On September 23 I contacted All My Sons Moving and Storage to secure their services for the following weekend. The person on the phone quoted me some information. A few hours later I received a call from another employee to clarify some things because the first person I spoke with was new as a didn't quite get it right and didn't want me to have surprise costs. The day before the move, the company called my husband to tell him that one of the 2 man team members had Covid and they weren't sure what to do. When I got home from work I called to get more information. They said they found a 3- man team, and the cost $30/ hour more. They also moved the start time from 8am to noon. This was not part what we had agreed upon and the cost increase was not acceptable to us. We were able to negotiate a $10/ hour price reduction, though I still believe they should've absorbed the cost difference if they were going to send us a larger team that wasn't part of the original agreement. The team that showed up operated under the name Established Moving. Several pieces of furniture were damaged during our move: a wooden file cabinet had a 2 inch chip broken off, a particle board bookshelf had a chip, and mattresses were rolled end over end down our driveway after being unloaded. Though our mattresses were bagged, there was an open end allowing the mattress to get dirtied. The bags were also torn up. My husband and son also noted that the driver smelled heavily of alcohol and appeared to be drinking on the job.

To say that All Service Moving exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I was so disappointed with my last move through a brokerage - I was quoted a price that escalated constantly, everything was late, and I feared that my property would never show up on the other end. With All Service, it was the complete opposite. They were extremely responsive, diligent, careful, and quick. I was so thankful and grateful for the time and care they put in. Kevin and his crew were undeterred by snowy mountain conditions, and they made the move happen even when I thought there was no way it could. Thank you All Service Moving - I will hire you again and again!

We had a great time moving thanks to Blake, Manuel, and New York. Super nice guys, helpful, professional, and coming to work with their best and always moving and working. They helped us move out of an apartment into a narrow multi level townhome and they did it as quickly and smoothly as possible. They wrapped all our furniture up in blankets then plastic wrap and they were careful with our stuff. Would definitely call them up if we move again and would recommend.

This was my second time using All Service Moving. Always amazing experience! Sunny and Daniel were very professional and got the job done efficiently and quickly. Everything was done so well without needing my help at all. Sunny helped me move both times I used All service moving. He always goes above and beyond! He remembered how my apartments moving process worked for using the loading dock, it was very nice! I recommend all service moving to everyone :)

I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!! When we need to move again we will use All Service Moving. Everything about the experience was incredible. Our movers Donald and Brad were amazing. They were very professional, positive, experienced, and fun! You won’t be able to find any better. I highly recommend them. I rarely ever leave reviews, had to make an exception for All Service Moving. You won’t be disappointed!

Moya and Zach did a great job packing up and moving all of our stuff!! Two bedroom apartment moved across the city in no time, while everything was treated with care. This was my first time hiring movers, and I was on the fence about doing it myself, but I am happy with my decision to hire All Service!! They made moving day stress-free!

Courtney and Tyree (hope I spelled the names correctly). Where on time. They used blankets and wrapped everything up very nicely, worked well as a team. Asked how I wanted a few things. I have used all moving 3 times now and each time they have been 5 star. Kevin C.

Had an amazing experience with JR and Tyler today! They helped us move from our apartment to new townhome. They were professional, kind, efficient, and transparent. I would definitely recommend All Service Moving’s service anytime.

Bozz and Brandon were amazing! They unloaded a whole truck in a short amount of time and were very attentive to our things. They truly helped make our move as smooth as possible.
