Nice facility, good menu of services, but the day I was there I experienced a number of negative staff members that openly complained about their day, their job and their customers in front of other customers in the lobby. I understand that everyone has bad days, but complaining loudly in front of clients in a therapeutic setting is not acceptable. The staffs’ behavior made the experience less relaxing than I would expect from a spa experience. My therapist even complained about me, not knowing my girlfriend was in the lobby as she did. When my girlfriend told the receptionist that she felt the behavior was unprofessional, the reply was that she will give him a $25 discount... The 90 minute massage was OK. I do appreciate that she discounted a deep tissue to a Swedish price due to a lack of working out knots.

My fiance and I returned again for another couples massage, and it was sooo worth it. We've both been pretty stressed and tired - beyond the usual - so a massage was definitely in order. Steven was my therapist, and I have to say it was the best massage I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, and he definitely concentrated on my neck and shoulders, where I hold most of my tension. Sigrid was my fiance's therapist, and he only had great things to say about her, too. We'll be returning again! Overall, I feel like I'm more in tune with my body and ready to treat it right. If I could afford it, I'd join their membership plan. It'll have to wait until after the wedding. The experiences was upsetting, but the management did take steps to make it right, so it's worth trying out... My girlfriend and I went for a couples package consisting of a sauna, mineral bath, and massage. The staff was friendly and the treatments themselves were relaxing (especially the massage!), but the awkward and uncomfortable wait between every treatment left us feeling like we'd been forgotten. We literally waited 25 minutes alone in the mineral bathroom room after the tub had drained until we finally decided we'd had enough. We left the room on our own, got dressed, and started to walk out angrily. But like I said, the management stopped us and did take good steps to make it right by us, and so for that, we are grateful and give a neutral 3-star rating overall.

I have been a client for many years - prior to the name change - as a lifelong resident of Willow Glen. There is a particular Masseuse I request when I schedule for a deep tissue massage and I am never disappointed. I've received a gift certificate from my husband and kids for other Spas and I schedule for this specialty massage treatment but nobody - I mean NOBODY - knows how to administer a true deep tissue massage like this masterful masseuse. It is by far the most therapeutic, comforting, amazing experience I can ever expect to receive and I will not go anywhere else. I've enjoyed their Saunas, Aroma therapies and soon I hope to try their cleansing Facial. I have no reservations that my treatment will be above what I expected and truly sublime!

Love this spa! Discovered it with my hubby many years ago, before it changed names. Location is wonderful, close enough to stop by after a hard day in the office, or on a weekend. Perfect for couples, girlfriends or just some much needed me time! Over the years I have hosted spa parties here for birthday celebrations & Mother's Day, everything has always been great! We normally come in for massage, hot tub, sauna, sometimes a facial or a relaxing mineral bath, we have never been disappointed! Staff always very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will keep coming here to unwind for years to come!

I have been going to All Natural Day Spa, formerly La Concha for several years. I have brought several different people with me on different visits, and we have always been very pleased with our services. The facility is clean, the staff friendly, and they know what they are doing. I have issues with my sciatic nerve and all natural day spa is the only place I will allow to work on it. One time I went and my friend told them it was my birthday. They went and got a cupcake for me so it was waiting when I was done. Excellent spa that I never hesitate to recommend!

I had an amazing experience at All Natural Day Spa in Willow Glen. The website is very user friendly and purchasing a gift certificate for my mom was very efficient. I also bought myself a massage on their website and had a great experience. The mood of the spa is very relaxing and they will certainly pamper you, making you forget all of your stress. I love coming to this spa! It is hands down the best one I have ever visited. The atmosphere both inside and out is just wonderful. They diffuse essential oils in the lobby to help you relax before your treatment even begins, and it smells like heaven! So far I've experienced a mini facial and a 1 hour deep tissue massage, and they were both to die for. The staff are all so wonderful and friendly, they make you feel right at home!! I will forever be a customer.

A true hidden gem in Willow Glen. Received a gift card for a special occasion and didn't know what to expect. The location is very convenient and clean. The reception area is very warm and inviting which is a plus. When it came for my treatment everything was great. The therapist asked introduction questions and proceeded with the massage. I came out feeling better than ever, definitely coming back soon! Thanks again!

The staff caters to your every need and keep you comfortable. Going there feels just like home. I always get the Swedish massage. I always walk away very happy that I went they. I also got a facial and waxing service from Alex which was exellent. Luis and Gloria give incredible, relaxing massages to help you feel restored. Everything is very clean, tidy and a gem here in Willow Glen - highly recommend !

I especially enjoy the group party services... perfect for a relaxing day with my girlfriends and I. The All Natural team is experienced, professional, and make the experience very relaxing! It's been a little less than a year since I've been to All Natural Day Spa. It was an okay experience. Although I enjoyed the experience while I was there and was very relaxed, the woman who helped me was a little aggressive and I had a few bruises on my legs the next day. So, I haven't returned.

Alicia's massages are AMAZING! She does great deep tissue. Quite possible the best deep tissue massage therapist I've had (and I have seen a lot). I'm not super impressed with the customer service though. They aren't necessarily rude, but don't seem very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. My daughter bought me a massage and facial gift certificate as a Christmas gift. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful. My massage was relaxing and healing. The facial felt wonderful and left my face looking great.

I had a massage here a month ago and the therapist hurt my knees. I have been limping ever since. I have called several times to discuss this but nobody EVER answers the phone. Massages should make you feel better not need medical attention afterwards.

I had a great experience at this location. Gloria is the one who gave me the massage & she was great!!! She was very knowledgeable, explained what she was doing and what it did, and had amazing customer service! Because of her i will be going again!

Overall it was good, but massage was only for 5-10 minutes compared to 1 hour session. I have had massage earlier and massage always last for 1 hour.
