One of the staff was rude and aggressive towards me for simply pointing out they had missed washing off soap on one area of the vehicle. He shouted and refused to listen to anything I shared. Strong lack of communication skills or customer interest and care. Bad attitude by the one staff member. Otherwise a clean vehicle which is all that was wanted.

Took full money but refused to wash the roof as “too high”. Been using them for a while which is a shame and should have said before only washing two thirds of the car and then refusing to even jet the roof - poor.

Appalling service , car not cleaned properly . Very rude when I pointed it out and claim not to understand as they do not speak English . Won’t go there again . Try CATERHAM much nicer people who do a proper job.

Was really good when they started up. Cheap prices and a good thorough cleaning job. Things seem to have slipped a bit in the last year or so. Prices up. Attention to detail not quite as good.

They are good. Often seem to miss something. Yesterday had my car cleaned inside. They missed some mess when vacuuming. Just check they are happy to rectify. Price reasonable.

Excellent. Lovely staff. Just to expensive £14.00 for out side clean only for a Range Rover. £10,00 is normal price. And lots to chose from at this price. Sorry.

Good hand car wash, staff took care and used wool type mitts for wash and cloths for drying, no nasty blades to dry here. Friendly and attentive.

Paid £30 for full valet only to still have smears on it and dead flies still across the lights. Have been previously so a little shocked

Although expensive £16 interior/exterior clean small car, the team were the most thorough out of many hand-wash services in the Borough.

Always use these guys. Very good and not expensive. Have used them for years and the older staff always have a brief chat.

Tried to charge me £60 just to hoover the inside of my car. Went to another car wash in Beckenham and had it done for £10.

Cleaning is good but £23 for a Tiguan is too expensive compared with £15 for a normal height car. It's not 50% taller!

They are rushing the whole process as they are busy. I understand. But inside cleaning is not that thorough.

Car wash service, that won't clean a car if its"too dirty". So make sure to only take a clean car there.

Use one sponge to clean whole car. Just drag dirt all over your paintwork which scratches it.

Get my car cleaned here regularly. In fact my whole family come here to clean their cars.
