport at here but fortunately will have ore connection than those because this is the sunport you need to use to visit Santa Fe or Taos or Los Alamos if you want to visit them from different states.
After traveling through several airports over the past several monnths I am sorry to say the Albuquerque International Sunport is an embarrassment! I have been through some other airports that are remodeling / expanding and through some that are finished and sparkly. Charlestin, SC airport is amazung! Salt Lake City Airport is beautiful and modern with more expansion underway. Phoenix, AZ has a very clean, modern feel and even Los Angeles is heads and tails above ours. How about some pictures or banners posted with visuals of what we can look forward to with the current work in progress. Really, it is embarrassing to walk through our airport. I see advertisements for New Mexico True in other airports ... Good grief ... Don't be inviting folks to NM through our airport. What a terrible 1st impression. That is going to make. It's really sad because our state diversity, resources, outdoors, etc are remarkable ... It appears our airport (Sunport) is content with having New Mexico a best kept secret.
Overall, it is a small airport with easy access for entry and exit. Parking is usually available across the street, and several parking lots with shuttle service. Southwest is the dominant airline with nearly half the total gates. Temporary congestion is an issue due to the large clusters of multiple flights leaving and coming in at the same time, followed by long gaps of no commercial flights. More evenly distributed departures and arrivals would help reduce these artificial rushes. Perhaps sharing runway time with the nearby Air Force has contributed to this management approach. "International" should be removed from the ABQ name. There's no space allocated for processing International flights since the major TSA changes of 2002. So, no international departures or arrivals are available. Despite these critiques, the airport footprint is nice, and I am usually very satisfied with my ability to get in/out in a short amount of time.
Update 10/2023. Renovation is still ongoing. The check-in level was done. It looks nice. The upper security check level now only allows passengers to get in. Update: 05/2023. The airport is undergoing renovation. The TSA pre lane and other check-in lanes may look quite confusing. I saw quite a few people getting into the TSA pre lane and then had to go back to the other lanes. There are many plane models on display on the level of airline luggage check in level. It's a fun thing to check out for families with kids. Update: 2023/02. Travel has come back. The airport is much more crowded now than half a year ago. This is a relatively small airport. So it's not as crowded as other major city airports. The security check line is usually shorter and you don't need to arrive at the airport too early to catch the flight. The food choices are very limited inside the airport. So it's better to grab food before coming to the airport.
Unbelievable this airport does not have a way to empty your water bottle at Security. They have the fancy new ID only machines, but you will get sent out of security and down the escalator to empty any water you may have forgotten about. What a nightmare for those on a tight time crunch. When I asked if I could empty it in the nearby trash can, a loud NO was the answer. Good luck fellow travelers! Update after their reply. It’s not temporary unless you provide a way to dispose of water while in Security. With your temporarily closed bathroom and fountain, we would still have to exit security and get back in line to repeat the process and potentially not make a flight on time. Every other airport has these water disposal bins at security. Thanks for listening and getting up to date.
The good: -The check-in is pretty smooth, made better by the Smith scanners preventing you taking out your laptop, etc. -The airport is generally clean and spacious. The bad: -The BIG one is that this airport has the worst food of any airport I’ve ever seen, whether in the USA or abroad. It’s embarrassingly bad. Go look at the reviews for the individual restaurants, most have barely two stars. It’s unfortunate to have to fill up on the worst food you’ve ever had before getting on a four hour flight. -For as much space as the airport boasts, you it seems like they could have more seating, and there is currently very little seating with plugs, which seems out of step for a mid/large airport in 2023.
Easy going to the airport with no congestion. United airlines check-in was very slow but efficient once we got to the head of the line. The TSA line was very much worth it to get through security quickly. Very few power ports at the United gates. Sept 2023. The terminal is a mess again. Completely re-doing the food court. A waist of money. The last remodeling removed the powered walkways making for more walking away from the terminals. Bring along your own food. Dec 2023. They took out the powered walkway in the last renovation so it is a long walk to get from the gate to the luggage pickup. The old walkway worked well. Why change something that works?
Occasionally I get through TSA here without being mocked and abused, but yesterday I really felt that I needed to say something. A TSA agent (medium height, red hair, white woman) told me to move up, and that “the line dividing the floor does not mean to stand there.” Yes, I see that there’s a line dividing the floor tile change, but there’s still social distancing stickers on the floor too. I don’t feel like I need to be breathing on someone’s neck, covid or not. She was so condescending, and all she needed to say was “please move up.” It’s Albuquerque, do we really need to have mean spirited TSA agents at this small airport? I really don’t think so.
The room is big, sleeps up to 4 people; 1 king and a pull out sofa…we did not use the pull out sofa but it looks nice. Super easy to get to the hotel from the Highway ( takes so much stress off being able to come and go without getting turned around) room is very clean and reminds me of an old Victorian house with all the wood I’m the bathroom. The living area is more modern but I think it’s one of the cutest places I’ve stayed… top 3 for sure! Friendly staff… we did not eat breakfast; that is an extra charge for those who would like to try it. We only paid 145$ for the room which I think is very cheap.
Albuquerque Sunport is UNMATCHED. Security is always friendly and fast. The airport itself isn’t too huge, making it easy to navigate. Not to mention, the bathrooms are incredible. Whoever the designer was of the bathrooms deserves a kiss. Why? Because they are MASSIVE. You can literally fit yourself, your luggage and then some in those stalls. Do you experience that in other airport bathrooms? NO! Other airport bathrooms are always tiny and never have a place to store your stuff as you do your business. Sunport stalls have hooks on hooks, are clean, and freaking big. This concludes my Ted Talk.
I can't speak about the situation inside, but I have picked up, and dropped off 10 people on 4 different occasions, in the last 2 weeks, and even when it's been very busy, the departures, and arrivals, areas have been smooth running, and very mellow. There are plenty of officers, and airport personnel present to keep things moving along. There is a "cell phone" lot very close by, on case You're early, where You can park, and wait for Your party to get their luggage, and make their way outside. I takes about 1 minutes to get from there, back to arrivals, to pick them up. It's very convenient.
TSA at this airport is a joke. Lines are always long I fly with an infant that drinks formula so my bag gets pulled (which I’m used to). But when other bags are being pulled and the agent takes their sweet time to look through everyone’s bags making you miss your flight makes me mad. Especially when the fact is that you get to the airport a hour early to go through so you don’t miss your flight. It’s a small airport but least you can do is open up more of the damn lanes and hire more officers to help check the damn bags. I’ve been to so many airports and this one is absolutely the worst.
With one of the leading phone networks in the nation, you have poor signal throughout the terminal. Even with full bars, it seems like none. The terminal is, however, very easy to get around compared to other airports. Terminal also has ample seating throughout the airport and check in area. The downside here, though, is that you have very limited places to plug in devices. The final con to this airport is the wifi service it provides is so slow, I believe dial-up would be faster.
Small but nice, I loved that they had power bars (outlet multipliers) running the length of the tables! It really came in handy! I recommend coming early to get a seat at them, as there are only a couple at each gate . The stores were plentiful but pricey, it is an airport after all♂️. The weather here is pretty consistently sunny and warm so the flights run on time and delays are rare for the most part. The staff are friendly and helpful so that's always enjoyable!
Honestly not a bad airport if it weren't for the horrendous shuttle car service. I've traveled to Albuquerque at least 4 times this year and every time the rental car situation has been awful. This most recent time there was a literal line that stretched the entire length of the airport of people just waiting for the shuttle to take them to the rental car location. Interior and restaurants are nice, but don't expect for anything to be fast or efficient.
Very clean. Nice facility. Soft live stringed music was played they day we arrived. Beautiful clock hangs in the main entry area. **Note -Arrive early TSA backs up. (Not the fault of TSA. They tell everyone the rules yet people don't listen. *Empty pockets *All items go in the tote *Yes wheeled carry-on goes in the tote *Driver License or ID must be out *Oddly eye glasses must be off *Shoes off * If everything fits in one tote, do it) Full body scanner.
Very cute airport. Not a whole lot of seating and eating options as this is a small airport needed for a small amount of traffic. Once i stepped out of the plane, i already felt like i was in a different country. The stores have cool things to purchase and outside gate area there is a first place to get the famous Mexican hot chocolate. The car rental area is super easy and close by to get to with shuttle. Very easy to get around and pretty airport.
Easy to navigate, clean. If you have a red eye be aware that TSA doesn’t open the checkpoint until 3:45 am and there’s no sign until you get to the top almost to the machines. There’s a sign at the bottom of the escalator that says ticketed passengers only beyond this point, that would be a great location for a sign stating the opening time. Passengers wouldn’t have to navigate the escalator twice to get back to the seating area.
What a strange airport. I hope it’s due to all of the ongoing construction, but it never seems to end. Every turn in this airport leads you to another mess of construction debris and unfinished areas. The nice part about this airport is that it isn’t very crowded allowing for shorted arrival times prior to boarding. The people are quite nice as well. Summary: look for this rating to increase if construction is ever completed.
Here is a beautiful Coop It’s 6’x18’ and has cedar shingle siding and cedar shake roofing. The style is very New This coop also has a manual run door and a heated poultry water system. The henhouse is 4’x6’ so it good for around 15 chickens with free ranging. . This walk-in coop has our signature deep liter bed and is about 7.5’ at the peak. We ship everywhere and install coops all across the US and parts of Canada.
Very enjoyable airport. Appropriately sized, good signage, palatable service, wish there were more vegan food options, but otherwise great. Clean bathrooms. Interesting air and exhibits to see, plenty of available outlets to charge devices prior to your plane ride. Also has enjoyable architectural features indicative of surrounding cultures. Even had a meditation room! Enjoyed my time here.
Flippin amazing city. Go to the ⚛ atomic and nuclear museum. Inside is super interesting dare I say fascinating..life size atom bombs,Davey Crockett(bombs) my brother in law helped develop. And outside is an airplane and lifesized REAL used 3 and 4 stage rockets. Freakin far-out ❗❗buy a t-shirt and atomic coffee cup or aircraft posters. Show you VA card military ID for savings!
Flying in and Flying out of the Albuquerque International Airport was a breeze. Low key, older airport, very clean. The folks working the counters are very helpful. Our Skycap for Southwest Airlines, was super awesome and attentive. The smoothie place is delicious, you have to try. I tried the Keva Delight with some pep!! Would not mind passing through here anytime.
This is my first time at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport and it was okay, but it can be better! Customer experience- no outlets. I heard several people mentioned looking for outlets as well. Seats are average but the cushions are worn out. Clean restrooms. The decor is very nice. I did appreciate the friendly TSA staff and American Airlines team members.
This place looks like the airport version of Casa Bonita. If you’ve never been to a Casa Bonita…it’s a magical place in Denver that will hopefully open again soon. In the meantime enjoy this magical airport. And/or, since you’re at the airport already, fly an hour north and have some sopapillas next to the cliff divers! Pro tip: ride share is right outside door 7
One of my favorite airports in the country. Easy to navigate, friendly TSA agents, and relatively clean. Only recommendation would be bathrooms need more frequent servicing on average and rental car bus frequency/number of buses at peak hours could be larger or drivers seem to not want to have many passengers standing, which at other airports they cram people on.
The ABQ Sunport is great. It’s small enough for a home time vibe, and it usually isn’t too busy. Like all airports, it has its times it can be busy, but usually the security line is short and it’s easy to navigate through the building. They are currently renovating the place inside, but the outside is nice with LED colors and the nearby parking is good as well.
This is a decent sized airport served by national airlines. It is easy to travel from gates to luggage and transportation. Ride share area is clearly identified. There is a good variety of restaurants inside, as well as shopping. This isn't a massive airport with multiple terminals, but you'd never know it from the large spaces and video screens present.
10-16-23: Like many airports, there's construction going on, but good signage will get you where you want to go. There are plenty of seats, restrooms and eateries to keep you comfortable. Because of Balloon Fest, it was busier than usual (according to my sister who lives there). Appropriately sized airport for Albuquerque. Had a good time in Albuquerque.
Love the abq airport! We have precheck and usually it takes about two minutes to get through security. Today is Saturday morning and there was a pretty healthy line in the pre check lane. This airport is nostalgic with a homey small town feel and all the amenities of a big city. Restrooms are plentyful and clean. Love flying in and out of Albuquerque.
This is probably the best airport I've been through. Tsa agents aren't angry, aggressive power trippers like everywhere else. It's super clean with good food/drink options. My only complaint, liked every other airport, is that the gate vultures need to be controlled. They love to block and take over. Though that may be more on the airpline staff.
One of the best experience this small airport was. Immaculately clean, stylish comfortable leather chairs around for the passengers. Great dining options, gift shops, clean restrooms, easy fast access everywhere. I loved the beautifully organized and displayed aircrafts models that showed every single planes from the past until now.
Really good airport. I fly a lot and it stands out. It’s clean, the workers seem friendly, lots of interesting things to look at. Not over crowded with unnecessary shops. TSA is fast. Regular lines seem fast as well. Can easily get to where you are going. Rental cars are accessible via shuttles, about a 5 minute shuttle ride.
Amazing! Such a beautiful introduction to Albuquerque. I've been flying in to this airport since I was a little kid to see my grandparents and now my mom. I even saw B.B. King at baggage claim with his guitar case covered in stickers back in the 80's. Many great memories. Thank you for always welcoming me home!
2023 was my year for traveling! Abq International Airport was a big part of that! I appreciate all the friendly people and all the airline choices put of abq! As I continue to fly the friendly skies, I'll definitely be flying out of the Sunport! I can't wait till all of the upgrades and remodeling are complete.
This is my home airport & I love it!! It's the perfect size & even though they're going through construction currently, they have streamlined the process of getting through the checking in, security & boarding process. An added bonus is that it's not far of a walk to get from the airline check-in to your gate.
Great airport. Easy to navigate. Great restaurant in the center inside the gates as well as just outside security. It is however the airport where I have had the most flights canceled or delayed. Ow well. Order the margarita and relax. Or hit the 377 Brewery if you have to stay overnight. #landofenchantment
Very nice airport. Lots of New Mexican artwork, a bi-plane, Native American statue. Decent shops. Seems to not get too crowded here often. I’ve been here maybe 10-15 times and I don’t think it has ever taken longer than 30 minutes to get from departure drop off through security to my gate.
Easy to navigate through, thanks in part to its small size. It has all the standard amenities of an airport. Kept clean. The security was painless, as was checking in. My one complaint is that the location doesn’t offer too many direct flights, but there isn’t much they can do about that.
Appropriately southwestern decor and vibe. Small, so it's easy to get between gates. But, rental car facility and bus add 15 minutes, and they're pretty scarce on food variety beyond security. Improvements coming in 2024, though. This is the place to go on the way to the Balloon Fiesta!
The Sunport is a relatively small airport that operates pretty smoothly. It is clean and maintained well. The parking garage is located conveniently ($12 per day) but there is invoices parking too. The food selection is pretty good and the prices are those you can expect in an airport.
Today was the day my Daughter whom I have not seen for 49 years had to go back home. I requested for an escort pass so I could go to her gates with my daughter she was so kind to give me one. It was the greatest day but didnt want her to leave. Thank you southwest airlines.
The 5 - 6 occasions I have used ABQ airport have been positive experiences. Good flow, courteous staff, clean facility and timely communication regarding flights. Ease of rental car access and return was also a positive during my travels. An airport I actually enjoy using!
Easy in and easy out. Great airport with rustic old town charm. Full service amenities offered throughout the facilities to include a place for Rover to go pee. If you rent a car through Thrifty, they will drop you off at the terminal when you return your ride.
TSA pre-check was represented in the form of a bright orange tag that read EXPRESS. ABQ airport is a Quaint, Eclectic, under staff airport. Waiting at baggage claim felt extremely long. Good signage I suppose very little brialle can be found
After retiring from the military last year I have traveled from airport to airport across this beautiful country. This is the first airport where a disabled veteran status appears to mean nothing. When I checked in, the airline counter was
A nice little airport. Offsite car rental with bus service from the terminal. Security can be hit or miss, give yourself some time! Lots of local hotels and last not least there is an observation deck right in the center of gates A and B.
If you're wondering if the airport has a pet relief room with beautiful lake scenery, ASTRO turf that self rinses and a miniature red faux fire hydrant to make even the smallest of dogs start out their day confidently, the answer is yes.
This airport is not very large but it is very clean and efficient. The attendants at the Delta counter are always extremely helpful. And the Drop off at National is a seamless process. There are plenty of meal and snack options as well.
Impressed by size and spaciousness. T S a staff are so polite and professional compared to Seattle. Lots of artwork on the walls in the walkway. Clean restrooms. Free WiFi. No long lines for entry or exit. Rental car center is nearby!
Like stepping out in an old western movie, ABQ has an old time feel and by gate 3 there’s a upstairs lobby that has a great view of the airstrip with couches and chairs to enjoy a conversation and a meal with friends and newcomers.
I’m here 2x a month or so. Nothing has changed since coming here in the 90s. The internet and cell reception were actually better back then! Security pretty fast thou The line for car rental shuttle was the usual 20mins (100m long)
What a great little airport. Breezed through the dedicated TSA pre-check in minutes as it was well staffed and efficient. As you exit security, head straight upstairs to the public sky lounge for great seating and a wonderful view.
It's nice. Built airport. Lots of working going on. Clean and quiet building. Everything showing nice on sign board. Restaurant is serve very good food. Nice and clean wash rooms. Staff is very friendly. I love this airport
Great airport easy to navigate through! Shops, dining Etc.. I personally enjoyed the architecture and interior design of it. They even have an observation deck where you can lounge on very comfortable seating.
The airline staff were friendly and helpful. Getting through security was smooth. However the airport is really dirty, most chairs are torn badly and are very dirty. Not a place you want to be at for long.
An old airport. It's not so crowdy and busy. There are free buses from the airport to the city ( on 22nd June 2023, they are trying a ride free pilot). Bother airport and buses have free wifi, well free
One of the best places to fly into. Well designed and maintained. Continual construction seems to be the only problem for travelers to negotiate, but the improvements are making things more efficient.
This is my new home airport. Easy to get in and out and everyone is generally friendly. What would make this airport even better is if they had a Priority Pass lounge, currently there is nothing.
Wow, could they have selected a floor material that is worse than this for noise? Brick pavers with hundreds of people pulling roller bags. This is the noisiest airport I have ever been in.
Little construction and could use a few more restrooms. Nice people and relatively easy to navigate. Not too big, and not horribly busy this time of year (besides hot air balloons!)
Nice facility. Security is a cluster. I can go through security in places like Las Vegas, Dallas, Dulles, Regan, LA, Houston, and Phoenix faster than this place. Unbelievable.
American Airline ticket counter was extremely rude and derogatory. Rude hand gestures and comments towards the military. Glad to move soon to not have to deal with them again.
It's just an easy airport. I'm from New Mexico so I've flown in and out quite a few times. You can't get lost, everything is simple and the airport is not terribly congested.
Nice, small airport. Short distances. Lots of food/drink options. Also easy access to baggage claim and parking. And just like big airports, always under construction …
I honestly haven't had much issues at our small in and out airport. Fast to the gates and same over priced options to eat and drink. Typical airport stuff with an ABQ twist.
Beautiful small-midsize airport with very nice staff and a quick/well-staffed TSA checkpoint. Terminal dropoff could be a bit longer but that's a pretty universal problem.
How does an airport not have chargers? The chairs are the most uncomfortable I have ever had to sit in and sucks that I am here for 3 hours. Guess not taking a nap.
Well security throughout and at arrival and departure areas are really surly. Or maybe they are the airport police either way they need customer service training.
Small yet affective this airport could use a little more Pizzaz, extremely convenient to use. Add some other food and shopping options and CLEAR for when needed.
The place is barely kept clean, floors are a mess, bathrooms are iffy and the rental car bus line was a mile long. The GM/VP/GS15 in charge should be questioned.
Very small compared to major airports. So one can go through security relatively fast. They have a small selection of restaurants. The gates are all very close.
I need a wheelchair for the concourse at airports. One was very quickly provided with a careful and considerate pusher. The flight was on time. Great trip.
Super easy to navigate and the employees we met were nice but this airport definitely needs a face lift. Other than that we didn't have a bad experience.
It's a fine little airport, easy to find and has a layout for gates and terminals that don't feel like a 10k jaunt to get to. The art is great, too.
Nice airport, small town vibes. Clean and outside is nice, reminds me of Phoenix. Airport is easy to navigate for first-timers and straightforward.
Great airport. It's a breeze to fly in and out. Short shuttle ride to rental cars. The observation deck has great views if you have a few minutes.
Nice Airport, easy drop off, kind of a long walk to terminals. Otherwise, very clean, but needs more variety of items in the food court area.
Easy and quick access to parking and flights, usually super short security lines. The food options are way overpriced however, and not great.
Quick 15 minutes through security in this small airport. No need to arrive 2 hours early. Good range of food options once through security.
The young ladies at United were absolutely delightful! They were very helpful and we didn't feel like a burden. Totally different than DIA.
Clean small airport with options to eat. Mostly Mexican. Few of the stores were closed during the day. Restrooms were clean and spacious
Some of the longest tsa lines I’ve seen, and it’s a pretty small airport. Tuesday afternoon, and lines are into the hallway.
The public transportation to this airport is once a hour. It is this little school bus with very little space for luggage.
Small airport that feels like a warm welcome to Albuquerque NM, even with a large portion under renovation/ construction.
Pretty good airport but crazy bad line for rental cars. Got cool displays around you that are pretty neat.
Best experience!!! Flew from here to Oakland then to Honolulu with Southwest and got the best service!!!
Very clean and nice airport! Easy to get around, friendly staff plus lots of food and shopping options.
Staff is fast and friendly, easy to get around and some food and drinks to be enjoyed while waiting.
Quick lines at the scanner. The bathroom are super clean. They also have a great food court.
It's pretty good as far as airports go. Security moves pretty well. Easy to get to gates.
Lovely little airport. It is currently going through renovations, so expect some delays.
