I had my company set up through this agency. I refrained from putting this review but i am totally annoyed having to correct their mistakes each time. First of all i asked to cancel my setup due to delay in their part to start and i was told i will have to pay advisory fees of 200$ an hour eventhough it was supposed to be just a meet and greet sorta thing as confirmed by them. So i continued with them,and my GST setup was wrong. Chased again. Then the payg setup was wrong. I had to pay someone else to set it. Now i see asic details given are wrong. Stay away from this company. Why pay 1200$+here to pay someone else to correct their mistakes (Reply : Instead of accepting your mistakes you thought it would be a good idea to blame the form that was filled. If it was not PII data, I would have posted screenshot of that. How do you explain the website snapshot here that says payg is part of company registration? I was charged extra for gst, and now you say payg is extra? Then whats included in company setup? Copy pasting form? My genuine advise is, be transparent, deliver what was committed. Dont get into play of words to generate business. Anyway good luck.)
