I have been going to Ali for 15 years now, he has become like family too me, he has saved me a fortune in the many years and very honest, he always tries to look after you even in the impossible situations, he has so many customers from what i see and returning customers for many years who trust him. From the amount of customers he has i would understand you cant please everyone and you will most likely face the in patient customers too. Compared to other mechanics he is the honest one yet and always allows you too see when working on your car. I have been to Vogue Automotive who had great reviews. who in fact look to be racist and unwilling to work hard on cars and after quick buck, i returned to Ali who always takes on the hard jobs and not always focused on making a quick flip of money.

This garage should be reported to trading standards and other authorities. Break all sorts of safety, tax fiddlers (they want payment in cash, otherwise you have to pay 50% more in card payment) that means they want to force you to pay cash so the transaction doesn't get declared. He has his son, nephew and other relatives working there. I bet £1000 that he is not declaring them as working in the business. The owner is unbearable, unbelievable rude and I can't believe that he can run a business like this. I believe people are desperate to get their vehicle sorted. But instead of getting their vehicle fixed, they get robbed out of their hard earned money. Plus he use the public road as parking for they customer vehicle as he doesn't have space in his garage!

***update*** they've let me down big time on my last visit, didn't do some very important bits, missed out on certain things not picked up during the service which makes me wonder if they even serviced the car at all. they didn't tighten a certain component that had been replaced, had to get RAC to get it done because I knew they'd charge me extra even though they didn't do the job properly to begin with... I'm now going to look for an garage after I've been going there for over 7 years. I might comeback for minor things like oil change...but for major repairs and service like I had on my last visit, unfortunately no, they missed out on too many things that made it unacceptable

Worst mechanic in the UK award should go to Ali, a few years ago I had taken my Vauxhall Zafira diesel for repair,, he could not get the injectors from the engine out, broke a couple of them and decided to send it to an engine specialist to get get it removed and grinded. He used some sort of a paste in the manifold exhaust area, which I have been told that is not good. He charged me 2 grand for this shoddy piece of work and I eventually had to scrap my car. I would not allow him anywhere near my cars to even replace a tire. If you do care about car find some reputable garages.

If One I could only give -5 to this B*****ds. They are such a Ripoff. They will take Full advantage of You and Your Situation. Don’t Use this Garage if you wanna ruin your Day. They will change what ever they feel like without letting you know on your Car and Will give you a Massive Bill plus they only take Cash. They use Second products on cars while your away. which is Very very dangerous. If you decide to pay By card then That extra 50% on Top of the Total Bill. This Ali guy is Such a Horrible Horrible Person so PLEASE PLEASE don’t You ever Use this Garage.

I'm sorry to mention there service they provide is great on the basis they are willing to repair car instantly. I definitely wouldn't recommend them as once the car is repaired which hasn't even been solved they are only interested in taking your money. If originally the fault the car has occured they are not interested in finding the matter. Especially Ali the owner from Ali Auto is very rude and raises his voice.

Don't ever use this garage, my car went there for a warranty repair and what they did is hide the issue instead of fixing it. They unplugged pre cat lambda sensor making the car run in closed loop, this was probably to hide two leaking injectors. they also put a complete different spark plug to the rest 5 and a different coil pack not mentioning that they using second hand parts!

AVOID!! This please doesn't deserve 1 start, I brought my car to be fixed and it was kept for a month and scammed me out of £700, when I got my car back it also had problems that weren't there before such as when I break the car is accelerating long with many many more issues. I feel wrong I'm £700 down and my car isn't fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Ali is the man to see. He takes real care in looking after his customers. He is very straight to the point and will help out with reasonable labour charges and discounted parts which is a bonus. I will definitely use again. He did accommodate even when I just turned up without booking the car in. Worth the visit for a price and quote.

Worse mechanic ever. Especially the owner has no manners. Very rude and not trustworthy at all. Don't hand your vehicle to him or his business. He doesn't have any MOT centre facility. He take it to a 3 minutes drive garage to do it there. Don't waste your time or money on this business. Rude, overpriced and ignorant individual.

My dad took car to him that after 1/2 tank the car stops. AA said its a fuel problem. Ali refused to believe that. Gave some fake solution. A week later the car stopped on M4. My dad is a kidney patient. And 70. Alone in car. Luckily police came. Avoid this garage. He pretends to do repairs and they are fake.

Avoid at all cost! He tells lies. Very rude and unprofessional. He literally told me after telling him that the issue still the same after paying him to sort my car that he didn't had time and turned his back and left me with no avail. He should be stopped trading. Devastating experience.

Called Ali motors this morning for someone to come out and look at the car as it has broken down. They left us waiting all day when making claims that Ali would be around in 20 minutes. When we phoned we were rudely left waiting for ages! THIS COMPANY IS USELESS! DO NOT GO HERE!

I have paid them to fix my engin but they took the money and mesed it up. I had to use recovery truck to take my car home. Now my car is sitting at home damaged worse than before... never use this garage or their mechanic, they are only good at talking.....bad ver bad...

Never ever go to this garage. I believe some of the people working there are not qualified. The garage has been reported to the Trading Standards, and I hope they carry out investigation.
