Since they have built this location a few years ago, I can honestly say that I'm quite stunned with the improvements that have been made compared to their other location that was adjacent from this location which was in Palm Center plaza strip center. The reason I rated it 3 's was because I didn't get a chance to view the entire vacinaty. I only went to the ladies room and it was very clean, had plenty of hand soap, toilet paper and the hand dryer was very hot and got the job done. This Library is also a convenient place to vote when election time arises. Which is what I came to do. The outside appearance was very spacious, handicapped equipped and even had a bike rack if you traveled by bicycle. No trash was on the ground.

Young neighborhood library is amazing. My children and I love to come here as much as we can for their resources. This library is super helpful with anything that you need. From computer access, books, information, education programs, events and they even let you rent a conference/meeting room if needed. I am so glad and grateful we have this library close by. Their curbside pick up is very safe and simple and the librarians are so helpful and kind. If you need some books, music or dvds for the family while you are stuck at home, Young library is the place to go. We hope to see everyone’s smiling faces soon after it’s safe to go back.

Great facility. Clean restrooms, ample space for people of all ages. They really serve the community well by providing computers, conference areas, voting areas, free meals for disadvantaged children, and books and multimedia resources. The staff members are very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful to community members. They also help you with computer related questions and they teach you how to use computers. If you do not have computer access to apply for a job or take care of personal business that require internet access check out your local library. The hours are great as well. Thanks.

I really like this library! The kids area is so fun with toys and decor. It's secluded from the rest of the library, which is great. The staff do a great job with storytime and general help. The biggest complaint I have is that there's a TV playing kid's shows near the circulation desk and whenever we go, my son only wants to sit and watch that. It's a big enough thing to keep us away, unfortunately (we don't go to the library to watch TV!). But other than that, a fantastic library.

I love this library. Has all the resources our family needs! Plenty of room for reading, research, work. My kids love it there. Always has great materials to check out or use. The staff is very helpful and friendly except for this one worker. Older tall man with glasses. Every time I ask for help he treats me with and attitude and very rude. Overall great place to bring your kids.

This building is very beautiful. It just recently opened close to a year ago and it's slow for people to know about this location however it was originally at the Palm center location I relocated to this spot. It has great state-of-the-art computers and the appearance is very high tech and classy looking especially for a redeveloping area. This is a great place to go to.

Young Library is my neighborhood library and I absolutely love it. The librarians and other workers are always so nice and helpful. The books are kept neat and tidy and there is plenty of space in between the shelves. There are several seating options and all of them are super comfy. They have different sections for different age ranges. I love it here!

I was blown away when I stepped foot through the front doors. This Library is by far the BEST library I’ve visited in Houston. The set up is beautiful. The atmosphere is so peaceful, quiet, and very clean. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Keep up the great work because your Labor of Love is has not gone unnoticed. ~R.Smith

A lady I don't know her name, but she was very very helpful, even when she thought I didn't have enough money she was about to pay for me. Like I said I don't know her name but she said that she had just been there since February. Thank you ma'am for your help.

We love our librarians at Young Neighborhood library! They know my kids by name, make recommendations, and make sure we know about any upcoming activities, programs, or reading challenges. They are truly a very positive place in our neighborhood!

It's a brand new facility, it has all the latest technology, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's very clean, beautiful and peaceful. Like a library should be, I love going there, I just wish they were open six days a week.

It's not a bad library, It's just way too small for my taste. A good library if you have young kids, need to use a computer or need to print something

Going to the library can open up the world to you. The spaces are lovely and warm. The librarians are some of the grooviest people on the planet.
