Beware, do not buy 72 hour pass from this company like I did.It's only useful to go from Airport to Venice center but in Venice most of the boats operated by other company ACTV so we spent 260€ for 2 way airport transfer with a slow (almost took 2 hours) water BUS.. If I knew this before I could have bought private water taxi for 240€ 2 way transfer and it only takes 20 minutes! On the return way we waited for the red line which take less time to go to airport but some people jumped in front of us then they said only 2 places left and didn't let us in although we said we can sit on those 2 seats with our 2 childs no problem yet they were very rude and told us to next blue line although I insisted it takes 20 minutes more to get to the airport according to their timetable, they insisted that the difference is 5 minutes.. In the end it arrived 20 minutes later and we had extra stress in crowded Venice airport.. If you plan to Visit Venice again do not hassle to spend money on private water taxi, it's really worth each penny because you save a lot of time and the taxi is much more comfortable than their noisy and slow, dirty busses.

The comments from other reviews about vouchers are surprising : The website makes it very clear, on every page of the selection and purchase process, that the purchase is for a voucher, and it must be exchanged for physical tickets prior to boarding. The ticket office is directly adjacent to the boarding pier, and its easy to exchange. Took seconds to do. However, if you are planning on taking the boat outside the ticket office hours, there is an automated machine (italian and English language) right outside the ticket office window. Service was quick and efficient, and on time during our journey into Venice. (March 2022). Boarding pier is ten minute walk from arrivals Hall at Marco Polo Airport.

Personale giovane un po' arrogante, poco orientato al servizio. Le operazioni di imbarco e sbarco vengono effettuate in totale autonomia da parte dei passeggeri nessuna attenzione o indicazione da parte di capitano e marinaio. Passerella di sbarco non a norma artigianale e molto pericolosa. La sensazione è quella di essere imbarcati su una imbarcazione privata dove prevale un senso palese di sopportazione e fastidio nei confronti dei passeggeri giovani o anziani che siano. Non ci siamo proprio!

Die schönste Art nach Venedig zu fahren vom Flughafen aus. Kann die meisten schlechten Bewertungen garnicht verstehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Wir sind mit Alilaguna nach Venedig und haben pro Person 15 Euro vorort gezahlt. Die Fahrt dauert ca 30min und war sehr angenehm. Zurück zum. Flughafen sind wir mit dem Bus gefahren was ziemlich voll war und wo wir ca 40min gestanden haben im Bus. Also ich kann Alilaguna weiterempfehlen.

Venezia è stupenda ma ha il suo punto debole, i trasporti. Ok che sono sull'acqua ma un'ora e un quarto per arrivare da San Marco all'aeroporto sono veramente tanti, tra l'altro con l'odore di scarico nel naso. non va meglio con la tratta San Marco-lido, non ci sono nemmeno le maniglie per tenersi quando si sta in piedi per mancanza di posto.

Total scam. The boat is departing every 30 minutes, but we had to wait 1hr 30min. They have small or bigger boat depend on availability, not even 1/3 of people in the line can hop on the boat. It was not even that busy day, the waiting was not informed. Just take taxi, it’s better, unless all you’ve got it time to be wasted on the road.

Korzystaliśmy z tramwaju wodnego dwa razy: z lotniska do Wenecji i w drugą stronę. W jedną stronę siedzieliśmy z tyłu tramwaju: było super gorąco (pomimo otwartych okienek) i głośno, w drugą stronę siedzieliśmy z przodu i już było znacznie bardziej komfortowo. Obsługa sympatyczna, kontaktowa. Koszt: 15€ / os

To be avoided at all costs. Unreliable service and unfriedly staff. The bus is cheaper and reliable. Not worth it. If you have to take one though, DO NOT buy a return ticket. On the way back many people lose their plane as they don't have room on the boats and won't load you

Con el billete en la mano 15€ para ir en vaporetto al aeropuerto, pasa uno y nos dice que está lleno y no podemos subir, que hemos de esperar al siguiente. Imposible planear nada con los vaporetto. Para ir al aeropuerto un transporte muy caro e imprevisible.

It’s super opportunity to travel by boat from airport to Venice. But halving in mind weather conditions (very hot) it is unacceptable to offer travel in small cabins without air-condition.

A great service around Venice, but especially convenient is the Marco Polo Airport to the Lido service. Bought tickets at the airport desk for our return journey, very convenient!

Service was on time. Had to pay double as we couldn't exchange the voucher for a ticket. Had to buy on board. No refunds given. Not customer friendly.
