Ordered through UberEats for take out. Ginger Beef: has a nice kick and not hard at all. Perfectly cooked. But 1 container was $17.99 and the portion wasn’t very big. Pork Wonton soup - container was about half the size I was expecting especially for $7.99. Came with 6 wontons. Which were really good. Broth was salty but I think it should be. There’s something they put into the broth tho thar I just can’t pinpoint. Didn’t particularly like that but it didn’t ruin the dish. Lemon chicken: I was again surprised how small the container was for $17.99. I also didn’t realize they had the sauce already mixed in with the chicken. Normally Restaurants (delivery) the sauce would come separately from the chicken. When I went to mix it up the batter on the outside of the chicken started coming off. Next time I order I will ask for them separately. I found some pieces tough and but the rest of the dish was great. Green onion cake: the best green onion cake I have ever had. I don’t know if it will be like that next time I order, maybe I caught them in a good night? But it’s soft and delicious. Some places over cook them, blah. Over all the food was good. Food: solid 8/10 Portion size: 6/10 I know food prices are really high right now so I can’t blame them for having higher prices. I also don’t know what the costs on their end are. At the end of the day they still need to make a profit. I was disappointed there wasn’t any fortune cookies. But this isn’t the first place I have ran into that issue. One place I seen was charging for them. Overall the food was great. Personally, I would rather pay more for good food than pay less for bad food. Especially Chinese. I’ll definitely be eating here again.

This is a mixed review. I ordered here a week ago (with a friend) and had it delivered. This business has a delivery system that forces an e transfer before your order is made. That's right..you pay first! You can't pay at your door with a machine. The food was really good the first time, so I wanted to order again. I had a confirmation that I paid $135 for my order. The business called 10 minutes later and said that they did not receive the payment. They wanted me to pay again..with visa! I said that I did not have $270. The company would not accept proof of my confirmation. They said that they would not deliver my food till they had some confirmation on their end and they did not care if my children ate today or that it was a birthday. I was horrified because the money was not in my account to spend any place else. I was hooped. It was threatened that the business was going to tie my money up, not bring the food, and they would give my money back if it came in an hour, a day, or a week. That was not going to solve the problem of a special birthday dinner. I would be on my own, be out that money, and need to order elsewhere (or I could pay this company twice). They did not care that I had a confirmation...that weather or not they received the money, it was not there for me to use elsewhere. I was called 5 minutes later and told that my transfer had just been delayed in arriving and to expect my order in 45-1h from that time..not my order time. I will not order from here again because I'm not rich enough to cover technology failures and I do not have the time to check my account for returned funds. The process was both devaluing and exhausting.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. What started out as an economic food joint has evolved into a downtown staple for consistent enjoyable take-out and dine-in. While the prices have gone up the value for their meals is still up there. We ordered Dinner for 2 as take-out this past Sat. It seems the quality is a bit better. Wasn't too salty or oily, they give you plenty of meat and fresh vegetables. Chicken fried rice has plenty of chicken, dumplings are great, spring rolls are decent but not premium, and the sweet and sour pork was really good (notches above mall quality fair). We've had a number of main dishes from here and you are sure to find your own favourites. The service is also consistent, with many of the same friendly staff working at the restaurant and doing delivery. We usually do take-out or pickup. The restaurant isn't in the best area of town but is perfectly fine to dine-in and many do.

Tonight we decided to order in. Called All Happy and put in the order. Wasn't long before delivery man called which was great timing but maybe too rushed now that I think about it. Unwrapped everything and for a $75 order, very disappointing. I hear great reviews for dining in, but what I received wouldn't even make me want to dine in ever. My almond chicken was drowning in sauce. If I can even call it "chicken". Mostly grisl and batter. The chicken fried rice was over cooked white rice with slimy chicken bits and bone...... also had an order of chicken balls that look more like small baseballs and the stiffness of one too. Could barely fit my mouth for a bite and when I got a taste, it was mostly batter that wasn't even fully cooked. Hard exterior, soft interior. When called back for a refund on the few items that were not edible, they gave us back less than what we should have received and it took almost 2 hours. Waste of time & money and I'm still hungry. Thanks but never going to give this company my business again. Hope nobody chokes on the rock hard balls and bone

I wanted to try Chinese food so i decided to come here for the first time. When i walked in the first thing i notice everyone looking at me funny but i was wondering where do i sit? because im new but when the lady sat me down she looked at me weird and uncomfortably and remember i'm native. I isolate myself often, so me being able to walk outside, go try new foods and to get fresh air. Once i was sat down i orderd my dish and she wanted money first and i was like umm... ok so i gave her money and my food didn't come and she also didn't come back with my money/change, so now i'm confused and scared theyre discriminating me i cant speak up and when i did i asked where is my change and they said they gave it back. after they said that i knew from there they were profiling me and stole my money so i left in fear of never going back to a Chinese place again. the service i experinced here was very scary and uncomfortable.

I've been going to this restaurant ever since 2013, not as much anymore ever since COVID though, but the food is still as delicious. The people are amazing and even though the area is a little intimidating, they do a good job to provide a nice, warm environment to eat in. The prices have gone up a bit since then but understandable due to inflation, however, the food is still very much affordable!! I think they should invest in renovating the place --- like the washroom (?), and also maybe move the unwashed dishes in the back instead of the front where it's in the same space the customer eats in. I think this is definitely a hidden gem and I hope I can bring my friends in and have them experience the same thing.

Unbelievable (bad) experience, just now, was forced to pay and get out before even getting to finish my tea. Had two different ladies stand at my table demanding me to pay. This was my Christmas dinner as well. I was enjoying myself, food was good, waitress was great, and then pushed repeatedly, at my table, to pay immediately. I have never experienced this before anywhere, I was completely floored. There was no lineup, although it was reasonably full. I told the first lady to give me a few minutes, and then the other lady came up one minute later and said she was timing me, and wouldn't leave me be, demanding I pay and go. WTF?! To be clear, I hadn't done anything wrong, or weird, or anything, just eating my food. I've never taken the time to leave a review before, good or bad, but this was just astonishing, it was like a twilight zone thing.

Was working in town and always finished late. This was one of the few places open after midnight. Food portions are generous, service was quick, and everything taste great. I only found out on my last day there that they had a sweet red bean soup desert near the front entrance which is available to all customers (help yourself). I have never seen this type of desert setup but I kind of like it. I was in town for 7 days and ate there 3 nights. We were 7 guys and must have tried over 18-20 different dishes. Yeah, we wanted to order different dishes each night but some were so good we couldn't resist eating it again. Some favorite: fried chicken with garlic and soya sauce, bbq duck, deep fried fish with corn sauce, beef hot pot, salty fish eggplant hot pot). Highly recommend this place to foodies who like old school Cantonese cuisine.

OG place for Chinese food, from one Asian to all the peeps! Well priced and well portioned and serve all my favourite traditional and more westernized Chinese dishes. They are open pretty late too so it’s always an option! They are located by the hope mission and some freaky people do come by, but the server aunties are really good at handling them and escorting them out, if they come in, in the most curt and fastest way so it’s really more of a people show than scary in my opinion. The gan chow niu he, stir fried flat rice noodles with beef, are so goood as well as basically any chicken dish and the beef brisket hotpot, curry or regular. Also you get this surprisingly delisciousss pork bone and vegetable soup to start for free. Do give it a try

Got shrimp with udon noodles and it was decent, nothing crazy good but decent. The lady who answers the phone (in the night at least) may seem a bit inpatient on the phone but if you go in and talk to her she’s really nice, even gave me a free pop cause she felt bad for being impatient on the phone lol They’re pretty quick as well 5-10 mins from ordering to getting your food (although it was in the middle of the night) you should give it a try if you haven’t already for sure.

First time ordering from this restaurant. I am always looking for good Chinese food places as most are greasy and full of MSG. This place was suggested by a client earlier in the day. The food is phenomenal! Just the right amount of flavour, not salty, not greasy. Absolutely perfect. The vegetables are the perfect texture and taste very fresh. I ordered delivery. The service of the phone was excellent and very friendly. There was no problem in making a special order for me. ( Being a vegetarian who loves black bean sauce, I asked if they could make me tofu in black bean sauce. It did not disappoint. ) The delivery was quite quick, and the price is very good compared to other places. The amount I got will feed me for about four days! The delivery was very friendly. They are also open LATE!!!

We had to have Happy Family when we stay in Edmonton. Food was fresh, hot and always tasty. We tried a couple new items today. Both were very good, the 'wok hay' on the beef chow fun was in believable. It's just a smell and taste you get if you are cooking in a traditional wok using Chinese cooking techniques. I have to say we were impressed to say the least. So affordable, never fails All Happy Family rocks!

Been here many times, usually after an evening out, but Just recently went for a family birthday dinner. It's nearly empty midday (we went around 5pm on saturday). The service left a little to be desired, they made it super complicated for us to order, and made one of us go up to the front desk on the other side of the restaurant even though they seemed to have many staff milling about. I removed one start as their service is often a bit shoddy in his they tasty peiple, but the good always comes out fairly fast and is delicious. I also find them to be less greasy than typical Chinese food, I would recommend the shrimp and peaches dish, the beef and veg, grab onion cakes and noodles, those are my favorites, but most food here is really good. Decent for kids during the day.

  • Sneha Shaw

Ordered Noodles and lemon Chicken which was tasteless and meat was not properly cooked. Vegetables seems not fresh. We live far from the restaurant, when we had their food the meat was so hard to chew looks not properly cooked and even noodles too. Not sure how they can serve this kind of food to their customer. We called them to inform but their customer service was not good even they didnot apologize for and asking us to bring the food so that they can look at it and we told them that we are 30-40 mins far from them. I won’t recommend this place as they should be nice to their customers and should take it on themselves if they did it make their food properly rather arguing with customer.

I just moved back to Edmonton last summer and haven't really ordered a lot lately. But we been craving. So I broke down and read some reviews and decided to try All Happy !! And I am so happy I did. I called and they said it would be ready in 15-20 mins. I arrived and thought I would have to wait a couple minutes, but it was hot and ready for me !!! We ordered the dinner for four (Lemon Chicken, Crispy Ginger Beef, Mixed Vegetable w/Garlic, Spring Rolls (4), Chicken Fried Rice), Beef and Broccoli, and Dumplings. There is sooo much we will get another meal maybe two ! And we are both stuffed. It was all delicious, fresh and hot ! The only downside was the area, but it is what it is. We will be ordering from All Happy again, sooner rather then later. :)

I’ve dined in a few times, and picked up takeout orders a few times as well. Today, I saw two employees inside when I came in to pick up an order. After I paid by card to one staff member, the other staff member who was packing up my order asked that person in Cantonese if I needed cutlery. How come this was a question for the cashier, instead of asking me, the customer…? I guess the lady who took my payment assumed that I didn’t speak Cantonese, because she immediately and prematurely answered her “no” at reflex speed - without asking me. She nervously laughed when I answered in Cantonese, but I guess we are saving costs on these items, and guess I didn’t need any cutlery even for a $50 order, according to them.

2020: I love chinese food and have eaten in countless chinese restaurants. This place is the best! My favorite dish is ginger beef, and it is amazing here. As with all their dishes, the portions are huge and the price very reasonable. Vegetables are fresh, chicken and shrimp are both really good as well. I am rarely downtown, and live in Sherwood Park, so if we want chinese food, we make the drive, it's that good. Edit: 2023: Food quality seems to be slipping a bit. Last order had two highlights... ginger beef was its usual awesomeness, but the lemon chicken was sub par. The chicken was dry and stringy. Getting a hit and a miss in the same order is unusual. Please keep up your standards All Happy Family.

All happy restaurant is an addictive restaurant. Once you go try once, you're going to try it forever. Food is amazing with a good service. The restaurant is always busy and sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit in, especially during the night. Best food to eat: Deep fried shrimp with peach sauce. This is the best so far.

3 of us all of cree heritage never been on the streets. We ordered chicken fried rice, beef skewers, chicken chow mein, dry ribs and wor wonton soup. We got the ribs, one layer in a oval dish. Like 3 pieces each. All fine food tasted good, but when we left we see a table with non native ppl sitting there with a plate of what looks like sweet n sour pork on an oval dish like ours and their meat was a huge mountain mound for the 2 ppl seated at the table. I didn't call to complain becuz they'd most likely just slough it off. If native, go to Kingsway for good Chinese food. but as a visual native I will not return.

I have ordered well over $1000 in food from this restaurant. Mostly it was very good. Tonight, just an average Wednesday night, everything I ordered was totally cold. Soups, main dishes, etc.My last delivery was not all that warm either. I live a scant 8 blocks from this restaurant. There is no reason my food should be cold. I can live with the smaller portions from past times, as that is business, but cold food twice in a row is not acceptable being I am so close. When called, they deny it could have been cold. No other explanations or any apology. Will not use this restaurant again under any circumstances.

There is must be something in the sauce as I've been going here for at least 7 years and its a favourite place. Consistent quality, familiar and friendly staff. Some standout dishes. Though dining in is fine, more than often this is a place you are picking up or getting delivery from. The area has recently had some renovations and is becoming more presentable. For those that know, this place is a gem. Really enjoy their wor-wonton soup, spicy crispy chicken, and their dumplings. If it isn't family run, the staff there sure seem to work together as a happy family. So good to see smiling service. :)

I have been going to All Happy for years. Like many restaurants they’ve struggled through the pandemic but their food is still fantastic and the staff still seem to genuinely care. I’m disappointed to see so many recent negative reviews specifically around the same challenges other restaurants are facing. Inflationary pressures aren’t a reason to pile on a local independent business. Ordered take out from All Happy last night - portions were generous, food was fresh and hot, and tasted great. Will keep returning. Thanks for staying awesome, All Happy!

One of the worst service in Edmonton the order taking women is way beyond rude she didn't even care about customer concerns it's highly unacceptable and highly dissatisfied. management need to work on these type of service. once you become a running good business you guys don't really care about your hospitality. pls stop these type of worst experience in the future really need to correct this. every single customer is more valuable at all the time so pls be more responsible.

I can't even bring myself to give a low rating for location. The food, service, and the staff more than make up for the sketchy activities outside. (due to "crack towers" tenants and homeless shelters/soup lines that also share the neighborhood.) If you've never had All Happy then you're missing out and you want this food on your bucket-list. I lived in Hong-Couver for 20 years and have become accustomed to oriental/chinese food done properly. These guys know their s&$#t. Thank you All Happy:)

A year ago I would have given five stars. Unfortunately all happy has adopted serving half orders. $50 order is a disappointment. Half as much war wonton soup, one green onion cake and barely a handful of fries. I’ve been ordering from here for years. It seems the bbq pork chops are not nerfed yet. Everything tastes great. Just the serving size has deminished 50%. The beef brisket is truly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

The best restaurant ever! It might be a little bit exaggeration but my friend and I love this restaurant. Everytime we are in a hunt for a place to dine in around midnight or at 1am, this is the place to go. Frankly the location is not very nice due to the homeless area beside it BUT the customer service, food and comfortness that this place has is worth going back for. Its been 5 years that me and my friends visits this place. This place is truly a gem ❤️.

I am from Vancouver and am no stranger to Asian cuisine. It is a struggle for me not to go here every time I'm hungry. Delivery is always good but nothing beats going to the location. The service is so fast it's crazy, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table of food in the 20 times I've gone here. I have to give a shout out for the peaches and shrimp, avacado smoothie and some of the most authentic ginger beef I have ever had. If you ever are contemplating going here just do yourself a favor and do it. All happy all the way.

Is this supposed to be an "All Happy Family Restaurant"? The waiting staff were very cold, impatient, and unwelcome. Okay, I get it, not every day is a happy one, but sorry, if you're having a terrible day, please don't take out those feelings onto a customer. The food was good, but the service needs to be seriously re-evaluated. No one is happy and the restaurant does not feel very family-like at the moment.

This place is great. The service and food is always great here, and hands down the best late night place to eat in the whole city of Edmonton...no kidding. The prices are as good as you find anywhere...where can 4 people eat all they want for $80 and probably take leftovers home? Atmosphere isn't the best, location is not the best, but I've been there many nights 2-3am, and no problem. We also had them prepare food for a funeral a couple of years ago, and it was all good, on time etc.

I used to love this place and it used to be a regular stop after the bar or going out late with friends. Over the years, I feel like quality of the food has dropped way down. Every time I go there now, I always feel sick after and regret all my choices. Also, their food is packed with MSG and it can’t be taken out even if requested (put into their pre-made sauces/food). The food is a low quality and the pre-made sauces and mixes make everything taste similar. To top it off, the place is dirty and has a ‘musty’ smell throughout.

  • Killbot Nine

Have been a customer of All Happy for nearly 20 years now. It was our go to every Saturday after the bar back in the day. Was so stoked to discover this year that they are open Christmas. Family has for sure started a new tradition. Best peach shrimp hands down. Their garlic fried rice is suuuuper addictive. Also the best place to play "I can't read characters...give me this one" roulette. Seriously... Everything is amazing, and they are open pretty much always. Great prices. Great food. Here's to 20 more years!!

  • Different Is ok

I ordered from skip, the food was well packaged. Tasted like it was freshly made. The down side is the GREASE. I read review and they mentioned the grease. Man they were not joking. I have acid reflux so eating this food was extra difficult for me but if you’re a regular person. You’re good to go. I also read another review about the ginger beef... YESS GET THE GINGER BEEF AND THE DEEP FRIED PEACH SALAD.. fireeeeee chefs kiss... but again.. I couldn’t eat a big plate bc there was too much grease so 3 stars it is.

  • Leo Cardinal

Tasteless food, I was a big supporter of this restaurant. Taste is no where near what it used to be. Ordered the chicken balls which I know came with only 6 pieces but normally they are huge and worth it for $15 dollars but what I recieved was 6 tiny pieces and undercooked. The fried rice was not fried and tastes soft as it just came out of the steamer. All other Ordered items were bland and disappointing. Will not be recommending this place to anyone in the future. And it has lost a long time customer.

  • Clayton Lee

All Happy is my go to Chinese restaurant whenever I travel to Edmonton for work. Not because their food is out of this world but because it’s open late. That being said, the food is pretty good! It’s very authentic, the service is good and friendly but most of all, the dishes come FAST! There’s a dessert table with the typical ‘red bean/tapioca’ available. The the decor is a little outdated and parking is on the streets. Prices are reasonable. Authentic Chinese food.... this is it!

They literally served me sweet and sour batter. There were two pieces with a sliver of brown coloured meat, o thought pork turns white when cooked. 3 other pieces were small pieces of fat and gristle and th rest were just batter. I've been to retaurants where they batter tiny pieces of shrimp or chicken for chicken balls but never had a plate of just fried batter. Been coming here for years. They still get good reviews, must be their way of turning away customers they dont want.

Absolute best seafood fried rice I have ever found across three provinces, including BC. The inside is OK, but their location is in a bad area of town across from 2 homless shelters, so lock your car. But, it's worth it!!! The servings are huge, and never over cooked perfect crispness and texture. It's a family run operation, and do they ever know what they are doing. Be sure to ask for the tea, one of the servers blends it herself and it's wonderful.

I only ordered from this restaurant because of the reviews and I love wonton soup. Well, forget it. I ordered war wonton soup, a green onion cake, and dry ribs.the dry ribs are all crusted bread there's no freaking pork in it whatsoever. The war wonton soup contains just shrimp wonton and only 8 wontons? for a wor wonton soup no park wontons at all. The green onion cake was good. Won't order from here again. Way to pricey for low quality food.

Great staff and great food! Staff were attentive but did not hover. Very nice folks. Food had great portion sizes for the price and came out very quickly for my Dad and I. They have a fairly extensive menu, so you'll find something that you'll like! They also have a well lit, fenced parking lot behind their restaurant. A very nice place for dine in. My dad said he used to come here years ago and he is happy to see that it is still doing well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE...For a $19.00 combo it comes with ginger beef and only 2, yes 2...non-edible chicken balls...literally hard as a rock with garbage meat.. then the rice is not even fried rice at all but just plain jasmine rice with a teaspoon of egg in it. Threw it all straight into the trash!

Please do not judge all happy by the outside! I'm sure it's a deterrent because of all the homelessness and the filth in the area. But, you need to look past that and get inside the restaurant. I rate this place a 4 star, not because the food is terrifically amazing however because the versatility in its opening hours. One is able to tie one on at your local drinking hole paint the whole town red; come back home just hammered and still be able to order Chinese food at 3 in the morning. That quality alone is befitting of 4 stars. The food in of itself is not bad fare. It can be delicious but it always hits the spot.

  • samantha quilley

Ordering from here since 2010. It is amazing everytime I go but I don't go for reg Chinese. I have ordered even to my house on the Northside clareview. Still so good and fresh. Never had to pay in advance for my food and this was within the past year. I've ordered take out from them at least once a month and paid at the door with debit or cash. For those confused. I also love their dim sum options and green onion cakes.

  • Laredo Strawberry-Nault

I placed an order with the restaurant and we never received our delivery of our food so we tried contacting the restaurant multiple times and they refuse to give us a refund or at least help us with the situation. We supported them for a while by after being yelled at over the phone and told they won’t do anything we ended up stopping services with them. The bank ended up having to dispute the charge ‍♂️

My girlfriend and I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and we can honestly say we have never been dissapointed. The food is amazing and they have good timing on delivery and great prices. we actually just ordered some right now cant wait for it to arrive.. Thank you All Happy Family Restaurant for the great food and Hard work you put into your food. look forward to many years more to come

  • Angie Triska

We have order in a more than a few times and have never been disappointed. Their pan fried dumplings are to die for, I am telling you now to double your order as they leave you wanting more.

I have frequented this place many times. I used to bring dates here late night to impress. But over the years it has become worse and worse. Poor cleanliness, worse food quality and dishonest business practices to list a few reasons. Winnie is the owner/operator and is impolite and rude. There is also a high criminal element making this place not family friendly. Strongly suggest you pass.

  • Darth Varden

Always tasty, reliably the same quality, reasonably priced, large portions, incredibly fast (my last order was ready in under 15 minutes from calling it in), and if you want late night eat in or take out the restaurant is open until 4 am most nights (if I recall correctly), but only if ordered from and picked up at or delivered by the restaurant. Skip the Dishes cuts off delivery at 2am.

  • A (Andrew)

I've been eating here for over a decade since their grand opening. family run, friendly owners, tasty food, hot spot for late night eats! I've ordered just about everything off the menu. some must haves include: - peaches and shrimp - garlic soy fried chicken (chinese style, not breaded) - xo chicken fried rice - Shanghai fried noodles - green onion cakes the list truly goes on and on

  • Kim “kim” Simbaco

Ordered here last night for take out, and have been ordering or eating in for years. My must favorites are always peaches and shrimps, beef brisket in hot pot and soya sauce garlic chicken. The takeout service was fast after calling ahead of time. Price wise is decent, I suppose over the years prices have gone a bit up. I certainly will crave time and time again the food from here.

  • Em John

PORTION SIZES ARE SMALL in black rectangle containers with clear lid and they have significantly less in them then regular white take out containers at other restaurants. PAID 62 FOR FRIED RICE AND CHOW MIEN AND 8 CHICKEN BALLS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I don't care how bad inflation is, this is not an excuse for restaurants who buy in bulk.

The food here has actually gotten so much better over the years, I am so glad that I have refound this gem. You will never talk the peaches and cream is served here in anywhere else in the city. The people who work here are very hardworking people who deserve our support! Times are tough and where else are you going to find authentic Chinese food at 3:00 in the morning. Thank you!

  • Roger Zarandin

Food is great!! Service is poor they served the main course before the appetizer. And the servers doesn’t even check us for food quality. This is what happened when the servers Tips are centralized they don’t even care to the customer because they know at the end of the day they have share on tips gained by the good servers.

I've been suffering a upset stomach for a while, so basically a soup diet for me this week. I ordered a medium hot and sour soup. The service was great by everyone in the restaurant. Complimentory tea was nice. The soup was delicious and very generous with good quality ingredients. I highly recommend All Happy Family Restaurant.

While there is nothing wrong with the food, there is nothing remarkable about it either. Most of the food is quite bland. Possibly the most boring fried rice I've ever eaten. Portion sizes are actually fairly small for the price, compared with competitors who are more flavorful.

All Happy is a consistent gem and they're always open late. The best place to get Singapore noodles and always ready for your after bar eats. The staff are there to do their job, nothing more, but couple of the cashier ladies are nice. And although it's not in the best/safest part of town the food is worth it and I'm seldom bothered by the people in the neighborhood.

  • Marcel Beaudoin

Been going here for decades, mostly because the food is economical, dependably tasty, and an immense selection for such a little restaurant. Plus the food comes out amazingly quick, piping hot, and (IMHO) made from fresh, quality ingredients. I miss them being open until 4 am, but I guess 2 am is what will be status quo, at least until this dang pandemic is over!

  • darryl hurs

Was a great spot to stop in - options for restaurants were limited as many close early now due to covid but was very happy to have found this place (see what i did there) We ordered the Baltic shrimp, sweet and sour crispy chicken, vegetables and seafood, Shanghai noodles and rice. Everything was flavourful and also quick to come out. Would go back

  • Erin Ochoa

One of my favourite Chinese food places in the city. The service is friendly and so fast, and the food is always delicious. The long beans with XO sauce is amazing and back when we were still eating in restaurants they kept a pot of sweet red bean soup at the front door where customers could help themselves if they wanted. Everything here is good!

  • Dwayne Sklar

The mandates are over, but this place still asking for Vax verification yesterday.. so with a part of 4 we did a one 180 and left and went to another Chinese restaurant one block over with no issues at all.. I gave the sever a 25 dollar tip for the awesome service.. I suggest this place should be boycotted until they smarten up.. just my two cent

  • travelbug

Salty food. Served us overdue peaches (could obviously taste and smell that it had been fermenting) in the deep fried shrimp dish. We let them know and received a disappointing response “we cook this the same way every time”. You may cook it the same way but it doesn’t mean your ingredients are always fresh and not OVERDUE. Avoid this place.

  • Colton Peacey

Great food with impressive late night hours, It's one of them local gems, that needs ire attention towards, the only downside about the place is the area... it is a tad dark and dangerous to go alone. The food is very good quality for a place that is open every day till way past midnight. the customer service is quite usually very good as well.

  • Stuart Geers

This place is the best by far in the city. Been coming here since High School. It's exciting trying to guess which hot fresh dish will come to your table first (you'll probably guess wrong). The food is consistently good. It's definitely a family establishment. And the hours are crazy awesome. Late night or during the day you really can't lose!

  • Justine Mae

I used to love the food here. But recently I ordered food for my family and we all ended up with food poisoning. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch. But the quality should not be this bad to the point where we are puking. I highly recommend you to look else where for Chinese food because this place and their quality has gone down the drain.

They open till late, 4am!!! Fast service, friendly staff, and food is YUMMY Price is okay, too. Only down side was that they forgot our dim sum order..so we had to cancel, which was okay. It is a bit sketchy area as it’s in China Town I guess. But! If you are in pinch, especially late cheap eats, this is great location:)

  • 66NinetyNine

Exquisite food, available well into the night. They cook their food from scratch so most of their dishes are a good step up from the typical buffet venue. They deliver city wide, though it comes with a surcharge. It's not located in the best part of town but the place is always busy well past 2 am so it feels quite safe.

  • Cristina Milite

I usually only eat here into the early morning (and admittedly after a few drinks) and it’s always so fast and crazy delicious. I finally decided To order food for my family last week and it was so amazing. Their peaches n shrimp, BBQ duck, squid were the stars of the show for sure. Constantly craving that shrimp now

  • Brian Baines

I’m absolutely disgusted with what I was charged for I was charged 70 for 30 worth of food The rice is plain, 5 chicken balls three tiny egg rolls I cannot believe this is what I received I will NEVER order from here again!!!! I want my money back!!!! Not mention no chicken in ANY OF THE THE CHICKEN BALLS

  • Lori Van Tonder

This place has fantastic, fresh, delicious food likely the best I've ever had in Edmonton. Highly recommended. We ordered delivery to the hospital for Christmas day as my Mother was unable to come home for the day. Was fast, hot and did I say delicious!!!?? Can't say enough about how good it was. …

  • Jessica Purcell

Best ginger beef I've had in Edmonton so far, and veggie chow mein, little pricy but that's alright, they don't order by number so don't bother calling them and saying I'll have a 64,32,76 or 21 because they don't know their own numbers. Amazing service and good quality for a quick dinner ! Recommended

My sister recommended this place for years and I finally ordered tonight. I really enjoyed the dinner for two. It was reasonably priced and gave quite a lot of food. I wish fortune cookies still came complimentary with all Chinese restaurant take out; I would have gave it 5 stars if they were included.

I ordered the Cantonese chow mein and ginger beef through Uber eats and it was truly disappointing. The chow mein tastes and smells fishy. The pork was extremely dry and tastes old. The Ginger beef does not taste like ginger beef at all has a more sour taste and way too soggy.

I ordered twice from them through skip, good quality ingredients, fresh and flavorful. Yum! My favorite so far is Singapore Style Fried Vermicelli, Vietnamese Style Porkchop, Deep Fried Chicken Wings and Mango Smoothie, so far they have been consistent with the portion. Highly recommended!

  • Shanon Slemko

I've been ordering from here for years. Delivery times lately are unbelievable and the food is perfect 9.7 times out of 10. Peaches and prawns are great, and they've recently changed the Hot and Sour soup so that it's absolutely full of deliciousness. The green onion cakes are mandatory.

Ordered just before closing on a Saturday morning. Got the chicken chow mein and chicken balls. Both tasted great, but the chow mein had no veggies and was a little light on chicken and for 6 chicken balls it was $16. I don't think I'd order from here again.

  • Derek

Did a pick up order, and even after getting home it was still extremely tasty. Good amount for leftovers, great flavours all around. It was fresh when we went in to get it from the restaurant, ready on time. Will definitely be getting more food from here.

Very friendly server, helped when we had any questions and was attentive to our food restrictions. Food came out quickly, was nice and hot, and tasted delicious. Good portions considering the price and it's worth repeating again that it was very tasty!

The restaurant services old fashion Hong Kong style chinese dishes. Friendly and popular in China town area. They give big portion, free soup, onion cake and dessert.Reasonable price. Good for family. Parking is easy and has a big selection of food.

All happy? Maybe the name should be All Sad, this was my first time ordering from this business and my disappointment is major, we ordered the Satay chow mein and the regular beef chow mein and we could not see or taste the difference, if
