I found my visit to Alexandra Sasse gallery to be a riveting experience, a launching into the world of contemporary landscape art by renowned and experienced image makers, no images more poignant, wistful and eerily listless than works by the talented Director Alexandra Sasse herself. My own practice is abstract – so it is hard for me to immerse myself in traditional styles – I was however taken aback by the range of styles and moods within the collection. Situated in an old Kew mansion – this is more than a white cube experience – it comes with the bells and smells of a fading past. Treat yourself to some art and hospitality and if you are so inclined – make an affordable purchase of some world class pieces to add to your collection. Sick of snootiness? Let Alexandra give you a guided tour of the works and have her share her passion for the work, the world – art and life. 5 stars!

A spacious, beautifully presented gallery in a lovely old building in a very nice location. Easy parking in the street, and a friendly greeting upon entering the gallery. Very fine artworks in the 'Draw 2922' exhibition (closed 20 August 2022; artwork shown in this review is 'Japanese ceramics 3' by Sallie Moffat). Looking forward to seeing future exhibitions in this gallery.

Alexandra provides such a beautiful space for artists to display their work and supports excellent musicians at her opening functions. Such a friendly environment to enjoy original art.

Beautiful artwork in a beautiful old home in Kew. Alex Sasse is a talented painter who recently has focused on streetscapes and cityscapes. Many beautiful pieces.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Gallery with its elegant light-filled rooms, garden views and great selection of contemporary paintings.
